Went in at the beginning of June to arrange for our car to be repaired. We agreed on the 1st for them to pick up the car. There was some misunderstanding about the key not being delivered to them beforehand. When we called and tried to ask them if they were picking the car up this morning they said they gave away our work slot because they didn't get the key beforehand.
My husband tried to ask when they could get it done then and and Mark said that they would only do it at their own convenience. My husband left it at that. I thought, since I had talked with them before, perhaps I could discuss it further and see if they could still do the work, even if they couldn't do it on the original timeframe. I talked to Mark.
I tried to clear up the misunderstanding with him. Not only did he refuse to listen he started yelling at me. Then I said I didn't need to be yelled at and he said he's not interested to do the work and take our car elsewhere and hung up. Thank you, Mark, I will definitely follow your suggestion.

Well. October 30th, 2017 a tree fell in the back of Our Explorer. I did call Ford Dealer to recommend me a shop and they did give me Three Sons Autobody phone number; same day we drop the SUV to the shop, Mark talk to My Wife and he was very Professional and Polite; he deal with Our Insurance and today we pickup the SUV and to be honest I was very impressed with the Job they did. Can't said enough. If you ever need their services don't hesitate to call Mark. I hope we never need their services. Thank you.

I offered to have my car repaired here because Mark gave lowest "preliminary estimated cost". But after I inquired why he asked me to sign a slip with nothing written on estimated costs (honestly it felt like signing a blank check), Mark actually got offended and said "we do need to fix your car" and walked out on me. Worst of all, but they would not give me anything indicating they have my car there. I don't really see the point of begging them to rip you off.

Wow. I've been to my fair share of auto body shops in the course of driving career, usually through no fault of my own. I have to say these guys are amazing. Fast, courteous and the work is outstanding. The panel gaps on my 2013 Focus ST (which was hit from behind) are now tighter post accident. Awesome work.
