Am-Pm Automotive Repair

My car needed cooling system repair and maintenance, transmission service, brake and power steering flush and some other things. I knew it had a leak for some time, and then the pandemic hit. They explained in detail what needed to be done and why. It was my first visit to them and I will definitely be using them for all future needs. These guys are the best in the business. They've been taking care of my 2006 Honda CR-V since my mom bought it new, and have continued to take excellent care of it since she passed it to me in 2015. They've taken care of me from maintenance to emergencies, and they're always willing to work with me. Cannot recommend them enough, I will (and have) tow my car a good distance to be seen by them before I'll take it anywhere else!

Critical: Professionalism great place to get taken advantage of. gave me a very overpriced estimate, took the car somewhere else for $300 less than what they told me. they started telling me other things were wrong with my car that were just fine. do not go here ever.

Our tire came off our axel, the guy got me in right away, saved the tire and did preventative. Low cost and friendly. I'd recommend this guy any day.

My car needed to have some work on a wheel bearing and brakes. I drive a Smart car but they said they could do it after I called other places who said they wouldn't. Work was excellent and I'm back on the road in full working order. They also have a loaner car if you need to still be mobile while yours is being serviced. All around excellent people to talk to and explain what their safety inspection finds.

Nothing like some of those less reputable companies. I'll be using them as my main place for all future mechanical issues. Thanks for being so good and getting my car back to driving properly.

TERRIBLE If you want to get almost get physically hurt or taken advantage of. AM PM AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR is your go to place. Their mechanic Bryan almost physically touched me. As he got in my face and almost wanted to push me. As I went to close my car hood. All on their camera, all this because I was asking questions to there $3900 dollar estimate.

Their own words this can probably fix the problem to start off. Like what they never gave me a legit diagnosis kicked me out. Which I had brought my car in for a simple Check Engine Light Diagnosis. I never saw paper work and I also got kicked off their lot. Because I asked questions and according to them I refused to pay. Which was why I was asking questions, they couldn't expect me to go by thier word right?

I pulled out my phone and started recording. There was no need but once he got in my face and refused to give me paperwork. I realized they were caught and their only way out was to kick me out and threatened to call the police. Which I did, because I wanted my paperwork to see what was diagnosed. They kicked me off refusing to give me paperwork after the work was done NOT before.

They erase my review because they don't not want to get exposed. I had the WORST experience, and like always the Cops took their side. Because they are a White establishment. And I am a Latino we see it all the time. Is this how you treat customers, and show your imagine. Does Bryan your mechanic represent your shop like this? By almost physically hurting a customer.

Anyone who sees this they are going to ERASE this review. I will continue to post. Because they need to be exposed. We don't come to these White Establishments to get treated different or to be racially profiled. To any one reading this choose another place! WORST PLACE TO GO TO.

Newest review: 4 stars 2-19-21 After having a nice conversation with the owner who had reached out to me after my bad experience, I decided to give them another try recently. He had said they were understaffed and over worked due to long hours, which is why I got yelled at over the phone that one day. I was impressed to find the new staff is very polite and professional.

Its extremely important to have someone nice to talk to on the phone, after all, as the customer thats basically the face of the business for me. Their prices are sure not the cheapest, but neither is their work. If you care about the quality of work on your car and want it done right the first time with a company you can trust, this is the place to go.

They won't sell or recommend a service that's not needed and they won't pressure you into something you can't afford. I hope to go back and have positive experiences in the future, but if I had been treated the way I was over the phone that one day as a first time customer I would have never been back which is why I decided against 5 stars. I've referred all of my friends and family here, brought all my cars here for years, and now I'm left with a sour taste in my mouth after getting yelled at about trying to get a ROUGH BALL PARK estimate on how many hours a job would take on a car Gegor has personally worked on numerous times. Very disappointed to have to look for other shops to work on my cars as well as friends and family.

I understand they might be short staffed but this is no way to treat customers, especially dedicated repeat customers. Original review: 5 stars Always impressed with the quality and price, I've brought multiple cars here and referred all my family and friends and they all speak very highly of AM-PM Its difficult to find a place you can trust to work on your car and I am thankful that I have found the best in town. Brought my Fiat here for some wiring repairs that both fiat dealerships couldn't figure out after wasting thousands of dollars with nothing to show for, I brought it here and they figured it all out in just a few hours. Can't say enough good things about this place. Take your car here, you won't be disappointed.

CARS GET BROKEN INTO ALL THE TIME HERE. The staff a the most bias and hateful person's I have met as mechanics. They lie about their work can't provide paper work. If they feel exposed to someone that knows about cars and the work being done. Can not guarantee 100% Customer Service provided. And I can not imagine all the people they screw over.

Brought my Lincoln in for brakes and diagnostic on noisy suspension. I've had it looked at before at another repair shop and they replaced both front struts. Didn't solve the problem. AM/PM did an initial diagnosis and thought they found the problem. Recommended replacing some parts. Didn't solve the problem. But here's the difference with AM/PM: They continued to investigate, found a solution, and only charged me for additional parts NOT ADDITIONAL LABOR! No dealership or repair shop has EVER backed-up their work that way for me! Thanks, AM/PM! I'll be back, for sure!
