Went to fix a fender and back tailgate, they wanted to charged me $3, 000.00 plus dollars. Went to a different place and got the same job done for $800.00.

Honest business that does exactly what they say they will. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone in need of work on their car. Great pricing as well, but most importantly, the work done shows that the car is exactly how it's supposed to be.

This shop got to work very fast and got the job done efficiently and it came out better then I expected, excellent paint job, they also washed the car and left it very shiny, I've never had such good customer service at a shop with almost instant response and I will definitely return here in the future if needed. You Can not find a better shop for what they do in south Florida.

I bought a brand new car and within a week I scraped the front splitter and had a minor dent on a rear door panel. As you can imagine I really didn't know if I could ever get things back to perfect. I went over to Magic Touch, they turned on the "time machine" and everything is just the way it was when I drove my Alfa off of the showroom floor. Ilan, Anthony, Manuel and Joel are great guys to work with and quite obviously perfectionists. Just like me. Highly recommend them and pricing is definitely competitive.

I called to ask a few questions. I spoke with Anthony. Very professional and very helpful. I took my car over that afternoon. I was told it would be ready by Monday. To my surprise. My car was ready Friday afternoon. Two days after I dropped it off. Quality was great. The owner and his wife were very professional as well. Welcoming and inviting. I would definitely recommend Magic Touch to anyone who is looking for great body work.

It's hard enough when you are in a car accident and dealing with the stress, the time loss, inconvenience and also the anxiety of having your car repaired. They were recommended by a friend and I could not be more appreciative of the level of service I received. It's a family owned and operated business and they make you feel like an old friend. They were amazing from start to finish.

The process was professional, they worked directly with my insurance for the repairs and assisted me with the rental car. Kept me updated on repairs. They have an extremely well organized system and it's obvious why they are the best at what they do. The location is easily accessible (just off 7th Ave and 108 Street). The shop is visible and clean. Employees are courteous, personable and very knowledgeable.

Great mechanic! Phenomenal customer service. I got into a bad car accident and the mechanic was extremely helpful and knowledgable. He was able to figure out my car's issues in a matter of hours and communicate them to me quickly and efficiently. I got my car back in three weeks and it drives better than ever! My sister got into an accident a few months before.

Her car damages were nowhere close to being as severe as mine. She had to wait two months to get her car back and had to keep following up with her mechanic to get any kind of information. I highly recommend this company. Five stars.

Anthony did a great job on my car I'm very happy with it. Great price, excellent communication, no surprises. I literally brought it, late day Tuesday & it was ready Thursday. The manager & everyone was nice too, from the 1st phone conversation. Great customer service! Even my Uber driver I took to pick up my car had brought his cars here & raved about the place. This was my first time ever searching for a body shop and Magic Touch appeared. I went there and WOW the amount of care they gave me and especially my car was unbelievable. I have a Bmw M4 with a lot of minor problems from carelessness. Anthony assured me the car would be better than when I first got it, and I took that chance. Upon receiving my car, I had many paint chips and peeling paint on my front bumper which couldn't even be found now which amazed me, and not to forget how shiny and perfect the car looked (till now its shining and I get compliments on my paint color!).

My suspension issues were fixed and my car stopped pulling to the right which the dealer quoted me 7x more to fix this. I also had an abundant of lights on my dashboard which the dealer quoted me around $7,800 to fix this, and upon telling this to Anthony he quoted me $4,200 which seemed too good to be true. Now after driving my car for around 4 months after, no lights have appeared and its driving better than ever. I really recommend this shop not only because it is great on cost, but the work done and the care taken into my vehicle and for sure others is just UNBELIEVABLE!

They did a amazing job on my bmw and even corrected the paint job on the previous bumper that wasn't even painted right. I never noticed it after owning the car for a year and a few months. But they did and made sure that the paint matched my older red paint. It was an absolute pleasure, btw I purchase a pretty rough front bumper not knowing too much and they definetly did a very good job.

I'm coming back for the rear bumper spoiler and a few details touch ups down the road. Thank you, they also corrected a small mistake on their end and still gave me back my car on time.

I am disappointed more by the lack of accountability. Second would definitely be workmanship. The owner Illan will act like your friend all the while lying through his teeth. The paint and body work will look good for a few years then fail. My first time at Magic Touch was five years ago. The car has been back 3x after I was hit. Not once did any of the workmanship last.

Either overspray, bad alignment, or bad paint that turns yellow and chips off. Please view my attached photos! He admitted to me it was his fault the white turned yellow. Magic Touch was paid to replace the entire quarter panel five years ago, instead he fixed it. I brought the car in last week for bubbling paint on the quarter panel he repaired. He told me it's not covered because it's 5 years old.

But it turns out Magic Touch painted the quarter panel in 2015 as well! He refused to fix the panel, furthermore now refusing to repaint the roof that is turning yellow. 5 years of loyal business, over 15,000$ spent and still no desire to do the right thing. Do not go here.

Having never had an accident in Miami, I was unfamiliar with any reputable body shop. You see them as you drive around the county but I always prefer to get a recommendation from someone I know who has used their services. Calling upon a friend who had recently had her son's car worked on, I took her advice and went to see them. What I met with were professional and knowledgeable employees.

So on a Friday I took my insurance estimate to their shop and explained what had occurred with my car as well as my need for expediency in order to keep my rental car costs down they assured me they could do the job in one day. They ordered the part and painted it over the weekend, I dropped my car off on Monday, they repaired it and I picked it up on Tuesday.

The color was perfectly matched and because it was a front left driver side collision that resulted in the headlight to be replaced, they got the insurance company to throw in a new passenger side light so they would match in brightness. I have recommended them to other people and friends as I was totally impressed and satisfied with the out. I highly recommend them to all who read this review.

Creating a personal business relationship with Magic Touch was a painless process. I was in my first car accident and was referred to Magic Touch, from the very moment that I walked in my expectations were quickly exceeded. Quality customer service was evident, their knowledge on the matter showed how well versed they were. The manager went above and beyond to provide kind service to ease my distress, reason being, my car was deemed undriveable, they confirmed my suspicion upon arrival.

While waiting for the insurance company to cut me a check, the car was stored at Magic Touch. Ray (Manager) extended their helping hand to further amaze me. The Other services provided by Magic Touch are practical and convenient. 7 days a week someone was always able to help expedite my needs. they remained flexible and helpful while I waited to settle with the Insurance company, I would absolutely recommend this body shop to anyone with similar ailments.

What a great find. Only a few miles from my home in Miami Shores. I got four quotes from body shops and their's was among the most reasonable. That did a great job of repairing some damage to our VW, paint match is perfect and the car looks like it just rolled out of the showroom. Service was excellent. They accommodated our busy schedule and time constraints. Will recommend to friends in the Shores. It's great to have a good body shop near by; you never know when you'll need one.

This is my first time using Magic Touch to service my car. The quote they gave me was much better than others I had gotten so I chose to go with them. The guys who run the shop are super nice and personable and I definitely trust them with my car. Although I did get my car a few days later than expected, when I saw the work I was very happy. They did a great job and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

But the staff were so knowledgeable and understanding that I felt comfortable to leave my car in their care. I was looking for an auto paint shop that would be willing to paint a bedroom set with auto paint. I like to get that high gloss look that can only be achieved with auto paint. I did a Google search and randomly called various shops. My luck changed when I called magic touch and spoke to Ray, he was willing to do it. I am very happy with the results and the excellent service Ray extended to me.

This is a one of those rare business you find today, where they respect you and give you top notch service. I will be using them again for any auto and furniture related needs I have.

I got my car rear ended and this was the first shop that came up on google, since it had great reviews I gave it a try. Well the google reviewers where on point. I have nothing but good things to say from the owner and his team. They kept me in constant contact with every step of the repair and they were supper cool and nice. I will defanatly recommend all my friends and family I this body shop.
