Genesis Auto

This is the only shop I go to for my car (they only work on Toyota and Lexus vehicles). They are very good about fixing only what needs to be fixed and are very thorough on their checkups, too. They were the only shop to work on a Lexus in the Tri-Cities when I first started going there. I did some comparison shopping later and they were the lowest price (compared four shops, including the dealership). They are very personable, too!

I have used the services of this crew for at least 4 years. These men are trustworthy, competent, and reasonably priced. You won't find that combination at the service department of a car dealership! I don't know if it's because one of the original owners has left, but Genesis has gone down in good service. Took my Camry in as it was running terrible all of a sudden one night. They had it for 5 or 6 days (can't remember). All seemed OK, I stopped & ran into a store on the way home. When I left the store, low & behold it began doing the same thing.

Back it went, over night. They obviously didn't want to fix it correctly. They had already charged me, so I figured that would be it, but no charged me again. I had to bother my neighbor again, next morning for a ride. My landlord took me back for the one nighter. Any professional place would of gotten me a taxi or send one of their guys to pick me up. It's a real disappointment as I had full trust in them before, but now, not so much. Their integrity just isn't there now, since the original owner left.

If you own a Toyota or Lexus I suggest you take your vehicle here for maintenance and repairs. Reasonably priced, very knowledgeable, excellent service, and great communication. Keep up the great work Genesis Auto! Such a great establishment within our community. Many Thanks! ZERO COMPLAINTS!

All of the guys here are great to work with. Honest mechanics who are there to help you out and not upsell you on anything unnecessary. Super quick and friendly and helped explain everything that was wrong with my car. They gave me multiple options depending on how much I wanted to spend and how much to replace. I'll be bringing my toyota to them from now on

Dropped the Prius off for brakes and an oil change. They told us that the brakes were good for at least 2 more oil changes and only charged us for the oil change. Very honest and professional business. I would recommend them to anyone with a Toyota

These guys are the absolute best! They have always treated me fairly and do outstanding work. I even bring my vehicle in from out of state because I trust them so much. They did my timing belt, fan clutch, a differential and a few other things I've needed on my Toyota 4 Runner. I'm always surprised by how fast and efficient they are. I could rave all day. I feel so grateful to have found a place with experienced and honest mechanics to work on my truck.

Took my Lexus in for a new water pump and timing belt, they had it done the next day! They were very helpful in answering my questions with honest pricing. 10/10 would recommend for anyone needing work on a Lexus/Toyota vehicle.

The Toyota dealership identified a problem and wanted $2k to fix it so I took it to Genesis for a second opinion. They found the se problem and quoted $300 less but also said it was probably better to just watch it rather than fix it right away. I will be taking all my Toyotas to this shop now instead of the dealership.

I like Genesis Auto, they are cool dudes. I went and got a diagnosis on my car, but unfortunately they charge over $100 for a diagnosis. The worse part was that the diagnosis was wrong, which made me buy a part for over $500, thinking it would solve my problem. It didn't solve it. So I went to another shop and it turns out that some cables were loose and just need tightening to fix the problem.

I was referred to Genesis Auto by my brother who swore by their first-rate work. Bottom line.there simply isn't enough superlatives to describe Genesis Auto and their honest mechanThey've taken great care of my vehicle with exceptional workmanship, professionalism and communication. If you have a Toyota or Lexus vehicle and you are not taking it to Genesis Auto, you're doing yourself a great injustice. Brad and his staff will treat you right. Update 7/27: Just had my car serviced again and nothing but 5 Stars. So glad to have Brad and Genesis auto. They treat you right!

Always professional and within budget. Quality of the work on Toyota's is second to none. Would not trust anyone else to work on my Toyota. Easy to talk with and great on communication when talking about cost before the repair starts.

I took my car in today for the first time for a service and to figure out what ongoing maintenance is Needed in the near future. Very impressed with their honesty and with the prioritizing of what needs to be done both now and in the future so I can plan accordingly. Definitely will be taking my car back!

I drove all the way from Vancouver for Brad at Genesis Auto to replace my Air Conditioning Condenser! They are honest and I am so glad to find a mechanic who takes care of their customers and their vehicles with such care! I saved several hundreds over what the Toyota Dealer wanted to charge, some of it unnecessary.

This auto shop was recommended by a coworker that is ridiculous frugal, fixes everything himself. these guys are amazing. They are honest, knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Too bad they only do toyotas, Lexus. as I would bring all/any of my cars here.

THANKS Genesis Auto Inc (authorized Toyota/Lexus repair in Kennewick) for programming my Tundra keys today! Lost (first time in my life!) my full set of keys in Seattle on Jan 14th. Called regional Toy dealerships and got quotes of $285 to $465 on one key and one fob. Ordered 2 quality G series keys and 1 fob on Amazon -$30-ish total, got them cut at Steebers Lock Service for $8.50, had them all programmed at Genesis for $63. Work like a charm and a more comfortable price point!

This is hands down the best auto repair shop for Toyotas/Lexus in Tri-Cities, WA! They are honest. They won't sell you something you don't need. I highly recommend this shop! You won't be sorry and when you get the bill you will be pleasantly surprised!

2010 Toyota Tundra with almost 200K miles, always good service and fair pricing, good explanation of services performed and never get hosed like when you go to the dealer service centers.

Took in my 2002 Lexus SC430 with 99-K miles on it and asked to have all required maint. done to insure the next 100-K miles of carefree driving. Not only did they do exactly that but for a very reasonable price. Even more impressive is how the car now drives, LIKE NEW. My love affair with this car now feels just like the first time. Every now and then we still run into the real deal, the guys' at Genesis are exactly that. Harrison Flynn

My landlady recommended this place for an oil change after a 1600 mile road trip. They specialize in Toyota and Lexus, so I knew Stan (my '99 Camry) would be in able paws. The oil change was reasonably priced and they were done within half an hour and gave me the diagnosis of my car's health when I paid, but not in the pushy/scheming way.
