Top tier customer service. Highly recommend. They replaced my windshield thru my insurance. Everything was great until i notice they ripped the cord out of my phone mount charger completely destroying the cable. After communication with them they offered to replace it($50) and everything worked out in the end! They went above and beyond to make things right. I am so glad I was referred to these guys. Marisa is the most helpful and kind person, super informative and exceptional communication skills. She is really great at her job. I got my quote, gave my insurance their information, and had my windshield fixed and car recalibrated with ease. I did have to wait a month or 2 for my windshield to be ordered and arrive but that's to do with shipping difficulties -- not their fault.

They even had their tech come to my house and check out my windshield a few months later when I had an issue with rain leaking in my car. He discovered it was because of my sunroof, completely unrelated and he STILL fixed it for me! Superb customer service!

When life throws rocks at your windshield, call AGS and get ready to receive the VIP treatment. They took the stress out of a stressful situation by providing prompt, friendly and reliable service. The rep I spoke to sent me a text instructing me to send in some pictures of the damage. Next, I was asked the make and model of my vehicle and what part of town I was in.

I was told that a tech would be out to give a no cost estimate within an hour. True to their word, Roman arrived and quickly assessed the situation. He quoted me $85 for a repair and assured me that AGS would stand behind the quality of their work. He had me inspect the finished repair and I couldn't have been happier. After a quick transaction, my card was charged and receipt emailed.

Professional and polite service. They were flexible with appointment time. Work was done quickly and they were able to fix a deep chip in my windshield. Some other auto glass shops kept trying to convince me to replace the windshield since my insurance would cover it. I didn't appreciate that upsale. Auto Glass Specialists were a lot more honest and they do work with insurance companies in case if you do have that coverage.

Being a single working mom, my time is very limited. The auto glass specialist came to my work and took care of everything for me. I wanted to cried because I felt so cared for and they made the whole purpose simple and quick. Great job!

These guys have helped me twice. Once when a rock hit my window and again when my car was broken into. They came to me at work so I didn't have to take time off. Excellent service! One call and my windshield was replaced the same day. Fit and finish was great. I couldn't tell the difference from the Ford factory and what AGS did. I'll be back after the next rock off the 52 takes out my windshield - again.

Tom and his team went above and beyond to make sure my windshield was properly replaced. They went out of their way to find the right piece of glass that would look best on my Mercedes. My moms windshield cracked and was leaking really bad from the previous company that installed her windshield. I contacted Auto Glass Specialist as I was referred to them from Jimmy Johnson Chevrolet. First of all, Marissa the girl who answered the phone was so professional, knowledgeable and extremely helpful! After talking to her, regardless of price I knew I would use this company.

Their price was very competitive and knowing a large dealership referred me, I would have no problem. They came the next day, the installer was amazing. He was on time, let me know when he was on way and got it done quickly. Will definitely use this company again! A from beginning to end.

I need more stars! Moms windshield was completely shattered. My insurance company tried to get us a replacement with a large well known company whose name I will not speak. There were issues tracking one down due to the age of the vehicle but I was assured it would arrive and be installed on a certain day. After almost a week and broken promises (told they couldn't find the windshield in stock anywhere), I was finally referred to AGS and I am so thankful!

Low and behold they had the windshield for a 16 year old vehicle IN STOCK and were able to take care of us so quickly and for less than my deductible. I dont usually do reviews but Marisa was so helpful and patient with me (needless to say I was stressed to say the least) and Forrest took great care of my moms truck. Thank you!

Such an amazing business! They are so professional, genuine, and kind. They took the time to tell me exactly what they'd be doing with my windshield which gave me a sense of comfort. They did such a beautiful job in such a short amount of time. My car was finished in less then two hours! Definitely recommend this place one thousand percent!

Wow quick fast and accurate. Where Safe Lite left me in the cold for 17 days Finally gave this guy a call and next day had my window. Safe lite sucks. If your in San Diego give these folks a try. Hell I even gave the Driver a $20 Tip because he did such nice work!
