The folks at Red Star were exceptional. They were quick, patient and knowledgeable. They helped me out with replacing my rear bumper and last minute touch ups I requested and they got it all done earlier than expected. The price was 100s of dollars cheaper than another shop I received a quote from and I can't imagine the job being performed any better than it was. Thank you to the people at Red Star!

Service was good. Responded pretty fast to any questions or issues I had. Only down side, parts took a very long time to be shipped (due to covid) and was out of a vehicle for almost 2 months. Services: Body & Trim, Tires

I initially brought my vehicle in to receive a quote for a full paint job. As they were busy at the time, I made an official appointment for the following week. Though it is a 45-minute drive for me, I was more than happy to return to receive a quote, as I see they receive decent reviews and the staff seemed knowledgeable and friendly. I was informed during the appointment that they were overbooked and that it may be several months before I could bring my car into the shop for work (I'm more than happy to wait for a reputable place).

I was also informed that they would provide the quote inside of a week so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. It's been nearly 6 weeks. I sent an email to inquire but have yet to hear back. There are plenty of other options to choose from so I will go with someone else. At this point, I would not trust them with my vehicle. Their work may be professional, but their professionalism is lacking.

I had the bad luck of getting hit by 2 different people within 5 days of each other. Luckily the damage was primarily on my rear bumper. Red Star was on point with any questions/concerns I had and kept me updated as the when my parts would be in as well as communication with my insurance. My parts came in pretty quickly and Red Star didn't have my car for an extended period of time.

Their customer service is amazing and so is their repair work, you can't even tell I was hit, my car looks great. Would recommend to anyone who appreciates great service and kind employees.

Steve and Renee were amazing. They were easy to work with, explained what needed to be done (which was a lot less than what I was being told at other shops) and did a great job on my 2013 Dodge Durango. The price was fair and the results were amazing. My car looked brand new when I got it back. Scheduling the work was easy as they gave me a couple of weeks to choose from at my convenience and even came in on a Saturday morning for me to pick it up and accommodate my work schedule. We will definitely recommend Steve and his shop to others. Thanks again.

I had a fantastic experience with Red Star Auto Works. I was able to get an appropriate estimate and coordinate getting my car repairs completed, within my crazy schedule. All of the staff took really great care with getting my vehicle back to me before my rental car needed to be returned. I have dealt with a few body shops in the past. Even though I only had a small job for them, Red Star Auto Works treated me great. They got me in quick, had my break calipers painted in a couple of days and they look great. Real good fun people. Had fun buying a car! When are those two things in the same sentence? Changed my whole outlook on dealerships. Fair price good service and I got everything I wanted for a fair price even in today's market.
