Parkers auto help me with the repair of my trunk and rear bumper. From the first moment I walked in they helped me with all my questions and doubts. They were very welcoming and they did an excellent job on my trunk/rear bumper, it all looks spectacular. I highly recommend them for anyone who needs body repair on their vehicle they are awesome.

Should be 0 stars! I was told it would be 10 days to fix the drivers side of my car. Scheduled in March and wouldn't be until May. I was fine with that. A day before I was supposed to bring it in, they said it would be another week because of supply chain issues. I understand. But 21 days later and supposed to leave for vacation it's still not done.
On top of having to cancel my vacation, they were not responsive and no communication with us. When we would call, they were annoyed that we wanted an update. Do not use this company!

Parker's Collision Center is amazing. The service was great and the pricing was competitive with others. I was so pleased with their service that I would have paid a premium above others, as my experience was better than I've had in the past with others. My daughter's car recently needed a new rear bumper and we chose Parker's Collision Center. The entire process was smooth and very efficient. They were able to assess the damage and order the necessary parts without having to leave the car for an extended period of time. I would highly recommend Parker's Collision Center for any auto body repairs.

Had a bad run of car issues that required fixing. Trusted Parkers as they have always had a good reputation. Had no issues and our overall experience was wonderful. Tram Williams is now the new owner and he is continuing the tradition of quality customer service. He communicated with us throughout our cars getting fixed and we had no issues.

It was a delight to work with Randy and Joe! They have open lines of communication and an open door policy. They completed the work on my car very fast and it's perfect, they had it cleaned; detailed, buffed the entire car and it just looks perfect. They also completed a very deep inspection and found one small part that was damaged it was missing the estimate because it couldn't be seen until it was all pulled apart; so they called me before to make sure I knew and they didn't have to do that.
This company comes highly recommended. If you need any type of bodywork or service work, Parkers Collision would be your choice, you will be so happy that the professionals will return your car back to the day you drive it off the showroom

I brought my car to Parker's to repair a bumper, that had been damaged at work, when a patient backed into my car. Parker's front office estimator was professional and very knowledgeable. The owner greeted me personally also. All I had to do was contact the insurance company, open the claim and Parker's did all the rest. They sent the insurance company, pictures, and notified them when something unseen arose during deconstruction.
The paint job was fantastic and matched perfectly. They completed the job within 2 days. They washed the outside of my car which I thought was probably routine but they cleaned the inside which was not expected at all! I hope to never need body repair again but if I should Parker's is where I will return.

The people who actually work on the cars always do a great job and are incredibly professional. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is for the awful and condescending lady who works up front. I didn't get her name but she appears to be the kind of person who assumes things based off looks. She was incredibly rude.

Truly a very professional place. Everyone was very nice and explained everything in detail. I went in about a week ago and was told to drop of my car a few days later while the parts arrive. Not even two days after I dropped off my car I got a call saying it was ready. They work very fast and the work speaks for it self. My car looks brand new. Very satisfied with everything!

My car was damaged by a shopping cart. The dent was small but it was in an obvious spot that I had to look at every time I got in my car. I visited a couple shops and chose Parker's because they could handle the claim for my insurance company and I wouldn't have to wait for any approval. They advised that it would take three days for the repair.
When I went to pick up my car, I was impressed with the repair. It was perfect. I was also surprised to see that they had washed my car and even cleaned the windows. Great service! Another plus, the staff here is very friendly.

Parkers Service showed true professionalism. They were kind and helpful from the first phone call to the last meeting. Throughout the whole process they would give me a call each step of the way. Updating me on what was going on between them and the insurance. My car was deemed a total loss so didn't get to see what their craftsmanship look liked. But I wouldn't have been worried because that's the way they made me feel just by communicating. I would recommend Parkers to anyone.

Went to Parker's with a totaled car days before I was on a month-long trip up north and was nervous about leaving my car so far away while it was worked on. I couldn't have been happier with their work. Excellent customer service throughout the entire experience, calling frequently to make sure I was kept up to date and on-board with all the decisions made. They even checked in a few weeks after the work was done to make sure everything was running smoothly.
