THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT MAGGI FROM ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE. Sean was extremely helpful when it came to providing updates on our car. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined after our encounter with Maggie from accounts receivable. The absolute condescending, inappropriate, RUDE, attitude was unnecessary and beyond shocking. When we initially arrived, immediately she had a very confrontational attitude saying, "I don't know why Sean told you to pick up the car but the invoice is not ready yet." EXCUSE ME?!
Why is that our problem!? She proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head as she broke down the itemized amount. Again, with a very condescending and raised voice, she informed us she would be contacting us with the amount we still owed on our account. Best believe, I called her out for being rude by asking "is there a problem as we were simply told to pick up our car per Sean?" Maggi proceeded to lower her voice and apologized.
I DON'T THINK SO MAGGIE, NOT GOOD ENOUGH. I'm actually SHOCK Metro Rebuild would employee this kind of individual. First and foremost, we payed OUT OF POCKET and at the very least, we deserve to be treated with respect. With MAGGI's inappropriate and disgusting attitude, there is NO WAY I would trust this woman with our funds. With her throwing her employees under the bus, and not having our invoice ready, I'm actually VERY CONCERNED with what she is capable of handling our funds.
It's sad to say but her lack of care and tone to us almost seemed belittling and I can't help but think RACE played a part in this. I will be following with management as this is a deep concerned employing toxic staff to a great company. Please be mindful of this employee.

Just picked up my 2020 Mercedes Sprinter after it got hit by a careless driver. The work is damn near perfect, I was generally quite pleased with the frequency of communication, and the people were pleasant to deal with. My only gripe was how long it took to get in, but with this level of quality it's no surprise they're quite busy!

If I could give the crew at Metro Auto Rebuild 10 stars, I would! My 2021 BMW 530i got hit on the right fender, which not only caused the physical damage, but she had some pretty significant brain damage as well. I got her back today, and the repairs are impeccable. The staff was patient, kind, understanding, and communicative. No detail was left unaddressed. I hope I don't need them again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to use them. If you're on the fence about who to trust your baby to, choose Metro!

I will say they appear to have done good work, and the estimator was kind during the appraisal. The front desk was generally unpleasant and unhelpful. The main reason for the rating is incredibly poor communication and lack of updates. I understand the time for repair is an estimate. By the end of the 18 initially quoted days, I made 2 phone calls and sent a respectful email before I received a response saying there were delays.
To be fair, it was the holidays and there was some snow. I can give them the benefit of the doubt and say they experienced supply chain issues as a result of the pandemic. I asked for some estimate of time to complete as I needed to make alternate arrangements (no loaner car, this was one month after dropping off). I ended up making alternative arrangements (that cost me $800) without waiting to hear back. Did not receive updates with any sense of timing until one month later, and then received two updates about two weeks apart.
In the end, the work took well over 3 months for work that was estimated at 18 days. I understand the policy to only allow a certain amount charged to a credit card to avoid fees on their end, but given I was patient for 3 months, never unpleasant with them, and they didn't give me a loaner or rides to and from their shop, I would have appreciated them being willing to flex on that policy.

There is no equal! They are The Best Quality auto body shop in Seattle! When you're as high maintenance (Spectrum :) and particular as I am lol, they treated me properly, and I'll continue to recommend Metro Auto Rebuild, as I have for two decades to all of my clients! And, my Kittie Car was returned as Spotless as can be. They went overboard! Thank you, again, Metro Team!

If you ever need repairs to your car this is the place to be. We all have concerns when we bring our cars to a shop to be repaired. There is no need to worry this place is excellent. They repair your car to an unbelievable level of excellence. The care that is taken with your car/vehicle is amazing. They take care of your car as if it was theirs. If you are ever there ask for Sean. He will always make sure you and your car are fully taken care of.

Used Metro Auto Rebuild for my car accident claim to repair my vehicle. Though it took some time with the insurance to figure out what to do, the staff was very communicative and professional throughout. When I went to go pick it up, it looked like a brand new car. Everything was done correctly and had peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Metro Auto Rebuild especially if you have a higher - end vehicle.

Horrible experience with Sean. These bandits did everything to harass me so they can rip me off. Transparency is something considered as a crime by these guys. DO NOT USE THIS AUTO BODY SHOP FOR ANY REASON. Their estimates and actual invoices are always surprising without one's authorization. I have noticed that it's not only my personal experience.
Other customers have also similar experiences. My review is not gonna stop here. I am gonna take my experience to all 73 major listings and I would recommend everyone having similar experience to do so. BBB and Attorney General's office is a must. During my entire experience I noticed that Sean who probably is the owner was personally involved in miscommunications of the facts.
