These guys saved by bacon! I was was charged $150 by a local auto shop for a diagnostic on my car with $160k miles and was told the car would either "need to be scrapped or have the transmission replaced." They quoted me at ~$7k. I took the car to Dean's for a second opinion. At Dean's, they performed the diagnostic for free. They filled the transmission with fluid, tested the car's functionality throughout the day, and inspected the transmission for any damage.
At the end of the day, they recommended.nothing was wrong or in need of repair. I'm very grateful for their thorough testing and will definitely going back to them if we run into any issues in the future.

I recommend Tyson to everyone that has transmission issues. He kept our car easy longer than expected BUT he took care of us! I think we ended up going through 3 used transmissions for the Murano. He was able to get us a brand spanking new one from the factory. All without charging extra for the extra labor. I appreciated him taking the time to go out and drive the car to make sure everything was installed and working great. Much better than it breaking down again and getting it towed. He kept me updated all along the way and worked with our schedule to pick the car up. Thank you!

Had a great experience here. We were visiting from Arkansas and had the transfer case go bad on our vehicle on a Saturday. We were told by family and several people to take it here. Tyson got our vehicle in first thing Monday morning and had it replaced and ready to go Tuesday evening! Now we'll be back on the road Wednesday with just the delay of the weekend (which they're not open on) Thanks for watching out for us and getting us back on the road quickly!

Had a great chat with the owner about my transmission issue. He provided advice and direction, referring me to another shop that should be able to handle my car better than he can. I wish I could give him my business because he sounds like an upstanding guy, however, European cars being what they are (complicated) he is trying to save me time and money which I greatly appreciate. I needed to have the C6 transmission out of my '81 F150 rebuilt. I called a dozen transmission shops to check prices and get an idea for customer service. Dean's was really the only place that was helpful over the phone. They got the transmission rebuilt quickly and we're very professional through the whole process. The transmission works perfect and shifts buttery smooth. I was very impressed with how well they took care of me.

Car was having issues with transmission overheating. Tyson was very receptive to get us in and look ASAP. After checking over Tyson explained the issue. Answered questions and was very knowledgeable and sincere about the issue. Tyson also did not charge for the immediate "right when we got there service" nor ended up charging us anything at all for his recommendation (which I feel was again sincere). Thank you again for the fast attention, explanation and recommendation.

The mechanics at Dean's are the best ever. They did not mind that I asked a lot of questions and explained everything to me that I wanted to know. They gave me a few options to repair my transmission. I opted to have them rebuild it and I am very glad that I did. The price was right in the range they told me it would be. They had it back to me one day sooner than I expected too.

Dean's went above and beyond to help me and my family when we broke down far from home. The company that warrantied the transmission sent us to Dean's and said that they are the best. I went to Dean's Quality Transmission after going to another shop to get a problem with my Dodge truck looked at. I was not impressed with the first mechanic I took it to. I felt like I was at a used car lot. What a refreshing experience to talk with the knowledgeable guys that helped me with my transmission. This is a family shop and they were very honest with me telling me the range of options and prices to help me make a decision.
There are two brothers there that learned from their Dad and have been in business for over 30 years. This was a very unexpected and expensive repair. They helped me with my decision and were able to fix it at a better price with a warranty than I was quoted at the first place and I felt no pressure whatsoever.
