Great experience, friendly and courteous staff. I had been there to purchase winter tires and have them changed over and Jeff was really awesome. We were provided a shuttle service to and from our home and also the tires were changed in less than 2 hours. To our surprise, the car also got a free wash. I couldn't have asked for more. I wouldn't say the same with car sales personnel though. Purchased the mid sized suv a few months back and the sales guy was really unprofessional and very rude when we didn't go with the Buick car that he was so desperately trying to sell to us.

We had clarity on what exactly we wanted to buy and apparently he was upset with that and gave us a terrible experience. Never wanted to visit this place again but I am glad that I did. The after sales service department has some really good staff and that really matters to me as a customer.

Exceptional.that's the least I could say on my experience buying a new Tahoe at Wolfe. Connie was amazing, very professional, honest and caring all the way and till after the purchase. The whole process was smooth and quick, me & my wife kept thinking this is unreal even after we took the car. This was also possible with Bonnie's assistance at Finance.

I just bought a new sierra 1500 at4. While the prices of trucks are absolutely ridiculous right now, my salesman, Aaron, made me feel comfortable that I was getting what I paid for. He was extremely knowledgeable and it was obvious he is a car guy and is not only dedicated but passionate to quality. The price was better than most other dealerships and they had the truck I wanted in stock.

The other dealerships I would be waiting for upwards of 3 or 4 months. What's better, I brought in my 14 month old son and he was treated like HE was the one paying for it. He loved the free water bottles that were ICE! cold and always found his way to the toy table they have there. Aaron has continued to be very helpful with all my inquiries since purchase. This dealership is highly recommended by me and my family.
