DoorBusters Lock & Safe

Definitely not cheap for the service I needed. The screen door of my condo had closed and locked when I took the garbage out. It was the thumb turn kind of lock inside with keyed entry on the outside. Needed them to come out and basically break in for me. Took about an hour for the tech to arrive. The tech was unable to pick the lock because he said the knob was installed upside down, so he had to drill it.

Which brought the cost to $353! Woo.but hey. Gotta do what u gotta do. He also asked if I wanted him to install a new lock for $125.umm no. I know how to go to Walmart and replace a knob, it's fine, lol. Overall good service though. And the tech was sure to double check my ID matched the address on a bill inside the home. That felt good to know they aren't just going to help random ppl break into places without proving residency. EDIT: This is in response to owner of company.

Please understand that the lock on the door actually was from Walmart and YOUR tech could not break into it. He could not even pick it and even remarked how secure the lock was. You can see the discrepancy there in your previous statement, correct? Definitely would not pay $125 for an easy DIY job. Especially not in this current economy. However, I understand your need to validate your pricing as a business owner. But we also have to be honest in this situation. I had to remove a star due to the dishonesty in your reply.

There will be no other place I go, or send people when they need anything regarding a car/lock /remote. Eli was a breath of fresh air. He was customer service driven, while still maintaining his level of expertise. I was in and out with 20 mins and the price was amazing! Thanks Guys!

Yossi was quick and extremely kind when I locked my keys in my truck this morning. They are very fair priced and very kind. I will definitely call then in the future if I need a locksmith.

DoorBusters Lock & Safe were like "A Christmas Miracle!" We had a 10 day trip schedule out of town for the holidays. After driving 8 hours, our Pet Nanny called to inform us; "She no longer had our house key." With the weather turning cold, a house of senior pets and the thermostat turned off- Our biggest concern was it being a Sunday, and the inability to overnight a key. Having to wait until Monday, Then it wouldn't arrive until Tuesday.

To top it off, there were warnings of overnight delays due to the holiday rush. Realistically, it would end up being close to 3 days until she could get in. We called DoorBusters just to ask about prices and how we could go about rekeying the door? Feeling confident with their reasonable rates, we were more impressed that the gentleman on the phone was extremely kind and showed genuine concern for our animals being left alone.

With that being said; He asked "if we could send him a photograph or video of our house key, so he could to attempt to make a virtual key. What? We didn't even know that was even possible! Miraculously, it worked! Our Pet Nanny went to pick up the key and he even talked to her as she opened the door to our sleepy pets not even realizing a major crisis had just been averted!

Eli is an incredible person and I will forever recommend Doorbusters to everyone who needs their services. The lock on my restaurant door fell off in my hand on Thanksgiving day and he responded immediately with the knowledge and expertise for the door I have to assess the problem and teach me to fix it should it ever happen again, taking an expense off my books for me.

Being in the restaurant business, this is so, so appreciated, more than I think anyone could know. He's patient, kind, and smart and I am so grateful to him and his business.

My car key snapped on Christmas at work in Henderson. The first place I tried came highly recommended, but didn’t have the blank. I didn’t have the money to call an emergency tech out to fix it, so I started emailing everywhere. Liberty responded with a quote, I brought in the broken key, and they were able to recut it quickly.
