Not only did they finish the repairs on my car much faster than expected but they also provided me with information about how to work with insurance and the ins and outs of the process. Extremely happy with the service, quality work, and quick turnaround of my 2016 Dodge Ram. I drove from Rogue River to Eugene to get my truck fixed in 2 weeks, for 30% less than shops in Medford, that needed 8 weeks before they could start on my truck. Spoke with owner, manager, and receptionist, all were very friendly and helpful. Received almost daily texts advising me of the progress of my truck. No disappointments here. I highly recommend this shop.

Although it took several months to get my new hood and fender ( not their fault-Pandemic) they kept me informed and when parts finally came, they installed them right away. I've been to A&M a few times for body repairs on a couple of vehicles throughout almost 20 years. Everything has been straightforward and easy in each case, and I get my vehicle back as good as new. There's no reason to ever use another body repair shop in Eugene. Service: Body & Trim

Disappointed in the lack of communication with this insurance related repair. Was told at a couple stages in the process that someone would call and no one did. We waited weeks. No one in the small office wore a mask against Covid despite the state ordered mask mandate. They installed a new running light without seeing that it had no bulb and did not bother to test it before returning the car and presenting the bill.

We checked it before leaving and luckily one of their employees was smart and pleasant and fixed it properly and quickly. However, a simple repair should have not been so difficult to get completed.

I had a window broken out and a door handle that was pretty much destroyed. They did a fantastic job on the repairs. As a fantastic bonus that I was not expecting, they did a super job of cleaning the interior of the car as well as washed it! Highly recommend them! Service: Body & Trim

This was absolutely the worst experience ever. They lied, telling me my rim was discontinued, and again when they said the rim was not in my car's size, and again when they said the company didn't sell single rims, and finally by saying the insurance company doesn't buy from 3rd parties! Huh? After arguing back and forth that repairing the rim isn't going to work, they put the ruined rim back on my car anyway, against my wishes.

And the door they supposedly fixed is not in alignment with the rest of the car. Not to mention they got white paint all over the rim and a black substance on my hood. And, when my car was returned to me it looked terrible. It was so dirty, there were leaf "stains" all over it. All repairs they were responsible for fixing was not done right and it certainly wasn't done professionally.

The pics will show you what they consider to be a professional job. Unbelievable! So, now I am taking my car to a PROFESSIONAL to have it fixed. That's how bad it was! From their actual service to their customer service, it was all bad and unprofessional.

I enjoyed having the team at A&M take care of the damage to my rig. Aya was upbeat and professional, Brianna was efficient, and Stephanie took the time to help me understand the process and costs; associated with the repairs. While I didn't get to meet the elves in the workshop who did the repairs, they were able to get the truck back to me the same day of my appointment, which was great. The free car wash was a nice perk. Good as new.on the part they fixed.

The tow truck driver recommended this repair shop. They had a shuttle, were super friendly, did a great paint match and even detailed my car. I had a great experience and will recommend them moving forward.

This place got me in and out with a fixed car and 20 minutes flat. They were so nice, and so helpful and seriously, I can't say enough good things about them. If you are in need of a auto body place with a fantastic reputation and super A Plus customer service, this is the place.

Body work and painting were done to standards and the vehicle was cleaned & detailed prior to pick-up. No complaints there. However, communication with the customer was extremely poor. The vehicle was scheduled for a three day stay. I had to call late in the afternoon of the third day (Friday) to find that the painter had gone on vacation and that the vehicle would need to stay an additional 7 days. Shouldn't the person that scheduled the repair been aware of that? To say the least, I was not happy.

I have tried 2 other autobody shops in Eugene during my 30 yrs of living in the area. Although the other body shops did acceptable repairs to my vehicles, I would rank A&M as exceptional in all areas of service, and have used their services on three separate occasions over the years. In every incidence, they were willing to work with me to get the appropriate repairs for my particular situations.

Their customer service, personal interactions, communication, timeliness, and quality craftsmanship were all top notch. I highly recommend A&M and will use no other body shop in the area should I ever again need that type of repair done. Satisfied Customer
