Aaron and Hank are fantastic! The shop fixed my car in a day after other mechanics couldn't diagnose it and proceeded with repairs that didn't remedy the problem. Wish I had started my repair journey at MW because it would have saved me time, money, and headaches. Will definitely be using this shop now that I've found them. Thank you!

Recently lowered my car and needed an alignment. Masterwerks did an amazing job bringing my car back to factory alignment specs. Very professional and I could tell they took care of the car. The car drive straight now and happy with the results. I will definitely use their services again!

I used to go here yet they must have changed and not for better either. I called the other day a I always would to make an appointment for an oil change. So "Hank" goes to set it up. While doing so I mention the Check engine light is on. Man he must have had Dollar signs in his eyes! He was so happy to tell me it would cost $144.00 plus tax to check that. Folks, I added oil, it was too low and the light went off and stayed off. Hank would have ripped me off.

Our Tire monitoring system never worked again after going there last time, so this phone call was their last chance to prove they haven't become greedy creeps like most mechanics, well, they have. My wife and I will never use them again. This used to be an honest shop, I guess greed finally got to Dave and his crew. Sad. Don't use them folks, their work and ethics have gone down hill FAST!

Came in to get my brakes and ac done, needed a lot more; but that's usually how it goes at the mechanic. However, wasn't able to get everything done. But after a trip to the mechanic, even after getting stuff fixed my car is in worse condition. They messed up my sunroof, so one of the functions no longer works. Guy returning my car said nothing about the sunroof.

In addition, I came in to check my breaks because they would squeak every once in awhile, wanted to get them checked early. I know I only got one axle done, but now they literally squeak everywhere I go, no matter how light I press on the brakes. Called in mechanic basically says they were already like this. Okay buddy, duly noted

Thank you to Dave for helping me out. Drove in with almost flat tire that I had bought used an hour before. Even though they didn't have my tire size in stock, Dave called around to see what was available. He got my tire pumped up so I could travel to another tire store. Thanks again Dave!

Staff was knowledgeable and helpful. They let me work all day from the lobby while my car was being worked on, and even gave me a car dealership referral when a few days later my car broke down again due to no fault of theirs. I will take any future vehicles here as needed, and will refer them to my friends as well. Prices are fair.

Masterwerks has integrity that's hard to find these days. I had my Jeep repaired there a couple of months ago, and they did an outstanding job after the dealer made a real mess of it, so I knew I could trust David and Mike. I told them about the problems my other car was having, and after listening to my description, they said I could bring it in for a look, or just check for the security of the battery cables.

I made an appointment for later in the week but made sure to check the cables when I got home. Sure enough, they were loose and the source of all my problems. I can't think of any other repair shop that has that kind of integrity. They could have gotten an easy hour of labor out of me, but instead they took the high-road and told me how to check it out for myself. MASTERWERKS IS ACES IN MY BOOK! I would trust them with all of my vehicles and refer them to family, friends and anyone else who needs their auto repaired.

I recently just got four new tires installed on my expedition. The guys I worked with were super friendly and knowledgeable and got the job done right and fast. I will definitely be going back to them with any other car issues I have!

I've worked with Mike and Dave for years, I have two vehicles with over 200,000 miles. My experiences have always been positive. They are men of integrity and are always honest. Don't expect low cost repairs and shoddy work, you get what you pay for. They're honest and fair and get compensated for their quality work. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Great place for car and truck repair with costs well below what you would be charged at a dealer. Dave the owner took care of me after another shop in the Deer Valley area refused to install a part purchased by me the customer. Let me say I made it quite clear that because I purchased the part I would in no way hold them responsible for anything and I was in a JAM! Called Dave and without ever having used him he offered to take care of my problem. (I might add I had used the other place previously for work.) So not knowing me he installed the part in about 15 minutes and charged me less than what he had quoted on the phone.

That should tell you something right there. I have since then had them do other work always done in short order for quoted price or less. I highly recommend talking to Dave or I believe it's Mike who is also on the phones. By the way Mike (I so hope I got your name right) the recommendation for a rear main oil seal sealer was right on spot! You as of now have saved me close to a thousand dollars.

I won't tell Dave you took the money out of his pocket, it's our secret. Seriously this is a good place to go for honest repairs, I don't recommend many places but I can this one because I know honesty when I see it and experience it.

I continue to use Masterwerks for as much of my car care and repair as I can. Both Mike and Dave are knowledgeable, easy going and of high integrity. The mechanics there are also top notch. I have been using Masterwerks for 10 years now and see no need for me to go elsewhere. I have and will continue to highly recommend them.

This is a great trustworthy shop. I've been bringing my vehicles here for 15+ years. David and Mike are both great guys and never push unnecessary repairs. They explain what's going on before doing the work and have worked me into their schedule many times when I called last minute.

Great work and friendly customer service. Finally, a shop that can do good, honest alignment. Masterwerks was recommended to me by another great mechanic (AZ Auto Tech). It's been the first time in years that my F-250 7.3 PowerStroke actually drives straight (I previously took it to another alignment north valley shop and they just made it pull right instead of left). My top priorities for a car repair shop are honesty and competence. Mike, at Masterwerks, one of the owners, gets five stars in both categories. I have been taking my car to Masterwerks for about four years, mostly for normal service, but I have also had a complete brake job done there. Today I had my car in for service. It seemed to me that it was about time to change the radiator coolant. Mike could easily have simply said "OK" and changed the coolant. Instead, he checked my records and discovered that I had done this about a year ago. Moreover, he explained that the PH and glycol content of my coolant was regularly checked whenever I had service, and there was no real need to do this at this time. Result? I saved over a hundred dollars. This is a great shop with a proven track record of a couple of decades. I strongly recommend this business.

I'd give these guys 10 stars if I could! David and the guys took exceptional care of me. A friend recommended this shop, so I brought my 97 Tahoe in Monday afternoon w/ a failing water pump expecting to have to wait until at least tues for them to finish it. Meanwhile I needed to leave for flagstaff that evening. Upon inspection and a cooling system pressure test I was told they were going to get the part, and have it installed by the end of the day making it possible for me to get home without having to rent a car or take a shuttle.

Then today, (Wednesday) I get a phone call from David, just checking to see how the truck ran with the new part. It is service like this, which will bring me back and have me recommending Masterwerks to any and everyone! I'd also like to add, they were actually a tech short on Monday, as one of the guys called out sick that day.

I have used Masterwerks for over 5 years now and they are fantastic. Honest and competent, these guys don't bother to try to mess around. They not only give you the honest truth, but also even help you determine what fixes should be made and what can wait, etc. They are definitely my go-to shop and I have recommended others to them as well and always have been thanked that I did! No need to look any further for auto repairs. You won't be disappointed.

I feel like a lot of people are worried about having to take their car to a mechanic because they think they are going to walk out of there upset and with an empty wallet. Not here! David and Mike and everyone else have always been nothing but respectful, informative, honest & helpful! They take time to listen to what you are concerned about and get right to work helping!

They explain what is going on with your vehicle in a clear and understanding way without talking to you like you are an idiot. They tell you what is more important to take care of first and what can wait. I come here for any little problem or concern I have because I know they will tell me like it is. These gentleman treat you like family and I appreciate all of their hard work!

If you're not going here to have work done on your car, you're going to the wrong place. Dave is great, Mike and the rest of the gents are awesome too. They never push us to get anything done on the car we don't need. They check everything and give options based on what the make/year/mileage/etc. recommends. Very reasonable prices. I was in today for an oil change, tune-up, and a few other things done and they are very efficient. There is no other place I'd bring our car to, and when I get another car this month we will also bring it to Masterwerks for anything that needs taken care of.

I have been bringing my car to Masterwerks for over 15 years now. They have been through three different cars with me. I could not imagine bringing my car anywhere else. David and Mike are always honest and straight with me, which is rare in this business. If a repair can wait a bit, they will let you know. They take care of everything from my scheduled maintenance to repairing a cracked manifold once a long time ago. One of the things I love about them is they always take the time to explain and make sure I understand the necessary repairs so I can make an informed decision.

Glad I found Masterworks! David and Mike are always really helpful, and the work is great and on time. I feel like I'm a handy guy - except when it comes to things automotive. With the cars we have today, there's no sense even opening the hood to take a look for yourself. And even when you find out what the issue is, there's not much you can do about it.

These guys do a great job of explaining what the issue is, and then explaining your options. These guys have helped me out for years, from beat up work trucks to personal European vehicles and they always do a great job.

As honest as you can get. I have been bringing in my old POS Nissan Sentra (no longer own) with several issues when it comes to overheating, electrical, and general mechanical problems. They are a bit expensive, but they will break down the work they did right in front of you, and even show you the old part that was replaced. I would inspect every area where the work was done, and it was always left clean and clear for you to see for yourself. They were able to help me get by with my older vehicle with solid repairs until i got a newer, more reliable vehicle. Definitely recommend them.

Needed to get my belts replaced and now I am having engine trouble, what a joke! I trying to help you, by breaking it. Not recommended at all, I should have gone to Chevy first.

I've been dealing with Mike and David for more than 15 years. Mine, my wife's, my Mother's, and several of my friends vehicles have been serviced at Masterwerks. We have always received the same professional and honest treatment, and I will continue to send friends and relatives to them. Before they do any work, they call and explain what they have found and what repairs they recommend. Then it's up to me as to what to repair. The cost is always discussed up front, and there has never been any surprises. They get five stars from me because they deserve it.

David and his team are absolutely outstanding. I moved from Georgia and the drive across country was long so I wanted to get my truck looked at as well as have an oil change. David walked me though what they found and let me know what was necessary and what could wait. It's like coming to my family's mechanic shop. They are honest, hard working people who will always have my business.

Being new to this state I'm in need of a mechanic. When my car needed brakes, I asked Wal-Mart if they did brakes to which I was suggested to check Masterwerks. They were recommended on the basis of being fair and honest mechanics. My visit was a pleasure. They were able to service me right away, and I did feel as if they were being honest and not pushing about other work the car did or may have needed. They weren't the cheapest though, but not the most expensive either (as I already had two quotes to compare).

This place is what a local neighborhood mechanic used to be! These guys are great at what they do. I had 2 problems with 2 different cars in less than a month and I am so glad that I found them. David the owner is very pleasant and professional. The customer service he provides is unmatched. David even offered to stay open after closing to allow my car to be towed there. It's a pleasure to find a business that actually cares about the customer these days and with honesty, fair prices and follow up calls AFTER you have had service to see how you are doing is above and beyond what I expected.

They actually WANT you to come back! They saved me over $200 on an alternator repair from what I was quoted at the dealership. I will never take my vehicle to someone else. There is no reason to. Big THANK YOU to David and all the employees that care so much to provide an excellent experience!
