A 1 Transmission Service

I took my vehicle there for a shifting issue automatically told me I need a transmission then said cant do the work charged me for a diagnostic charge brought my car to another shop turns out I dont need a transmission and it was the ignition coil hmmm problem fixed.

October 2015 I had transmission issue with my 2011 Malibu LT2 I took it to the Dealer in Madison, they told me I needed to replace the transmission, I thought to take it for a second opinion by going to A1 TRANSMISSION the diagnoses I need new transmission flued and filter on my sealed transmission, it cost me a little over $200.00 include the diagnoses cost, saved me over $6000.00 the car is running with no issues. I had scheduled repair work to be done, but had to cancel it as the car died on me less than a week before the date. I contacted them right away to let them know and they were very nice. A couple of days later, I got a text message saying that I should come on in to pickup the refund of my deposit! They were great in working with their supplier to get my full amount back. That made be feel much better, and I would consider them for any future work that I might need!

I got my vehicle towed here after the transmission blew, and decided that it wasn't worth the fix. They took care of finding a buyer for parts, and didn't even charge me for the week it sat in their lot! Thanks!
