I have used Auto Works for the last 5 years and have taken all 3 of my cars to them for oil changes, Inspection stickers etc. Auto Works has always listened to my needs for each car. I am always provided a quote before any work is done. Auto Works is always honest and has let me know when work can wait or does not need to be done. I have recommend Auto Works to friends, family and neighbors who need a reliable and honest auto garage for there vehicles.

Frank the service rep either does not understand his invoices or chooses to be blatantly misleading. He previously claimed a charge for supplies was for items such as o-rings and compressor oil despite these items being billed for separately. This shop also pencil whipped diagnostic fees for items without actually doing any diagnostic work. This shop has falsely claimed AAA and BBB affiliations on its website that do not exist. Dishonesty in one arena makes me question their honesty all around. There are many honest shops in the area, based on these experiences this is not one of them.

I trust these guys, and they were giving rides to and from the shop before this outbreak. They told me what was wrong before I comitted, they hooked me up with parts, and I think they fixed stuff that was not on the bill. Seems like they've got some pretty good mechanics working for them, and It's a nice clean shop, but the guys are still dirty and they're cool about it, not grouchy cool, like normal people doing their job cool.

That's a good sign Edit: GUESS WHAT?! I went back and got: MORE 5 STAR AUTOMOTIVE REPAIR EXCELLENCE! I think they even fixed my blinker switch that used to act kind of funky and they did not even mention it. -thanks guys! WHO DOES THAT?! ALL HAIL AUTO WORKS! EDIT 2: and for the record: yes I am a werewolf, this place is safe from vampires and zombies. I WOULD KNOW! So go there get bitten and join us and you can get your car fixed too! WHAT A BARGAIN!

In a time when you're not sure who you can trust with your vehicle, AutoWorks, did an awesome job at a fair price. I do wish they would reduce, or waive, their diagnostic fee when you choose to do the work with them, but my car came out perfect after they finished with it.

Professional service at an excellent rate. Staff is friendly and helpful, they do top notch work! They fixed my car and it's never run so good, I am beyond satisfied! I'm recommending all my friends to this place.

Every time I have car issues this is the most efficient, cost effective place, and they get the job done every time. I've gone to different auto shops and have regretted it and also the cost is about 2, sometimes 3x what auto works does so this is the bet for you! Honest and outstanding service

I was provided excellent customer service from Frank and Mark. Both are really knowledgeable about their business and had my car's problems fixed in under a day. They have been taking care of servicing my cars for the last 4 years.they are always very honest about what needs to be done to your car. Are AAA members they offer a discount and a shuttle service if you need one. Services: Oil change, Transmission, Electrical, Battery, Air & cabin filter replacement

Very professional and kind. I have an 03' town and country van limited. I purchased all the parts I needed for a tune-up @ advanced auto parts. I think that was the name of it. Anywho. Took them about an hour and a 1/2 to finish it. Very happy with the work and my van runs a bit better for my trip.

I want to take the time to thank Frank and his team at Auto Works, I had called around to approximately four other shops and when I spoke with Frank and right from the beginning he listened and offered his recommendations. He made my wife and myself very comfortable with his approach. They were not the Cheapest but they were the best for the repairs and they care.

They were worth every penny and even more importantly they offer a fantastic guarantee on the work to include Nationwide protection. When my husband and I lived in San Antonio, my husband would take his vehicles only here. My husband is currently deployed and I am visiting my family here in San Antonio. An unexpected issue arose with a vehicle I was going to use for driving back to the East Coast with so, I took the vehicle to this place. Being a female, by my self, and no knowledge of mechanical issues with cars; I feared auto shops would take advantage of me.

Not here. They actually took the time to explain things to me so I could explain them to my husband. They wanted to be sure my toddler and I drove in a safe vehicle. That meant a lot to me. They offer a military discount. The prices are extremely fair. They offer a shuttle service to pick you up or drop you off. They genuinely care about the work they do. They are honest and I highly recommend them.

A remarkably honest car repair shop. I've been using Autoworks for two years for my three cars and have been nothing but pleasantly surprised at how well their customer service operates they offered ride back to your house if you need to drop off a car and very reasonable rates. They are Better Business Bureau A+, Triple A, and Angie's List. I would recommend them to anybody who needs an honest reliable job done on their car!

Frank and Mark are very professional. They got the repairs done within our budget plus some other stuff too. Very courteous and professional. I highly recommend Autoworks. I will definitely be back.

Won't go anywhere else! This is a family owned business and they treat you like family. They remember my name and cars, treat me with respect, talk with me about repairs, have fair prices, and wash the outside of your car for free! Reason for 4 stairs instead if 5? Their waiting room could use an update(chairs have no cushion, no music or tv or wi-fi, nothing for kids, and no refreshments).

They do offer you a ride if they are available and have free loner cars if available for overnight fixes (BUT beware these cars are old and not nice but they'll get you where you need to go)

My daughter had car troubles while in training at Lackland. Mark and Frank where very helpful getting us a loaner while the car was being repaired. The car was done on time and as promised. She drove to North Dakota via Michigan without incident. The repair was highly satisfactory. Would recommend this mechanic.very satisfied!
