I was having trouble with the lights on my Stella scooters and I live in PA. The owner communicated with me via email and helped to diagnose my issue. They had the parts in stock and for a heavy order, the shipping cost was very fair! Thanks very much for your help!

Had my Vespa Lx150 serviced here and the employees were great and nice. There were a couple unforeseen problems that I had with the Vespa after the service and they were able to get me in same day and fix them for free. I was frustrated with the problems after the service at first, but the way they handled the situation was professional and reassuring. I definitely recommend going here for any scooter related problems.

These guys know their stuff and are super helpful. I took in my scooter for an oil change and a full inspection. They were super quick, fair, professional and nice about everything. Would recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend The Scooter Lounge! When I take my scooter in for servicing they are always fast and thorough and reasonably priced. Last week my front brake stopped working, so I took my scooter in and they fixed it under warranty within 2 days! They also fixed a burnt out turn signal and a few other things while they were at it. Great service and great local company.

I had a special circumstance and Dave and the team were very accommodating and genuinely cared about my issue. I really appreciated their honesty and attitude towards me.

Incredible experience my wife and I are new to electric bikes but the staff was so friendly and knowledgeable they even recommended a different store to find a bike my wife was comfortable with as she was to short for the ones they had they really knocked it out of the park

These guys are honest. I bought a scooter from these guys, rode it outside 24 miles and returned it and they handled my return with 100% honesty. I lost about $100 returning though, but I can understand that, as I had put on skuffs on the scooter, and weirdly had flat tires. The guy who sold me the scooter sold me the unit that was outside, instead of the one inside like I originally wanted to buy.

He reasoned that the scooter could have POSSIBLY had flat tires from sitting outside rather than blame me for it. I felt truly respected and treated like a customer. Defiantly will buy from these guys again.

The Scooter Lounge is an amazing family-run company. I was in the market for a scooter and they didn't try to force the sale. They were very honest and informative. They went out of their way to help me with various questions I had. When I did make my purchase, i didn't have any experience with riding a scouting in traffic so they delivered it to my home. I recently had my scooter serviced for its first oil change and they were very thorough and helpful. They are the best!

This place is amazing! I needed tires mounted on my motorcycle rims, after I had taken them off of my bike and unsuccessfully tried to do it myself. The people are super helpful and friendly! They had the tires mounted and ready to go that day! And the cost was great!
