Chandler Auto Body collision technicians and painters possess all of the talent, training and expertise necessary to repair your car, truck, SUV, or van, but that is not all. Our paint department features a Blowtherm Downdraft heated auto paint booth and an Ameri-cure heated auto paint booth. Both paint booths are climate controlled. R-M Diamont paint products manufactured by BASF, and a computerized color matching system are also used. Auto paint is a very complicated substance, and the application of it to cars requires extensive training and expertise to be done properly. There are thousands of shades and special attributes that auto paint can be composed of, and we are more than capable of applying it to your car.
Please understand that you are empowered to make your own decisions regarding which shop to take your vehicle to. You are not limited by your insurance company and don't always have to go where they prefer. You can select the shop and have the insurance company pay the proper amount. We can and will help you with that!

Long story short is that a guy came into the hazard lane and came close to side swiping the entire driver side of my truck. Luckily, he only smashed my mirror and when that happened the plastic cover came off and struck my rear driver side passenger door. The guy admitted fault and agreed to pay and wanted me to fo to this auto body shop. Well, Scott ordered a mirror, but it wasn't OEM. Additionally, when I brought up the mark on the door he insisted that it was touch up paint.
In the end, I went to Fix Auto in Gilbert, which is what I should have done in the first place. Oh yeah, the mark turned out to be a scuff that was able to be buffed out and the dent was corrected by the PDR guy. LoL, that has to be the most ignorant response from an owner that I've seen in a long time. I didn't like the estimate that I wasn't going to pay for?
I expected and OEM mirror and not the aftermarket junk that you installed on my truck. I went to Fix Auto in Gilbert and they disagreed with your touch up paint comment and fixed it correctly and installed an OEM mirror, which is what should have happened in the first place. The facts remain 1. An OEM mirror should have been ordered and installed. 2.
The dent and scuff (not touch up paint) should have been repaired and included in the estimate. 3. Your employees were rude and not knowledgeable of what damage was done and tried to RIP me off with an aftermarket mirror because your friend Anthony (the guy that hit me) wanted me to go to your establishment because he knew you guys. Also, I have video of what actually transpired if you would like me to post it that shows how you treat someone who calls you out when you're wrong.

Honest, fairly priced, and impeccable customer service. This outfit is the real deal. A small business that is successful because they do the important things right. I could not be happier with the workmanship and turn-around time. Would like to not need them again, but if I do, I won't hesitate to call on them. Did I mention their most valuable employee? Friendly staff, quality work, great price! My girlfriend needed some minor work done on her Honda Civic rear bumper. After visiting 4-5 certified shops around the Chandler area we decided on Chandler Auto Body. One reason we chose them was the staff. Rick was straightforward, confident and friendly to work with. It's sad to say he was one of the few people who treated us with respect, without trying to pull anything over on us or belittle us for being younger.
They also had the best prices around for performing quality work without taking shortcuts on the repair. When we picked up the car it was cleaned, repaired and backed in waiting for us. The work was flawless and we couldn't be happier. Overall great experience. There's a reason to support local business and you can definitely tell the difference compared to the big named competition. UPDATE: I was recently in an accident and had Rick and his team fix up my car too. I was nothing short of impressed by their work, again! I've added before/after pictures of both cars.
