I usually do not do reviews but this was definitely an exception - I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Michelle Roberts. I took in my vehicle for service early in the morning on Tuesday-hassle free, and I had my vehicle ready the same day. It was all thanks to Michelle Roberts and her work ethics. She also went ahead and schedule my first oil change appointment which is time consuming to me due to the fact that I work out of state so Michelle went ahead and took care of that for me and my family- if it wasn't for Michelle I wouldn't know where I would be with my vehicle now. If I could leave 10 stars I would! Thank you Michelle!

This was one of the best experiences I've had a at dealership. From not having to get out of you car to go wait in line you can stay in the comfort of your own vehicle until it's time to finish up the paperwork. Then the constant contact between me and sales rep. That was awesome. Not to mention also loved the payment plan options. For repair work. Top service customer service!

MR. CHARLES BIRDOW is the best car salesman I've ever worked with, and I'm 65. It was a great pleasure doing business with him and Freedom and I highly recommend this salesman and the dealership. Of course the fact that Charles was selling me a Torch Red Corvette was icing on the cake! :- Thanks, John

Our family bought 2 vehicles 3 years ago. Sales people were great but no longer there. Both vehicles had check engine light issues in 3 years. On my particular vehicle, 2019 Traverse, I went to Feeedom's service station faithful for oil changes and my check engine light, but will not anymore. They do take forever to change your oil, but it is the dealership they will do me right, right?

I called when it had been only 3 years and a check engine light came on, I was very disappointed (I probably will go with another car company now.) The dealership was going to charge $500 to drop the tank to fix. I was in tears. Robert said don't worry. Well, come to find out this dealership doesn't trust GM or the product they make. GM wanted to help with the issue and the dealership would not negotiate with GM to service my vehicle.

They have no confidence in their own product anymore. My husband decided to research and found the sensor under the hood could be the problem. He went to get the part at Auto Zone and it was $60 +tax w/a lifetime warranty (I thought original parts were better quality? Guess not anymore.) While they are friendly, I won't do business there anymore. Sad, American companies have sold out to this world economy and way of doing business.

They do not stand behind their products, they want us to pay to have double protection on their expensive products, via extended warranties, etc. Sad world we live in. Freedom seemed to have Christian music playing when I went too, but maybe they just don't have Christians. Lord knows. This is I the world we live in. A form of Godliness but denying the power thereof! Hope this helps someone not get taken.

Took my car in to get an oil change, had an appt and they got my car in and out. I came picked up my car and there was an issue with the call center adding an extra service. But the customer service assoc resolved the issue and Chris was my advisor. I highly recommend him he has great custom service and always is a great assistance for any questions I have

Michelle was great discussing the service details on my vehicle and how she was on top of things to set up a car rental the same day when the dealership did not have a loaner available. However, It would have been nice if the Service Center had done a courtesy car wash like other dealerships.

Great place with great cars. I spoke with Michael before I came in and he was very helpful. I test drove a car that I liked and would have bought. But.before I could finish getting all my questions answered about the car, he took me over to the financial manager, so I left without buying. I believe this is a great dealer, but the salesman they gave me had only been there for one week and didn't have enough product knowledge to be working alone yet.

1/8/22 - Called Ed Morse Freedom Chevrolet and found the truck we were looking for. We advised the salesman that we had a pre-approval from Navy Federal. We were told to come in and we could purchase the truck, no problem. Upon arrival we were informed that this dealership does not accept outside financing and in order to purchase we would have to get approved through their lenders. Excuse me?

Never have I ever heard of a dealership not accepting a pre-approval check from an outside lender. I asked why this was not told to us on the phone when they knew who were pre-approved through before we decided to come here. No response. Johnny "manager" was completely unprofessional and plain rude. He informed me that they have an "issue" with Navy Federal so they don't want to do business with them but he was sure he could get us approved with one of his lenders.

I've never experienced a dealership refuse a Pre-owned SALE (with a Pre-approval check for full price) because they wanted the kickback from the lender for closing a loan on top of the sale. Greedy! Shady practices. Unethical. We left Ed Morse Freedom Chevrolet Buick GMC and drove to Waxahachie. To CARLISLE CHEVROLET and got excellent service and purchased the Colorado we wanted.

We actually got new, premium color, higher trim line and tow package AT A BETTER PRICE. Go TO CARLISLE and see Rob. The price was fair, no hassle, MUCH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE.
