Sheridan Auto Tech might be the best customer experience I have had in 12 years of living in CO. They truly are trust worthy, dependable and stand by their work. I've had two cars that they have regular gone above and beyond in performing service. They take the time to explain why they recommend the service, what options you have and deliver quality repairs and diagnostics. Seriously cannot recommend them enough if you need to have a dependable mechanic.

Very impressive outfit for sure. I was recommended by my local Big-O shop as I had an electrical gremlin that was beyond their expertise. My daughter's 04 SUB Forester ended up having a wiring harness short that was causing the alternator to WAY overcharge and that just sends everything into limp mode and all the dash lights come on. They were knowledgeable, helpful and got us back on the road with no issues! Very pleased!

The vehicle in question is my mothers who recently moved to the area. We tried a couple other garages in the area and were not satisficed with the outcome. Sheridan Auto took care of the cars issues and were very patient in explaining the cars needs with my mom. We are very satisfied with the work and pricing. Lol I went in to get motor mounts looked at. Just looked at to be told I they're going bad like I'm assuming and they tried doing a full repair evaluation and process. And mentioned it would take a few days. After i had told them I had to walk around the neighborhood till it was done. proceeded to ask again so we didn't waste anymore of either of our time the rude lady turned and told me go walk around the neighborhood till its done or you can take your car and leave. So I did and she told me to not return. Lol nice customer service.

Allie went above and beyond, troubleshooting my issue and installing a new button for my vehicle horn. She was straightforward and did the job for far less than I thought it would cost and far faster than anticipated. It is worth it to go to the experts! Service: Electrical

I was happy to see that Sheridan is highly rated because I wanted to have my catalytic converter marked and my car tuned up, so I had both done and am very happy with their work and their professionalism.

Brought my car here for a lean code that could mean several things. They got me in same day and diagnosed it quick. They fixed it and had it back to me within 48 hours and a 3 year warranty. Overall very satisfied. Services: Electrical repair, Check engine light diagnostic

Fantastic experience with having my vehicle serviced. Was quoted about $1100 for parts and service. Picked up my vehicle the following day and had a total of $1660. I was told this was my initial quote and that nothing had changed. Poor business practice to lie and rip women/people off. I will not be having my vehicle serviced here again.

I was treated professionally from start to finish. Both service writers that I spoke to were very knowledgeable and courteous. The work was done ahead of time and communication was maintained all the way through the repair process. This business is one that I would use without hesitation should the need arise again, for any type of automotive service.

Great communication from these guys, & dude helping at check in & check out is super nice & straight forward. My new car wasn't there very long at all. Really like the technology they use for communication! I received texts & an email with a link to my cars profile showing exactly all that needs to be done on it. I really like having all my service in one spot like that, easy to look up. Will def be coming back!

I've used them a total of 3 times and noticed a pattern, they tend to upcharge for a lot of unnecessary things so keep an eye on that. I just got an oil change a day before and they claimed I was "in desperate need of a change" to justify that being on the repair list for a bad starter. They also replaced one of my tires that didn't need replacing.

That was a nice surprise when Costco said one of my tires wasn't theirs for a regular checkup. *edit* so they responded how I expected, denying and placing blame on the customer. I asked over the phone to not replace the tire and not charge me for it, I have proof of this in a recording. The only way you could fix that is to give me back my brand new tire because the one you put in already went flat and isn't covered by my warranty.

I know you won't do it so I'm just going to put you guys on blast everywhere I go. I even wonder if all the parts you "replaced" that were broken weren't actually broken at this point. nice try.
