The owner went way over and above to help me out in a tight spot! My home is about a 7hr drive away! LISA made sure that I had all the information that I needed in a very organized manner and worked way over time to complete it in the preferred time line that I had she is so loyal to her employer and to please the customers! It's so hard to find anyone that will work for you like her!

I had some weird noise going on with my car, the guys here were so helpful and I so much appreciated the thorough notes they gave me for everything they checked as well as things for me to keep a lookout for in the future. There is a sign that says they're understaffed, so it did seem to take longer than a more mainstream service center. And i don't recommend planning to sit in their office while your car is being repaired.
But not once did i experience any sales pressure and, again, the notes were the most thorough i've ever received so if you're looking for a good, well-priced, honest mechanic, that's what you'll get here.

I took my Toyota Camry to Chantilly Service Center for alternator replacement. The price was reasonable and the service was completed in timely manner. After the alternator replacement, the car still ran poorly. It stalled out several times at stop signs and traffic stops. We called Bruce and he asked us to bring the car back. Bruce cleaned up the throttle body. Now the car is running well. He didn't even charge us anything for the second service. We will definitely recommend Chantilly Service Center to our friends.
