I was previously employed for 13 years by our local Honda dealership. I am a ASE Master technician skilled in all aspects of automotive repair and service. My spouses name is Terry. We have 3 children and I have 2 grown children. I know it is hard to believe but I enjoy restoring my 1966 GTO, water skiing, camping with my family and vacationing in Florida.

I had been through the ringer with another repair shop and I was about at my wits end with my car as I was experiencing the same problem three different times. Well the third time is the last time you get a chance to fix my car for the same thing. So I decided to go with Greg at import auto care after hearing great things about him from not only another business in the area but family members of mine. Greg was so nice!
He sent pictures and and a video of what was going on with my car and I've never had that before with a mechanic. Price for repair was reasonable and I will absolutely bring my car back to him if I need anything from now on. Thank you!

Greg and his team are the nicest mechanics around. He is honest, fair and genuine. They do amazing work and keep you in the loop throughout the process. Greg will answer all of your questions in a way anyone can understand. I am the second generation to use Import Auto and we won't ever go anywhere else. He is beyond fair in his pricing and they get the job done as quick as possible. Nora at the front is an angel!

Wow, I've never been compelled to write a Google review until now. I was referred here by a friend after the dealership was going to charge an arm and a leg for a new wheel bearing. I called on a Friday and they were able to fit me in on Monday, excellent customer service and communication, and incredibly affordable. The only bad reviews are actually hilarious and worth a read just for a laugh. Thank you!

I have been going to Import Auto Car around 10 years. They have always provided amazing service. Gregg and his staff are very helpful! They are trustworthy and honest. I have taken four cars there over the years and always had great service! If for any reason Import auto could not service my vehicle, they have always made helpful suggestions to other service stations saving me time and money while still helping me get my issues fixed.

I've always taken my car to the dealership, hesitant to trust any other mechanics. This was a refreshing experience! The owner personally explained what the issue was and how they fixed it, including some follow-up and safeguarding measures. No dealership pricing here either. I recently took my out of warranty 2017 Outback in for a suspension problem. This is my third Outback I've been taking to import auto care for over 10 years. They've always done extremely right by me both in their work and in what they have charged me. Always getting my car fixed quickly, I know they've bent over backwards to get my work vehicle back to me. A friend of mine gave me them as a referral and I always give them as my best referral to any Asian car repair needs

Gregg and the team at Import Auto Care are fantastic! I had a problem with an Idle Air Control Valve. The repair shop that replaced it could not diagnose the problem and said I needed to go to the dealer. I took my car to a second repair shop and they couldn't find the problem either. After a referral, I stopped in to see Gregg. Him and his team took the time to diagnose and repair the issue.
They spent quite a lot of time and effort but only charged a very reasonable fee. I would highly recommend Import Auto Care. We had been to five other repair shops prior to this, since we moved back to the area two years ago. The only place I would go back to is import Auto.

We are truly very thankful Import Auto Care was recommended to us by a friend. They were not only less expensive than the previous auto repair shop we used, but after they finished repairing our mini-van it ran better than it ever has. They were so kind and helpful, and we were incredibly impressed that they also contacted us the day after we got our van back to make sure everything was running smoothly. Five stars all around!
