Cowtown Rover

I recently had my first awesome experience at Cowtown motors. A family member of mine had used Cowtown for a Mercedes and BMW in the past, and last week (11/18/21), I brought my Mercedes in for the the very first time. Cowtown was amazingly professional, nice to talk to, and incredibly fast on the service. I called them in the morning and brought my car in for an unscheduled appointment.

I brought some parts I had purchased myself, and they had no issue using them. Even more so, one of the bulbs I brought wasn't correct, and they replaced it from their own stock without charging me a single cent for it! They've definitely made a customer for life. While I'm sure they can't give away parts to everyone who walks through the door, I was blown away by the experience.

I just want to say Thank You to the whole group at Cowtown Rover! They have been so helpful and patient with me & my Range Rover needs. I feel like they drop everything to take care of my vehicle needs. This last situation was very stressful & Josh went way above the call of duty to help me, I can't express enough Thanks to him. I have dealt with Cowtown Rover for many years & have always had a great experience. Recently had all flood, spot & headlights changed to LED's; installation of new hoses; and, the replacement of the radiator on my 1997 Defender 90. Great work as always, would not go anywhere else! They are not in the auto, repair shop, or mechanic business. They are in the customer service business.although they are great at all of those. I am sad to say, after taking my Land Rover Discovery Sport here for oil changes for a couple of years and being happy with them, I brought it in last week for the check engine light being on. They told me the reason for it being on was a cracked turbo charger and said it'd be around $3500. Then came out a few minutes later and said that was wrong and it would cost around $4500.

Then finally a short while later said the total with an oil change would be $5300! I decided to leave and think it over because something didn't feel right. I ended up taking it over to Autobahn Land Rover and paid them the $195 to diagnose it. It DID NOT have a cracked turbo charger. It needed a purge valve and a charcoal assembly. (Which was way less money) I'm extremely disappointed in these people. I thought they were good guys. Be cautious!

Josh was extremely helpful. I came in needing my SRS system and Josh did it for free. I have had my Rover worked on there before, and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Highly recommend.

ABOVE & BEYOND! Having just moved to Fort Worth, I took my Rover to Autobahn Land Rover! It was a nightmare experience with an attempted rip me off! Upon arriving at CowTown Debbie and Josh, Sam too provided service that was beyond exceptional! My issues were addressed, additional issues were discovered and the total expense with significantly less than the the proposed Autobahn estimate. Cowtown served as my advocate with the after warranty insurance company with an outcome in my favor. COWTOWN deserves the Land Rover slogan "ABOVE and BEYOND" hands down!

Most fabulous service ever! Full honesty and integrity. Hands down would pick over dealership or any other independent service shop in Fort Worth. Family owned and ran with character and class. We have three Range Rover/Land Rovers as well as Lexus and he services them all to perfection.

I came across this place by accident, but so glad I did! I had a feeling I was in need of a new tire, but I kept getting the 'ok' for a plug at other shops. I walked in during my lunch break and asked if they could help with a plug. They of course said yes and quickly examined my tire. Due to the placement of the leak, they suggested a new tire.

Excellent customer service, will work with you regarding getting your vehicle and yourself where you need to be, honest service reports on your vehicle's needs, caring, patient, professional, well-mannered staff. Transportation issues are stressful and they do all they can to help you through.

Great place to drop off your LR for repair. They are honest, approachable and very knowledgeable. Hands down a place you need to visit before even considering any other place. Pricing is more than fair.

Honest, kind, friendly customer service. They did an informed itemized quote and then did EXACTLY what they said. Furthermore, they gave me a hierarchy of things that needed to be done and explained them. Finally, get this.wait.for.it.they drove the car to me! These guys are for real! Was referred to Cowtown Rover due to their reputation for being honest. Had an issue with my Z4 Beamer overheating. Cowtown picked it up, diagnosed it as a simple to fix issue that they didn't change for. They change my breaks, rotors, plugs and popped several hail dents out for half of what anyone else would have. And they dropped it off. Turn around was one day. The Beamer looks and runs great just in time for convertible weather. Total quality and super service minded. did I mention HONEST?

Highly recommend cowtown rover! They have exceptional customer service and extremely quick repair times. And their prices are a fraction of the dealerships.

If you have a Land Rover and want people that love them to work on your vehicle, this is the perfect place to go. Friendly, knowledgeable people who do the same work as the dealership without the lies and for 1/3 of the price.

Expect the best, receive the best. Cowtown Rover brought my Discovery back to life at a cost that was more than fair. Sam is truly more interested in satisfying his customer's needs than making every dollar he can. If going to a repair shop can be enjoyable, this is the place to go to.

Sam and Josh are awesome! My 2011 RR HSE had a water pump issue and they had it diagnosed and fixed within 24 hours. They were very knowledgable about the Land Rover brand and I highly recommend them. They handled everything with my extended warranty to make the process very easy. I wouldn't take my RR anywhere else!

Excellent service and value found at Cowtown Rover! We love Sam, his son and the Esquivel family who all work in the family biz at Cowtown Rover. Sam was w the Ft Worth Autobahn group and one of the primary locations for Land Rover, BMW, Mercedes etc., and took care of us there for many years, so naturally we followed him, when he opened his own car care and mechanics shop for Land Rover, Mercedes and BMW, all the luxury vehicles his family handled for years at Autobahn and know remarkably well. The Esquivel family has mastered the art of caring for families and their vehicles in a casual relaxed setting, totally worth the stop if you need luxury vehicle care.

Sam and Josh are simply the best. I recently bought a 2002 Range Rover, which had the usual head gasket, ABS, and leaking problems. After calling around all three area Land Rover dealerships, taking it to two separate shops, and calling at least six more indies, I had a pretty good idea of what to expect. All the others were either inexperienced or were going to charge me over $7,000 for the repairs.

When I finally found Cowtown Rover, Sam not only diagnosed the issues within minutes, he offered to fix a few additional preventive maintenance items for a whole package deal significantly cheaper than the rest. He even offered to drop me off at home and picked me up when the car was ready (over 30 minutes each way). When my car was ready for pickup, he found a few more issues pertaining to bad relays, and he just fixed those as part of my deal without additional cost. Sam and Josh truly care about their customers.

They saved me a boat load of money and gave me something even more valuable: peace of mind. I can drive my beautiful machine knowing that it's in great shape, my family is safe, and that I got the best deal in town from the most experience Land Rover mechanics anywhere in the world.
