Showed up unannounced on a weekday afternoon with my 2011 BMW 328xi that was idling strangely and had a screaming noise coming from the engine. Sean was super helpful and very accommodating. The problem(s) we're diagnosed promptly efficiently and while the overall fix was expensive (isn't everything these days), Sean was extremely transparent and customer-focused about each next step and cost estimate.

I am also well aware from multiple past experiences that it would've been at least twice the cost had I taken it back to BMW. My car is now running better than ever! Thank you Sean and all at Swedish Automotive! I will be back.

We have taken our 2009 Mini Cooper clubman to Swedish Automotive a few times now and have been extremely happy with the service every time. Sean was our service tech and he was very open and honest about the issues they were finding and very quick to respond via email, text and or the phone. Todd, the owner, also was involved in helping ensure that all of our questions were asked and service was performed in a timely fashion. My wife and I will definitely be back again and we recommend this place for anyone who wants great service at a fair price.

Swedish Automotive was fantastic. Every time I have been there they are friendly and go above and beyond. I also trust their work and their prices are fair. My car would not start, I had it jumped and was heading to work. It starting throwing error messages, the radio was cutting in and out and the Nav kept rebooting so I pulled into Swedish Automotive.

They had not opened yet but the person inside saw me and asked how he could help. I ended up leaving my car there. They were upfront that they might not have time to look at it that day. They gave me a loaner car for the weekend. I was sure it was my alternator and was expecting an expensive repair. They called to give me the good news that after doing extensive diagnostics that it was loose cabling that they fix.

They took it on a 10 mile drive to make sure everything was working well. I couldn't of been happier. They could have stuck me with an expensive repair and I would not of known any better. I can always trust Swedish Automotive to be friendly, honest and fair.

Great staff! First time visiting this place and everyone was great at communicating throughout the entire process. They even provided shuttle service because I was in a pinch. I would definitely recommend Swedish Automotive! Not only did they get me in and out quickly, they were thorough in addressing my issue.

I thought the water pump had went out in my 2005 Saab 9-3 as it was getting hot all of the sudden. I had it towed to European Auto since they're close and familiar with Saab's. Dealt with Sean, who was friendly and spoke in terms I could understand. Said it was the head gasket and the why that kinda thing happens, He then gave me options, price points, their availability etc.

Even give me a couple days to think about it. He even gave me some general knowledge about me car. I didn't know. Overall the customer service here reminds me of customer service of a generation ago, sincere and genuine. Thanks again

They were very good at keeping me apprised of their progress in diagnosing my car's issues, repaired everything that was currently pertinent very quickly, and clearly know their way around Volvos. My car does kayak hauling and exploring of the Sound area for new places to put in as well as extensive commuting, so I need to feel like I can rely on it. I think the people at Swedish are very reliable.

My vehicle is 43 years old and wearing out! The latest issue was a bearing within the differential. They took on the unruly job, sourced the hard-to-find parts needed, and completed the job other shops might have turned down. OE/NO parts were implemented in the general rebuild, and the job wasn't rushed just to flip a spot in the bay. I've been nothing but happy with the work performed on my vehicle. And, it doesn't surprise me.

They generally will not give your car back to you until they are satisfied the work was done right and to the highest expectations. I would recommend Swedish Automotive to anyone in a heartbeat.

I had an excellent experience with European Auto Repair. They were communicative and quick at identifying and fixing an issue with my car. Very pleased with the service and will definitely return again for future automotive needs.

Friendly, reliable and affordable service to include things I had failed to realize were overdue for maintenance. I feel that I now have a completely refurbished vehicle. One small comment: vehicle was not cleaned/vacuumed prior to return - usually a nice touch.
