I've come here several times before and have always gotten above and beyond service to help me out, even in a pinch or when I have weird questions. Nice knowledgable people. Might be moving out of the neighborhood in the future but would definitely continue to come back here anyway.

Bill and the crew are great. We had a sudden car issue at Chick-fil-A - they let us bring my car over right away, diagnosed the problem, called us for authorization to do the work, and had my car back to us before 24 hours went by. Courteous, ASE Gold, honest and awesome people. 10/10 would recommend.

Extremely rude. I called to get a quote on my 2004 Ford Taurus and he proceed to tell me they don't do ignition coils because it's too Difficult and he "doesn't want to deal with it" attitude and unprofessional. Do not go here!

Edwards automotive company is a honest one, they do there job well and bill is a great owner, he's been servicing my Chevy Impala and he's down the road from me, and I'm thankful he helps me, at prices so low I wouldn't expect, honest car mechanic here

Bill and his team at Edwards Automotive are nothing short of amazing. With shops in the city closing all around me, I was fortunate enough to get a recommendation for this shop. Unlike some shops that only work on certain brands, Edwards Automotive does it all. I've brought my Audi A4, Toyota Highlander and Jeep Wrangler in for oil changes, brake jobs, alignments, etc. and they always do an outstanding job at a very fair price.

I would recommend Bill's shop to anyone that needs work done on their car with the assurance that the work will be done as good or better than what could be done in a dealership. And unlike the dealership, you are always dealing with the person who is actually working on your car. Looking forward to my next visit!

Bill and his guys are amazing mechanics they did a great job and their fees weren't as much as what I thought they were be they treated me well they communicated great and they got the job done regardless of how difficult it really was to find parts they made it happen. I will be coming back to him for all my needs on my vehicles.

We have had several things repaired on our RV. The AC was damaged and got a new one. The ceiling fan didn't work and leaked so that got fixed. The hot water pump didn't work on electricity so that is being repaired now.

We lost an ID inside our car door by dropping it through the window crack. Since we're on a road trip, we needed the ID and we're crunched for time. Every place we called couldn't help us, but low and behold we found Bill! Bill helped us immediately, opened our car door, and retrieved the ID in a matter of a few minutes. Bill helped me to fix my turn signals, making time in between other appointments and even ordering a part for me and completing the part switch in great time! He was friendly and knowledgeable, and explained the diagnostic very clearly. Such a breath of fresh air! Definitely recommend this place to people who want straightforward help with no pressure to spend more than you need to!

Car was acting funny on drive from CA., so I stopped driving, rented a truck and tow bar to get back to WA. Found Edward's Automotive as a recommended site on AAA website, and I could see why. I highly recommend them, and was so nice to have a honest mechanic. I will fully recommend them to friends and family. They will have my business. If I could give 10 stars, they deserve it.

This is an AWESOME GROUP! I feel like I've known them for years! I recently purchased an oil change and they fixed up my leaky transmission. I needed new brakes on my front wheels. Midas told me $885. Edwards? Same day, without a reservation. $416. They even fixed up some things that were wrong. Free of charge. They've got a customer FOR LIFE. The only great thing that came of Chic a filet. was that they brought to light Edwards Automotive!

I moved into the Shoreline area recently and had been looking diligently for a reputable auto repair service. This one is it! My car would not start so I had it towed to Edwards. They solved my problem in a very Professional manner and at a Fair price. Service and Follow up exceeded my expectations. I had a buyer's inspection on my car today. Bill performed the service. He happens to be the owner of the auto service shop. He took time to listen to my concerns and went through various pieces explaining the condition each part was in. I was very surprised to find out my car didn't need work done besides an air conditioning component replacement in the near future.

Many places will over-exaggerate issues in order to make a buck. I found Edward's to be an honest place of business. The location was very convenient. They happen to be located on the same lot as the new Chick-fil-A on Aurora there in Seattle. All of the staff were very friendly and seemed to enjoy their work. I believe I found a place I can trust to take my vehicles for service or repair if needed. It isn't always easy to find a trustworthy mechanic shop.

This is absolutely a wonderful on this place to take your vehicle to be repaired. You always find great friendly service. And everybody there just does absolutely everything they can to make your repair as easy as possible. I've had many things done to work vehicles there including regular service and has always been second to none!

They have worked on several cars for me over the last few years, they charge fairly and have great customer service. I come here for every need for all of my vehicle's. The head macanic Lrry always gives me a good laugh and always makes time to help and alwYs make sure I know exactly what needs to be done. They are awesome.

It's hard to find an auto place you can trust, where it doesn't just feel like they are trying to get as much money out of you as possible. The biggest thing for me is honesty. They don't try and push services onto you. I've gone to this place for brake work, wheel alignment issues, and oil changes and it's always been great.

Since it seems like this place has gone a while without a review, I figured I'd chime in with my experience. I was referred to this place by someone who works at an auto parts store I frequent because I was looking for a good, honest place to take my car for maintenance. Thankfully, Edwards Automotive has been great. Although I've only come here for 2 oil changes, they've helped me get things checked without trying to "push" a service onto you.

I had a question about my front brakes and I was told that although they're almost ready to be replaced, they only offered their advice without adding any pressure for you to buy into it. You'd be hard-pressed to find an honest mechanic nowadays. They work rather quickly without you needing to wait weeks before an appointment and the people are understanding and caring.

In case you are wondering how much I pay for my oil changes: $130, including labor, 1 oil filter and 7 quarts of oil. Long story short, when my brakes are ready for service, I know who I'm calling.

I brought my 1999 Corolla in because I could not open the driver's door from the inside of the car. Also, the front passenger seat door handle needed repair. The original diagnosis of the driver's door was that it needed a new door latch. (Dealer price for part: $560) The first mechanic I took it to gave me an estimate of $532.17 for both doors.

Bill at Edwards looked at it and told me it was not the door latch that needed to be replaced, but the only door handle. (Estimate: $356) Judy in the office was very courteous to me and efficient in finding the part. I took the car in the next day, and the car now has two perfectly working handles in the front. Final cost: $303.21. Judy was able to find the parts for less money so the price came down even further. Happy? YES! I met Judy, Bill, and the other front desk guy, nice people. Bill fixed my fan clutch in minutes, pretty impressed. Then he informed me the mechanic who said it was broke may have been wrong because the old one seemed to work the same. He also gave me a fair price. Bringing my other cars in for service Monday and will update my review after that. So far so good!

The people here lied to me. I have a Mitsubishi. The first time I had my car in service with them, they found that one of the ignition coil was bad. I got it fixed. Next time my car again had a problem and didn't run; went there again and they said there was another ignition coil that looked bad. So I got it fixed it again. Again about a a month after the car had a problem.

This time I actually went to Mitsubishi dealer repair shop and they found that the first ignition coil the Edwards people replaced was bad and they actually used the same coil. Didn't change the coil they said was bad. They charged me extra for nothing. They basically lied.

Honest, fair, friendly, and fast. The fine folks at Edwards have serviced my current vehicle for nearly 10 years with excellent results. I have an older car that I treat like a member of the family, so I'm picky about who touches my baby. The office staff and mechanics work in tandem to ensure you'll get the best-priced parts and fastest repair service possible.

Many times I've dropped off and picked up my car after-hours without any problems. The staff is patient and they always take the time to explain the repair situation in easy-to-understand terms. Don't consider any other shops. If Bill can't fix it, he will tell you so and can refer you to another shop. Judy has even helped me shop on-line for cosmetic parts and price comparisons. This is a shop you can trust. New rating: 10 stars!

They got me in on very short notice and got us back on the road. Not cheap but excellent work. Highly recommend.

It feels so good to have a trustworthy mechanic! Edwards was recommended to me from the auto shop teacher at Ingraham high school where I usually take my vehicles. When the school did not have the resources to fix what I needed Don the teacher sent me to the best place in town that he knew. Friendly, knowledgeable service.

Judy and Bill are great. Fair prices, good quality work, responsive and flexible with special requests. We've been going to them for a couple of years with two vehicles and are always pleased with the work they do. When they make a commitment to have the vehicle repairs done by a certain time it is and the quotes match the final price.
