Al got my Element into the shop in the middle of the morning for a dead battery and it was done before the end of day. So glad he did as we need the Element everyday. Not only did he replace the battery, he did the service that is was needing in the same amount of time. He is excellent! Warned me about my tires that still have plenty of tred on them. Had them checked out but they never looked at the other side of the tires. Underneath the car. He was right! I had a blown out tire coming from the Bay area. UGH This happened less than a week from being warned.

I went to the downtown location. I The work was done on time, which I appreciated because I had to wait. (Good coffee shop across the street.) I was from out of the area so I was glad that the shop was so easy to get to from the jungle of the Sac freeway system. Also, I needed to call several times over the previous few weeks to ask questions and each time Al was courteous and knowledgeable. Only downside is the restroom.

I've taken all my cars here for years. I'm not sure it is the cheapest - my guess would be it is about average - but I've felt fairly treated (as the business name implies I should), with surprisingly little difficulty reaching the proprietor Al Prince. He has been very flexible with my crazy schedule. The work seems to be high quality and Al patiently answers my questions with satisfying answers.
