On Friday my husband had to drive from Milwaukee to Minnesota to sign some paperwork and head back to Milwaukee. As he was leaving he noticed some type of fluid on the ground. On a Friday at 4 PM it was looking like a Monday before anyone could look at the brakes. We called around and found "Troy" at this shop and he said we could bring it there. Not only did he have it fixed within a couple hours, we found our the owners let him stay open to fix it. We want to thank Troy and John's Auto for going the extra mile to not leave someone stranded.

I can't say enough good things about this shop. I've taken my 2002 Dodge Ram pickup truck with over 100k miles on it there several times for regular maintenance and repairs. They fix it right the first time and their prices are reasonable. Not cheap, but reasonable. They've never tried to up-sell me on anything, and they're all really friendly and smart. Go there; you won't be disappointed.

I have been bringing my cars to John's for years (15+) and they are a great shop. I have on more then one occasion come in on the fly when something went wrong with my car and they have always fit me in and have usually had a free loaner car available. There have been times when I've brought it in and it's been something really minor and have little to no charge. They guys there are great and know their stuff and I don't ever feel like they are trying to take me for a ride. Highly recommend!
