The Dent Guy specializes in two methods of dent, ding, crease repair and removal for automobiles. Those two methods are Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) and Glue Pull Repair (GPR). These are the two least invasive methods of dent, ding, crease removal for cars, trucks, vans, and motorcycles. One method accesses the back of the pane to massage the dent, ding, or crease. The other pulls from the outside of the panel to release pressure and pull the metal back into shape. Paintless dent repair (PDR) can often fix even severe dents in your car for much less money than the traditional method, which is to take your car to a body shop and let them pull, pound, and grind the dent until it’s better. Then fill it with body filler, sand it, and then repaint the area or panel. Fixing even small dents that way seems to be very expensive and there’s a good chance that the new paint won’t match perfectly.
The goal of PDR is to remove the dent without damaging the car’s original paint, which means you won’t have to repaint the car, which is why it’s “paintless” and therefore much less expensive. Those who specialize in this type of repair use a wide variety of techniques to push, pull, or massage the dent, ding, or crease until it’s completely gone or virtually unnoticeable.
Glue pulling is becoming a quickly growing part of the collision industry. A lot of manufacturers don't want technicians grinding down metal or stud-welding with a Unispotter aka Stud Gun to remove damage from panels. These methods are very invasive and will decrease the value of your vehicle.
Glue Pull Repair (GPR) is it utilizes glue tabs on the panel's exterior of the painted panel to repair the dents, dings, or creases. By using this method of removal allows for faster, cleaner, and less intrusive repairs. The Dent Guy utilizes some extreme Glue Pulling Repair (GPR) for minor collision dents or creases. Normally I do not write any feedback when companies request one, but this company call the Dent Guy i agree too. Let me explain the issue, my SUV had a dent on the passage side door, so my first instinct was to call my insurance company. So I started shopping around I so happen to stop at a collision shop. My truck is only a year old The collision shop mention The Dent Guy, and I am glad they did, what a awesome job and reasonable price, they had the truck at 900am and was finish at 1135am I was really expect longer time frame on the job and no painting needed done. I had some relatively minor push in on my right front quarter panel that separated it from the front. I read the reviews on Yelp and called them. I liked what I heard about their process and hired them. It only took a day for them to effect the repairs, and t price was very reasonable. I've taken awhile to write the review and my pics seem to be hiding on me. I'll take a picture of the panel after the next car wash and post it. The work was fantastic. I heartily recommend them.

I had my vehicle at one of the local shops for a vinyl wrap. Everything came out perfectly fine until they dented a small portion of the fender. Since it was their fault they had to fix it. They decided to call the dent doctor and he basically made the situation even worse and left the job unfinished and told the guys the need to repaint the fender.
I known Dan for quite some time and had a very good experience in the past when he worked on my previous vehicle and did an amazing job. So I decided to give him a call. Took the car to him yesterday and he was willing to help me to fix the problem, even though he was busy but still made sure to work around his schedule and take care of me. Picked up my vehicle this morning and all I can say is wow with the quality work he has done. I strongly recommend this place. I popped in without any notice to see Dan on a whim and a friend's referral to fix a deeply dented front left bumper of my pearl white Lexus ES 350. Dan was more than reasonable with his price and had me on my way in 15-20 min! It looks amazing and the dent is GONE! Very professional, meticulous, and I have sent him customers already who are just as amazed and grateful for Dan.

I have left this shop a 5 star review on any place I can find and I have NEVER done that for any other business. The owner Dan sent my photos and estimates of hail damage repair to my insurance company the same day I took it to him. My insurance company was an absolute pain and Dan (the owner) called them and tried to reason with them on my behalf.
My insurance company held my car hostage for three weeks (the repair itself realistically was a two or thee day job at most!) and it would have been perfectly within his right to charge me storage fees which he didn't. Eventually he was able to work it out with my insurance company. He had great communication with me throughout the entire insurance company nightmare!
He also kept his sense of humor and talked cars with my dad. My family has 8 cars between us and my dad was very impressed and we will tell everyone we know if you have a dent do yourself a favor and go to The Dent Guy. Online I saw under my maps app he has 207 reviews only four of those are not five stars. If you go on FAcebook everyone is also very happy with his work. He got my whip looking spiffy!

Dan’s work is absolutely amazing and his turn around time is extremely fast. He had removed all the dents/dings that I had asked him to and even took an extra step to remove a dent that he found along the way for no additional costs. About four months ago a small post " hit" my 2016 Chevy Colorado. At first the thought of doing nothing about it entered my mind. After a month of looking at it each time it was washed the truck, I decided to have it repaired. I chose The Dent Guy for no particular reason. And I am glad I did. The estimate process was thorough with details explained as to how he would approach the repair.

I took my car to NuLook for a deep scratch on the front bumper. They said it could not be sanded or touched up unless they took the bumper off at a cost of $600. They gave it back to me with white paint transfer in the scratch which they said would not come off. I took it to Dan The Dent Guy, he stopped what he was doing, removed the paint from the scratch, buffed it and touched up the paint in 30 minutes. HE MADE THAT SCRATCH DISAPPEAR LIKE MAGIC! When I got my bill, I was even more shocked. He charged for 30 minutes of labor and materials. Plus, he is a SUPER nice guy. I will NEVER take my car anywhere else.

I had a mysterious dent appear on the roof of my car between the top of my driver's side door and sunroof. I didn't think the dent would be fully repairable. Dan gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment that worked with my schedule. After dropping off my car, Dan immediately got to work and sent me a text a few hours later saying it was ready to pick up. Upon pickup, I was amazed at how the dent completely disappeared - he did fantastic work for a reasonable price. I have and would highly recommend him!

Dan did a phenomenal job working out a nasty ding in the aluminum hood on my SS. The repair is perfect - factory smooth. Where the impact had left a small scratch, he also performed an equally impressive touch up repair. Amazingly, Dan was able to do all of this very affordably and even took care of it while we chatted. His shop is immaculate and it's obvious that he strives to be the best at what he does. I purchased a used 2014 Lincoln MKS, the first used car I've purchased in many years, obviously the previous owner did not take advantage of the far end of the parking lots. So I took my car to Dan for an estimate, we identified 5 door dings in need of repair. Before we agreed to the repairs I informed him of how picky I am in terms of my expectations leaning towards perfection. Dan confidently assured me that I had no worries the dings would be gone. Needless to said by the (star 5 rating) I gave him. HE DID A GREAT JOB!
My experience with Dan didn't stop there, after a day or so I discovered another very faint ding/shallow dent, looking down the drivers side, holding your head just right, in the proper lighting, you could see it. I returned it to Dan on a Saturday morning after he informed me that he would be stopping by the shop, ask if I could bring the car in.
We agreed that, neither of us saw the imperfection at the initial evaluation. Please note that this was not his normal work day, but he planned that it would take about an hour to repair. In short it took longer than he expected, I enjoyed watching him work, the guy is a magician. He would not accept pay afterwards, since he said "he'd missed it in the estimate".
In my two visits to his shop there was a down on his luck veteran that Dan helps by saving recyclables for him, lets him sweep out the shop for contributions. So in lieu of pay, I made a modest contribution to Frank the veteran. Thanks Dan!

After the wind caught my car door, I showed up at Dan’s shop a complete mess. I had only had my car for less than a week. He had me pull it into his shop where he pulled a majority of the dent out until it could be completely repaired the following week. Now, you honestly can’t even tell it ever happened. I brought my Range Rover Sport to Dan to get (what I thought) was two door dings out of the passenger side front door. To my surprise, Dan was able to easily buff out one of the "dings" that actually happened to be just a scuff. He quickly and easily removed the other real ding and my truck looks as good as new. I had researched PDR in the winter when my wife's car picked-up a few dings and found Dan's website; it wasn't until I picked-up my own bruise did I make the call. I left voicemail for Dan in the evening and received a return call within 30-minutes. Dan was very kind and invited me into his shop to inspect the damage. His assessment was honest - the dent would be a challenge, but not impossible to fix. Dan explained in detail exactly how he planned to approach the repair and showed me the tools he would use to restore my car to as close to like-new condition.
His confidence won me over and he fit me into his calendar by leaving my car at the shop while traveling. Fast-forward to a few days later and I could not believe my eyes - with the exception of a very subtle wave (due to the depth) the dent was gone! I fully expected to pay $500-$700 at a body shop to have my two small dents repaired. Someone had dinged me in a parking lot. My son told me about this dent service that could repair the dent without having to repaint the door(s). I sent an email to Dan and he responded a few hours later. I stopped by his shop for an estimate and brought it in the next day for the repair. Two hours and $216 later you couldn't tell if there was any damage at all. Dan is your man if you need this type of service.

Dan is a great guy to deal with and puts out exceptional work. I had a 4" ding on my door right on a body line. It also turns out, Toyota uses high strength steel, making the job even more difficult. I was ecstatic when I picked my car up to find that you can't even tell there was a dent there. On top of that, Dan noticed a few smaller dings on the car and took care of them at no extra charge! I would definitely recommend Dan to anyone who needs a dent repaired and won't hesitate to go back if I should need work again!

I had some debris hit may new Jeep Cherokee, which left a two inch dent and scuff marks on my hood. Dan first buffed out the scuff marks revealing about 3 inch scratch under the scuff. As my hood was aluminum he suggested he sand and buff the scratch first to to make sure that he would have the same success with the dent. The scratch is gone! He then quoted me a price, which would be a bit more because of the aluminum hood.
When he as finished, he told me that he dropped the price because of a barely perceptible blemish he could not remove. I have to look real hard to find any evidence of the road damage. Dan is a pro, and pays attention to detail. I would highly recommend his service, not only because he fixed the dent, but he removed the scuff and the other scratch first. I highly recommend his company.

I had the misfortune of having a nasty dent put in the passenger C-Pillar of my Audi S4. Of course the person took off and did not take responsibility. I immediately reached out to Dan to see if he might be able to help me. I did not want to have a body shop repair and repaint if at all possible. Dan fit me in quickly and did a fantastic job. He worked very carefully and took all the time he needed to get it right and was happy to explain the whole process to me.

I have worked w Dan twice over the last couple of years. On both occasions he was extremely prompt, professional, and forthcoming about his assessment of the job and the time and money it would take to repair. The repairs have been flawless. He restored my BMW to its showroom appearance. Also very personable, and he will meet you where you are -- he came to my office on both occasions and was very discreet and professional. Wouldn't go with anyone else (would prefer not to need him at all of course!)

Dan was very courteous, professional and did a great job of fixing the ding in my door that someone secretly left me one day. He came to my work and did the repair right in the parking lot and I can't tell that there was a ding there. I would highly recommend that you call him to see if your dent can be fixed by him as it is high quality work done quick, easy and it was a good price.

The Dent Guy repaired multiple dents in one area on my vehicle. He had excellent technical and people skills, and did beautiful work. After he finished, I couldn’t tell there had been dents there. I am very happy and satisfied with his work. I liked dealing with this owner operator who took such pride in his work and demonstrated fine attention to detail. The final invoice matched the estimate; there were no surprises or extras. The waiting room was very nice and comfortable. I highly recommend!

I visited the Dent Guy after scraping the house while backing into the driveway. My entire experience with Dan was fantastic, from my initial phone call, through his assessment of my vehicle and development of an estimate. He seemed very knowledgeable, and was friendly, professional and HONEST!!! Ultimately, the nature of the damage to my car was beyond the scope of paintless dent repair, but I would absolutely go back to Dan for any dents I might get in the future, and I strongly recommend the Dent Guy to anyone with a dent on their vehicle.
