Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Alex is a very rude and disrespectful person! He's not there to help people he's only there to take your money. He doesn't value he's customer nor make them feel comfortable. I do not recommend this place. You are better off going to the dealership.

Everybody go to Alex! Not only did he have the lowest price for a transmission rebuild for my Ford Ranger out of the 6 shops I called, but he went above and beyond inspecting the truck and taking care of it like it was his own. Very pleased and will be doing more business with A-1 Transmission Antioch as well as referring friends and family to this shop.

I would never recommend this place for any transmission job. They told me nothing was wrong with my transmission only to take you to another transmission shop and found out it was the overdrive. That went bad
