Randy is a friggin genius. He is responsive, respectful, knowledgeable and able to determine the best response in an emergency situation. No one ever thinks they're going to be in an emergency when they need a mechanic ASAP but I've been in the situation several times and each time Randy has been More responsive than AAA. The first emergency was a tow and emergency repair due to a faulty hose.
He took care of me and I was so grateful. The second emergency was tonight after I drove through a huge pothole and the fuel cut off switch was activated. I didn't even know I had a fuel cut off switch until the flashers went on and I had to pull off to the side of the road. Unfortunately it was rush-hour traffic at dusk on I five in Portland. AAA was going to take hours and I was in a dangerous spot. Randy was able to come to my help via phone with a YouTube video and walk me through the switch. I was freaked out and in a dangerous situation and he came through. There are not enough stars two give Randy.

I contacted Randy's Mobile with an odd request about needing tires that were at my house, swapped on a vehicle in storage. Randy didn't hesitate to accept the job and even suggested a day/time to accomplish this task. He was VERY communicative over text from that point forward. He completed the work on time, and on budget. Went above and beyond on delivering the swapped wheels to make sure they were placed in a safe & secure location. Very thoughtful. Will use his services again.

Talked to Chris and Randy about accidentally putting DEF in my fuel tank. They said bring it in immediately. I had it towed there. They cleaned my fuel lines and had my vehicle back to me in a few days and their price was extremely fair. I almost killed my truck and they are amazing. Thank you Randy's mobile auto repair crew!

I am not sure where to start with this. Randy has been servicing my food truck for the last 2 years or so. He has not only helped service and get the truck in great repair but helped fix other issues in the truck regarding air conditioning. Randy's team is awesome. I have been a customer here for several years. I have had servicing and repair work done on my cars and my RV. Every time I have found the staff to be responsive and very friendly as well as informative. Work has always been completed within the time promised. Randy has taken the time to explain any work needed and what is recommended for preventative maintenance. There has never been any hard sale on preventative maintenance. I would not hesitate to recommend this repair facility to anyone.

My car was dead in my driveway for over a week I'd heard of Randy's mobile as I use to deliver car parts to his shop Years ago and everyone was always courteous with a good attitude. Well flash forward To present day and they brought that professional See I e to my driveway. I was a Little freaked out as Toyota mentioned the full repair would cost an arm And a leg for a new engine harness.

Can't thank Randy and his company enough. We were passing through California when we hit some bumps in the road and our hanger snapped off of our frame. Tires were rubbing against eachother and we were stuck on the side of a busy road. We called Randy and he made us priority due to our situation. Randy went out of his way to get the appropriate tools and kept us up to date while we waited.
When he showed up he was ready to get us back on the road safely. This was no small job, requiring a lot of welding, and we were able to travel several hundred miles, safely, to our final destination thanks to him. I will recommend Randy as someone who not only cares about the job he performs but cares about the safety of the people he is performing repairs for. He is both excellent and efficient at what he does and his prices are more than fair. highly recommended!

This is one of those overdue reviews. Randy and the crew were communicative, thorough, and go the extra mile to get things right. They were also super nice to me even though I showed up on the wrong day, with a fuel leak, no less. Even though my early arrival was quite the deviation from their well managed schedule, they kindly got the vehicle into a safe enough state that I could leave and come back on the right day.
At that point, they troubleshot a tricky brake system and an even trickier injector line system (turns out uhaul got "special" lines for their old e-350s). Turns out you can't order those. I was impressed because 1. they figured that out in the first place, and 2. they magically modified a standard e-350 line and made it work (!) Thank you for being so kind, professional, and doing a great job. I don't know that any other shop would've been able to keep this thing safely running.

I needed service on my travel trailer brakes on short notice when passing through the Concord CA area. A recommendation led me to Randy's shop. They fit me in on short notice and took care of the service I needed in in a couple of hours. A highly organized, professional shop. Close supervision of everything by the owner. Chats with mechanics revealed a staff of long term employees (always a good sign) who knew what they were doing. I left numerous messages, spoke with someone who said I am still on the list however still no appointment. I WAITED ONE YEAR FOR AN APPOINTMENT AND STILL NOTHING. Horrible service.

If I could give a number of more stars to Randy, I would! I am a long time RV guy, and have had many interactions and experiences with repair services and Randy blew the rest of them out of the water. He came to me in an emergency when no one else would barely respond. His technical and honest assessment was very professional. I have not completed my services with him yet, but I am confident that he will have the best service available. What a guy.

Just picked up my 5th wheel from Randy's. As usual they did an awesome job. I had a periodic electrical issue that had been looked at, unsuccessfully, by other repair facilities. They found and repaired it! They also take the time to really look at your trailer and point out potential areas of concern. They found that the leaf spring bushings were worn and, after discussing it with me, replaced them and installed new bolts.
I am very impressed that they are very honest and clear about how long a job might take, and make sure that I (or any customer), agrees before going forward. When they find another issue the always call to discuss it ahead of time. I highly recommend Randy's. Over the past 8 years I have been to a number of repair facilities. This is the first one I am willing to take the time on Yelp to recommend.

Somehow I forgot to rate this company when I was in last but my friend being scammed out of her hard earned money made me throw out their name and then realize my having dropped the ball on a Yelp review. This company is great! Very honest and knowledgeable, they took in my bucket/lemon monster and got her running a-OK. While I quickly traded her in to the dealership the minute the check engine lights were turned off (calm down, they did the actual work to get her there), Randy and crew talked me through ALL of her "quirks" and helped me decide what was worth fixing and what was worth holding off on.
They didn't hassle me for money to fix stuff that wasn't life threatening and they called before working on each and every "wtf is this now" thing that popped up while under the hood. The final bill was a lot less than what was quoted for the work that was done. Additional stars go to the easy drop off situation they have set up, and for the honest conversation about the life of my vehicle. Our RAV4 needs some love soon and I'll recommend to all my friends and family in the area that need some assistance. I WILL BE BACK. :)

Several years ago, my neighbors had a GREAT experience with Randy's with their motorhome. We had also recently purchased a motorhome, and had several bad experiences with another shop, so we made an appointment with Randy. Needless to say, it was then, and ALWAYS has been, a GREAT experience! We have since purchased another motorhome, and would not consider taking to anyone other than Randy and his team!

My old Honda Accord died in Martinez one night by the freeway. I was stressing because I had just bought the car used on Craigslist for $1700. By chance I saw Randy's online and called them. They sent a tow-truck out for $100 and had it towed to their shop, no worries. They fixed the problem in a few days and the car has been good going on a year and a half since then.
The people at Randy's were very polite, professional, and didn't try to rip me off(like most mechanics). The people at the front counter were all totally cool and made it an easy no hassles experience. Thanks Randy's! P.S. I need my front brakes done if you read this!

I live in SF, but was buying a car in Concord. I needed a used car check and I needed it done in a hurry if I was going to get the sale. I called Randy's on a Tuesday afternoon and set a tentative appointment for the next day with Jessie. I was only able to confirm it after hours (after the price haggling was done with), but Randy called me back and assured me I could have the vehicle inspected in the morning before the current owner's other appointment at 10:00 AM.
The short story is that Randy's came through for me and did their pre-purchase inspection starting at 8:00 AM and the seller was able to take it back at 9:30, all while I was working in San Jose! The car passed inspection and I felt confident in completing the sale. Because the vehicle was in near perfect condition they didn't charge me for all the time they could have. I never even met the guys at Randy's and I don't live in Concord, but they went the extra mile to help me out. I'm sure they would go the extra mile for you.

Randy and his team are very direct and attentive. I'm so glad I found that shop; they do first-rate work. Our 2010 Sprinter ERA Camper van ( 61,000 miles) needed shocks and struts, wheel alignment, the refrigerator propane system had failed, and we had a handful of other Camper-related issues. Randy gave me updates daily. The fridge now re-freezes ice cream! Holly researched the right shocks (Bilstein recommended by Randy) for our VIN number. The job was done very quickly and masterfully.
