My wife and I just bought an suv from Wolfe Chevrolet over the weekend. Our salesman Andrew he cowboyLaich made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped in the doors. He is personable and does not put any pressure on you to buy. It was a smooth transaction beginning with Andrew answering our questions and the finance department guiding us through the loan details. We recommend this dealership and Andrew in particular.

Ordered a 2024 C8 from Wolfe and meet an amazing group of people from Keith to Dave. Not being nearby I relied on them a lot and they did not disappoint, from ordering, tracking, finance and even shipping to me in BC. Took my Silverado in for a brake job and engine diagnosis service. Team was professional and informed me of a couple issues needing attention. I approved the work and my truck was returned to me in good shape. Only question i have was if hey turned the drums on my rear brakes or not as the invoice did not state that. All in all great experience.

I have been to different Chevrolet service centers and I was almost giving up on finding a good place. Wolfe Chevrolet Edmonton has been my favorite so far. I went this month for the first time to do regular maintenance and I was very satisfied with the service that I received. Bruce was very helpful, knowledgeable, and listen to your requests. Excellent service. When we couldn't get in for a quick service check immediately we were quickly referred to Wolfe Cadillac and we were served immediately which was good as our vehicle required a new engine. Bruce from Wolfe Chevrolet was most helpful and arranged a car rental and details about what our next service steps would be. Warranty work was completed competently. However, expenses incurred because of delayed travel have not been handled well and we don't understand why Wolfe Chevrolet could not handle this for us. Something that GM should consider as it would be of great assistance to their customers.

I had been car shopping for 2 months. Found car sales people to be pushy. Like the sale had to happen that minute. At Wolfe Chevrolet Andrew Laich was not like that. Very patient and knowledgeable. This is one of the best run dealerships around and it's not even close. Keith is hands down one of the best sales managers I've had the pleasure working with. He's knowledgeable, great at communicating updates, but most importantly VERY transparent. So many dealerships out there lack transparency and basic customer service etiquette. 5 stars for Keith alone in making this yet again an outstanding experience for me.

On the day of delivery he paired me up with Andrew Laich (sales guy) and Vince Lee (finance manager) who both were extremely efficient, knowledgeable and professional. Kristi, Earl and their service team is the best in the city. They did a good job on my truck. It took a while to figure out the issue but they made sure that the problem was fully rectified and that everything was working as it should be. So happy with the service from Wolfe Chevrolet.

Fast reliable service that you can depend on. They keep you up to date on the process of any repairs that's being done. I would highly recommend them. I have dealt with Western GMC in the past but not anymore. They cut too many corners. Checking things off the checklist that didn't do.

Keith, Michael and Vince were all a pleasure to work with. I do not live local to Edmonton so the majority of our communication was done via e-mail/calls and working with the team at Wolfe made it extremely easy. They were very responsive and transparent throughout the whole process. The only time I step foot at the dealership was during delivery day and despite it went very smooth. It was based on a personal recommendation that initially brought me to Wolfe and I do not have any qualms referring them in the future. Thanks!

Shout out to our guy Andrew for helping us getting our first truck! Also with the help of Vince and Dave who were very helpful closing the deal and took the time showing us each and every numbers that were on the bill of sale. As I want to try and make sure that there were nothing unusual that will be added on the deal. We were not planning on buying one but its hard to resist the deal on that day.

We told them that we will think about it over the weekend as it was a big purchase. They agreed, we put a $500 deposit and we felt that they were not pushy and respected our decision. So we love that! Good people! Hope you guys sell more!

Dealt with Andrew and he was great! Wanted to see a new Colorado and they didn't have any available when I first called it. But Andrew went above and beyond to keep in touch with me until they had one arrive. He showed me the truck and the new features of the Colorado. Was very pleased with his service and customer care!

This was my third and final stop for car shopping I was greeted by David and I can honestly say he was wonderful, not pressuring at all and worked with what I wanted added to my vehicle! I will now forever recommend him. When my vehicle arrived he sent me a little video showing me it and set up a time I could pick it up. When I picked it up he was sure to show me EVERYTHING I needed to know. David in finance also helped me and was very nice and showed me all possibilities!

By far the best customer service I have ever received in my 61 years of driving automobiles. You know exactly what is happening to your auto before they do anything. I always leave happy.
