I managed to put two pretty deep dents in the trunk lid on my BMW. I shudder to think what this repair would have cost at the dealer! I contacted DentPro and Joe gave me a call back right away. I sent pictures, he provided a quote and we scheduled a time that worked for my schedule. He arrived as promised and did an amazing job - the trunk looks spectacular. The estimate was spot on as well. Highly recommend!

Had a couple door dings on my Audi A5 and figured I'd get a few quotes from different shops. Joe Hampton from DentPro responded right away with an estimate range which was in line with other shops nearby. He managed to work with my schedule and came in the same day on such short notice. (even with his extremely busy schedule). I was blown away with his attention to detail. I've had other guys work on door dings for me before, but Joe really took the time to get it done right, like it was his own car. Mel's dent pro located in East Bay is without a doubt the best professional dent repairer I've come across.he arrived on time. provided an appraisal but due to my finances couldn't afford all the work that was required at that time.the necessary work was done however and further cosmetics repair will be done in the near future. Mike is great! I have used him twice. He does a great job very friendly and no more Dents. He charges a reasonable price for the work. It is so nice to see my car without dents when I look at it. I will definitely recomend him to others.

DentPro has taken three different dents out of my vehicles. Each time the work was completed by technician Mike Boles. Mike is not only exceptionally skilled and efficient but also friendly and responsive. I would highly recommend DentPro as their work and staff is top-notch!

Mike came to my house on time. He fixed two small dents. I was amazed that this could be done and have the surface look like it never had ever been damaged. Paintless dent removal, of course, isn't for big dents with paint damage. I definitely will keep Mike Boles DentPro number in my phonebook for future reference. I told him I hope to never need him again, but I surely would use him again.

Came out of Home Depot to find someone had dropped something on my car- put a large dent in the top pillar and several small dents in the top portion of the door body. Of course the PoS leaves no note so it's on me to cover the repair. I take really good care of my car so I knew I didn't want to get the drivers side fixed with traditional body/paint work - it will never be the same and the paint never really matches quite right. He shared it was a tougher job than expected because of the thicker metal but he got it looking as good as new. The DentPro technicians are the best in the business. Keep in mind they are a Paintless Dent Removal company so anything beyond PDR work is autobody shop work. Thank you for keeping my car clean, my trade in value high, and for protecting my investment.

Cannot recommend. Made a appointment 2 weeks out. He left before I could talk with him. My wife told him she was not interested in the high estimate he quoted. He changed his prices when he found out he would only be fixing one car instead of two.

Was told by Toyota Livermore to call this guy, called him and explained the two dents he forgot to repair at the dealership and quoted us $200 for two dents. Once I told him Toyota was the one who was going to pay for it he interrupted me on the phone and instructed us to call Toyota and file an additional claim and just hung up right away. Unprofessional and I have no idea why Toyota or Livermore would use a company like this with such poor customer service. Would not recommend!

Excellent service--quick and efficient, dent on the rear fender completely gone! Curt did a great job. Actually drilled through the rear wheel well, hammered out the dent, and plugged the hole. Would never know it was there--can't see the dent or the plug. $165. Thanks, guys!

First off there online dent estimate is way off, it's price was $148.00 to fix it and based on my conversation with Mike it was $600 to $800 and I would need to bring it to there shop in concord and leave it all day So I set an appointment for 8:30 and arrive 30 minutes late and apparently that's the cut off you need to reschedule the technician went out on another appointment.

I didn't get a missed call from them I can't comment on there work but their customer service is horrible I work in the insurance industry and deal with body shops all the time. I will definitely tell everyone about my experience and advise them to use another dent repair shop.

Dent Pro performs miracles. I'm totally a fan of David Chavez. David usually worked on our cars at Enterprise and I've always seen the good work he does. The off-chance that my car gets into a little fender bender, David comes to the rescue. Even when he was looking at my car, I asked to see what he could do/how much it would cost to rebuff my car to get rid of the overspray, courtesy of TK AUTO BODY. I called him up, set up an appointment and got the car fixed within a day. WOOHOO. He's a hero. Ask for him if you ever need work done on your car. Two thumbs up.

My 17 year old daughter has been coming home with door dings on a regular basis. The latest was unbearable to look at. Frustrated. I told my husband to call BMW and have them refer us to a body shop. He said no way it would cost too much. He said he'd take care of it; this is when he found DentPro in the yellow pages. The owner, Kyle, assured my husband that he could repair the door dings.

Feeling good about it, my husband scheduled an appointment with Kyle to come directly to my work in SF. By far I'm probably the most skeptical person when it comes to fast fixes. When Kyle arrived he was confident and most importantly a genuinely nice guy. He knew I was nervous and that I questioned his ability to repair without further damage to the car.

He put my worries to rest in a heart beat. I was amazed by how FANTASTIC the car looked when done. Kyle's talent far exceeds my high expectations. As well his fees are far less then what I would have foolishly paid at a body shop. I absolutely will refer Kyle to family, friends and business associates!
