Excellent work and exceptional customer service. Ian was able to fix a 12 inch dent in my RAV4 at a reasonable price, which was far less than going to a body shop. In addition to dent repairs, the shop also does auto detailing and window tinting.

Had tint, PPF, and ceramic coating applied to my Model Y. Did an awesome job and everyone here is super nice and chill. Took the car on a long road trip and I'm so glad I had the work done. All the nasty bugs and dust easily wiped away clean with spray of quick detailer and a microfiber cloth.

Amazing work! The paintless dent removal was quick and done well. I couldn't tell there was ever a dent! It was right on a flared fender line, and I was worried it would forever be creased. Ian was great from start to finish- would definitely recommend. They also do vinyl wraps and uv tints!

I got a door ding on the door of my 2016 Camry. I texted Ian a pic on a Sunday evening. Ian answered the same evening and we set up an appt time to look at the repair. I was a little early for my appt. Ian didn;t jump off the job he was on to start mine. I liked that. Ian quickly evaluated the job, gave me a clear estimate for "perfection". I agreed to the quote and Ian set about doing the work.

A short time later he was finsished and ready for me to approve the job. It was PERFECT. I have a high standard, and Ian met it. Great communication and professionalism. As I told Ian, I hope to never need his services again, but, I know exactly where to go if i get dinged again!

Ian is super friendly, professional, and does amazing work. I would recommend you bring your vehicle here if it has a dent, don't look at that dent one day longer than you have to! I have been coming to Ian for several years, his work is always excellent and he ensures that I am always satisfied with it. Recently Ian installed a protective product on the front end of my Tahoe. Despite having a few challenges Ian was ceaseless in his effort to ensure it was perfect. It has been my experience that Ian treats his customers like friends and ensures that his work is top notch - I won't go anywhere else.

Excellent quality work! Ian removed the dent like it was never there. He explained the whole process and plan of attack thoroughly. He mentioned having worked on tons of Teslas before, and it definitely showed when he started explaining the repair plan with respect to the door's inner workings/mechanisms. I guess aluminum bodied cars are tougher to work on, but Ian made it seem like its an everyday thing for him.

I could tell just by watching him work his magic that he knew what he was doing. He was even able to accommodate me despite only calling him a half hour prior. Definitely go to Ian and Dent Solutions if you need some pesky dings removed!

Somebody backed into my SS sometime after Christmas. I looked at reviews through Yelp, Google and social media. Ian and Dens Solution were all over the place with rave reviews. So I sent Ian a message through Yelp and we ended up chatting on the phone to set up a time for me to come in. When I came in Ian and his team greeted me warm and professional. Ian reviewed the damage with me, his proposed process and the opportunity to leave the car with him for a few hours.

I agreed and I was set. A few hours later Ian got ahold of me and told me to come by around 7pm. When I arrived he was buffing the touch up paint that was under the heat lamp. He explained what he had done, the challenges of the panel and the paint. I was super happy with how he got my car looking. The price was right and he even chatted with me about some "shop talk" which was quite enjoyable. I really recommend Ian for all your needs. Thanks Ian!

Super friendly and informative over the phone. Arrived to my appointment, stopped working on the vehicle he had sitting in the shop and attended to mine right away. Explained what results would be after seeing the damage and it came out even better then I thought it would have. Definitely recommend this shop!

I took my car to this place to fix a existing door ding. He is so professional at what he's doing. He also was working on a black car paint correction and it looked like a new car paint. I'd definitely recommend to go here to my friends and family.

All I have to say is that Ian came clutch with the repair! Unfortunately my new car got side-scraped at a BART parking lot while I wasn't there (this happens all too often) and the dent/scrapes were noticeable enough to piss me off. Even though I live in Pleasant Hill, I reached out to Ian at Dent Solutions because of all the great reviews on Yelp and how I was going to be in Vallejo on the weekend. Inquired and Ian quickly responded with a quote. Came in for an appointment on Friday, but actually showed up nearly two hours early and Ian was more than happy to start working on my vehicle.

He was able to take care of my car even though he was already working on another vehicle. His attention to detail and knowledge of vehicles was amazing. His hospitality while I was waiting for my car was also much appreciated (provided water, coffee, wi-fi, personal Netflix). He even finished the job much faster than what I was expecting.
