Martin C was professional at all times. He is a very cautious driver. I was impressed by his skills. He has a lot of experience and took the time to not only help me but also educate me about my car and what to do if something goes wrong. I needed a tow when my battery died. I called Toro Road Runners for towing services and they were very polite, gave me an immediate quote (extremely reasonable!). Martin arrived promptly (about 20 minutes sooner than I expected!) and was very nice to work with. I immedietly felt taken care of! Very happy with this towing service! He was happy to answer my questions about how the towing industry works, fascinating stuff! I'm definetly calling Toro Road Runners again if I ever need a tow or a battery jump!

After a disastrous experience with a different tow company that kept saying they were on the way and left me stranded for 3 hours. I called Toro Road Runners at 11:30pm. Their front desk was so helpful and they had someone there to help me in 15 minutes! The driver was so helpful, nice, and professional. Toro really helped me out!

My battery died in my car well after midnight in my friend's apartment complex parking lot. I called Toro and they had driver out to me within the hour of my initial call. I was assisted by Chris who was very friendly and helpful to me. Chris is the man! I felt like he was my savior in the middle of the night to make sure I got home safely. Thank you Chris for your professionalism, kind demeanor & for laughing with me about the unique & interesting set of circumstances surrounding how & why my car battery died.

Excellent customer service. The tow truck driver arrived at the earliest time estimated (about 40 minutes). His name was Chris and he was friendly and professional. The tow required special equipment and he was very quick to assemble an disassemble it. It was a bit pricey considering the distance was not far, however the service was excellent. Thanks again!

Delfino (based in Richmond) did an excellent job towing my car so late in the day from the Bart station to the dealership. He reassured me that in my absence, the car was in good hands and called to make sure he delivered it in a safe spot with surveillance camera coverage. No one looks forward to towing their car, but if you need a tow, i would recommend them any time, any day!
