The service here is outstanding! We have spent a year trying to fix an issue on our diesel motorhome. Cummings tried but they charged us an outrageous fee and we still had the problem. We took it to several diesel mechanics in our town. Still no luck. We were refered to TriSand by former in-laws and they found the problem in minutes and had it fixed in less than two hours! Devon was our mechanic and he is fantastic. As long as Devon is there and we need service, we will go back to TriSand!

I have a new favorite mechanic. For over a year I have not been able to fix this issue. I started by taking it to Cummins NorthWest outside of Medford Oregon. They did not fix the problem and charged me over $800 for their total lack of effort. Trisand found the problem in less than 10-15 minutes. They didn't have the parts in stock, but found them locally and had us on the road in about 2 hours.
I am impressed with their speed of diagnosis and their repairs. My only negative is that they are located about 230 miles from our home. Job well done by an experienced and professional diesel mechanic.

I want everyone in the Salem and Eugene areas to know about what an automotive shop did to our good friend and brother in the church who is a truck driver. He had the transmission replaced in his truck by TRISAND TRUCK REPAIR, 2255 MCGILCHRIST ST SE, SALEM. About 3 months later, while driving down the highway, the bracket that they put on to hold the transmission in place broke, causing the transmission fluid to leak out and burnt up the transmission.
The owner, Matt Sand and shop manager, Joe Bandy have refused to stand behind their work and honor the warranty. This same owner also owns the shop in Eugene, located at 460 N. Danebo Ave. This situation has caused extreme hardship for our friend. I just want people to be aware of companies that refuse to stand behind their work.
