My father was a gifted mechanic, he passed about a yr ago. He didn't like others working on our vehicles, he had seen women get cheated. Mother and I watched and learned. So we had a list of things for them to take a look at. They were great. He called said he found a few things he recommended to replace and I agreed. They are straight forward and honest.

I am so grateful for all they did. My '95 Toyota 4 runner is performing wonderfully. My father would approve and be impressed. FYI, there is a short waiting list for a reason. I can't say enough good things. TY

My AC was not getting cool in the front of my car, and I had just recently had my blend door replaced so I brought it here for them to take a look. They called and told me that the blend door was defective and needed to be replaced. I picked it up and went home and immediately looked under the dash at the blend door, and realized that the arm was in fact moving when I switched the AC on and off, but the arm was just disconnected from the pin.

I reconnected it and solved the problem. I'm not sure if the tech even looked at the blend door, because I have absolutely no knowledge of cars and was able to diagnose and fix the problem for free in two minutes. The only reason I took it to the shop is because I was traveling for my honeymoon and just wanted to come back to a repaired car. Instead of that I paid $100 for them to give me the wrong diagnosis when the issue was very obvious.

Our high mileage SUV had recently been diagnosed with beads in the tank. Dealership wanted to replace the tank. Christopher's was able to blow out the lines and clean up the tank saving us $1000+. We felt like these guys were courteous, very honest and saved us money. Highly recommended!

Bought a truck from a dealership. Transmission pan is leaking bad. This business did a transmission flush and filter replacement about 6k miles back on it. I called the business and they said they did the work but won't fix it because the owner has been transferred. I get that that's a way of getting out of your horrible work quality but with that being said just goes to show the type of business they run. Stand by your work!

Critical: Quality, Value Terrible service at this place $800.00 and they still didn't fix my truck and just gave up because they didn't know what to do so I hauled it from Beaumont to Conroe and back twice and they still didn't fix it. Do not use this business Service: Electrical

My Dodge truck was having some weird things going wrong. I dropped it off in the morning and had it fixed and returned the same day. The fix was genius and cost a lot less than the dealership would have charged. They called with updates and everyone was very upbeat. Highly recommend.

Had an unknown issue with my car that I needed fixed quickly. Earlier, I spoke with Sarah who recommended I bring my car by today for a battery check. Turns out it was just the battery that needed replacing, which they were able to check and replace extremely quickly! Fair prices and did not try to upsell or sell me anything else. I will definitely return if I have future car issues.

We have used Christopher's several times now for multiple family vehicles. The staff is knowledge and the pricing is fair. They have good communication throughout the entire process. The quality of work has been great with each vehicle we have taken to them. The turn around time has been below average with each trip, which we greatly appreciate.

Took my truck here for a low oil pressure problem and was told my motor was shot. They were gonna charge me 7k for a new motor and who knows what else they would've try to add in. I picked up my truck and took it home. I changed the oil pump and the sending tube, replaced all the gaskets and boom fixed!. They didn't even try to repair it or gave me any suggestions. Never taking my vehicles there after that.

I used several repair shops in Magnolia and always felt a little disappointed with either the value/product or service but now I've found this repair shop I will always use them for my cars. Honest, fair with integrity not many like these guys left.

Excellent service with fair and honest prices. Appointment strongly recommended, almost required. They are usually fully booked with work, and getting your vehicle in for service as a walk-in customer is rare. But I guess that's how it goes when you have a good business reputation.
