I love Jewell Auto! I can always count on them for friendly and professional service at a fair price. Mike and Robbie were amazing. I needed a replacement intake manifold. Robbie took care of everything, from dealing with different vendors and dealers to completing everything with my warranty company. I was extremely impressed with the professionalism and how quickly they had the work performed. I also like how even though there was a 2 month back order on my part Robbie kept me updated constantly. I highly recommend these guys for any auto repair you may need. I honestly can't say enough good things about this shop!

Recommended by another mechanic friend as a good reputable shop closer to my house than his shop. I just needed preventative maintenance on my Mazda. New plugs, new belts, new fluids, and overall inspection. Mike greeted me at the door and introduced himself. We spoke for several minutes while Robbie input all the info about my car. They gave me a ride home and offered to pick me up when my car was finished. Within hours I got a call saying that my car was ready and in good shape. We will be taking my wife's car in next week.

As always they check everything! I brought my van in for an oil change and to see why my engine light was on. They checked everything and told me my battery was almost dead so we got that taken care as well. Mike and his guys have always made sure my vehicle is safe to drive. Plus the newest team member Cooper the puppy is probably the best greeter ever!

This was our second time to use Jewell Auto, the first time I called; they suggested a few cheaper "this may fix its" I could do myself before bringing it in. I was sure I found an honest mechanic. While it was not the news I wanted this time, it was a major repair. I knew I was taking it to the right place, and they would repair only what was needed and charge me for the work they actually did. You can track your car online and get texts and email updates too. I was here this week and had the worst experience trying to just get a simple oil change. The old fat man(I think his name was Mike) kept getting way too close and wouldn't put on a mask after I asked him twice. When I had waited kind of awhile already for what should have been a quick oil change he said "Little lady, it'll take as long as it takes.

If you want it fast you should leave and come back." I ended up waiting in the office over an hour and felt really creeped out by him by the end. I'm not going back, and I'd definitely recommend women not to go alone.

When I lived in Fort Worth, this was my go to place when I needed my car serviced. They're not cheap, but they are good and fair and honest. Miss having hem around.

I've always loved Jewell Auto. Mike is amazing, and he's honest, knowledgeable, and fair. His staff is courteous and always working, I never see anyone just slacking off. The place is nicely lit and secure; I feel safe leaving my vehicle there overnight. Good Christian people - they handle every job with care, and they don't keep adding things just to build up your bill; again, good, honest people. I can't recommend them enough!
