Bought a galaxy from here recently, I was impressed with the service provided, delivered on time for free! and professional, cars running spot on, and i like the fact all cars are fitted with new cambelts etc nice touch

I took my Chevrolet Avalanche for an AC inspection. It has been awhile since I have been here as I use to bring my Mercedes for service. They were always friendly and very fair on price. Never felt that I was taken advantage of. The work that they did was always complete and never had problems. So I decided to bring my Avalanche here to have it checked.

It was blowing hot air as I had it serviced at another shop. It was cold air for 3 months then started blowing hot air again. The other shop said I needed a new unit and couldn't fix it. So I brought it to Fox Auto and after dropping it off they called me a few hours later and said it was ready. They found that the other shop didn't tighten the valve where you charge the system. They checked everything and recharged the system and now it's blowing very cold air. Fox Auto is honest, fair and stand behind their work. I have found my go to shop!

Just bought a car from this business - arrived yesterday and was as good as advertised. Only had it a day but seems to be a good quality product at a good price. Owner was very good to deal with - would use again.

Skyler at the front is super helpful and friendly. Ive had 2 major car repairs done on my BMW and they didn't suggest anything extra on top of what needs to be fixed. They offered a very fair price and got the repairs done in less than a day and a half. I moved all the way to Lake Forest and I still take my car here.

As mechanic, i can say that they have the workshop really clean and organised and they do the jobs in the same way and with absolute professionalism. As client i can say that the workshop practice fair prices for the jobs and their professionals made a really good work for me.

Our Explorer needed some major work done on its right rear after an accident with the curb. Had the car towed to Fox and they let me know of its arrival. Within a day a detailed list of what was needed was sent to me along with pics. We needed a few days to decide if it was worth repairing such an old car and Fox did not pressure us to make a decision.

I think it took five days for us to finally decide to go ahead with most of the recommended the repairs. Fox Auto team took care of it and finished it ahead of schedule. We've been taking our cars to Fox for years and trust them to repair our cars right. Thanks Fox Auto.

Brought our Tahoe in here for an alignment and oil change before our long road trip (to Wyoming). Our Tahoe drove so smooth! Always great explanation of work and great customer service!

Patrick and the receptionists were very kind, generous, adaptable, and efficient! They changed my light bulb for free which only took 5-10 minutes and fit it in their schedule. I recommend calling beforehand and asking what day and time is good. They get busy especially Friday afternoons. :

When my car died on me and I had to have it emergency towed to a nearby location I wasn't expecting much beyond basic auto care and to be overcharged. Not only did they take a free look at my engine problems, but when they knew I was going to have to replace it - they forwarded me to a personal contact at the Kia dealership who set me up BEAUTIFULLY.

Not only that, because I was traveling for work and didn't have time to arrange for a quick tow. They were gracious enough to let me store my car there for a few days out front where the tow truck had left it without being able to move. Where, at some point during the middle of the night, a vandal broke my window. Without even discussing 1st they replaced it for free! Jacki and Reuben were a life saver during an auto catastrophe that couldn't have been worse timing.

I can't thank them enough for their stellar customer care, attention to detail, and willingness to help as much as possible (and I wasn't even technically a customer)! Would recommend to anyone anytime! Thank you Jacki and Reuben!

AAA recommended this place to replace my alternator. Great service, employees are personable.

Brought my car in for the AAA free check up. The receptionist called me after a couple hours and said my car needed about $1,700 worth of work. I declined the work and had my mechanic look at my car. It didn't need a new oil pressure sensor unit, radiator and oil cooler hoses, drive belt, new spark plugs or oil pan resealed. I have notified AAA of the unscrupulous tactics that Fox tries to get away with.

I went to ask oil change with AAA promotion today. Jacki and other staff are friendly and professional. She explained my car's inspection with paper in detail. It is very helpful for me to know which parts are priority to be fixed. This car mechanic has many clients every day so I would recommend to make appointment online or call beforehand. You can't find a more dependable, trustworthy and professional auto service center than Ken and Jackie at Fox Auto Care. I have been going here for years with multiple cars and never been disappointed with the price or the service. I even referred my mother!

The workers are very friendly and helpful. Especially Robert who did a great job of explaining everything to me and not charging me anything before giving me a thorough explanation of the details and costs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants their car taken care of by the best.

I called for a quote and was told by the receptionist, "you need to bring your car in so we can look at it and tell you how much." I gave her my car's year, make and model. I asked if she couldn't give me a quote for both types of oils? She said no, bring it in tomorrow. I said, lady all I need is a quote for an oil change that's all.

She was rude. She said, we are not Jiffy LUBE. Like dahh! If I wanted Jiffy LUBE I would have called them. They wanted to have me there so they can say, you need this and this. Lady, all I need and want is an oil change. How hard is that! Found a better place. Tashmo Auto Center

I found Fox through my AAA listings and reaffirmed through countless positive Yelp reviews. I went for a routine oil change and check-up, and Fox was able to get me in and out in almost no time at all. The service was very friendly, and Jackie was patient in answering my questions with a smile, even explaining the maintenance codes of my vehicle in detail to help me understand anticipated services in the future. I'll definitely be coming back!

I would give them 100 stars if I could. I have never experienced such quality work and people, from Jackie to Juan to Mikey to ken, The owner. They treat you with respect and it sounds weird to say but they treat you like family. And I would never go anywhere else with my car!! Great team of honest people. Ken was very patient with my lack of mechanical knowledge, took care of my check engine light, and helped me understand what was going on. He's the first guy I talk to for all my auto maintenance concerns.

I have had excellent service performed on my vehicles at Fox Auto. The work is done correctly and reasonably priced. I have low mileage older vehicles (10 plus years old) so parts sometimes takes a while, but the work is done promptly. One noteworthy comment of honoring their service is an issue I had on my vehicle. I had my front left axle shaft fail on my vehicle that was replaced just 2 months earlier (Audi A4).

Not sure of the cause of the failure, but Fox Auto replaced the axle and engine mount (damage due to axle flailing about) under warranty "free of charge"! Thanks again for standing behind on customer satisfaction. I highly recommend this establishment.

We've been coming to Fox for almost 15 years. We take all 4 of our cars (and others which have gotten to old too drive anymore -- we drive our cars into the ground) here consistently. We enjoy working with Jacki, Ken and Pat. They know us by name. We trust them. If it doesn't need fixing, they don't. They are honest and they describe the problem in laymen's terms. They are professional and courteous. They will not fix anything without our prior approval. We appreciate the AAA discount. We recommend all our friends to go here.

Ken is an honest guy. No other way to describe the business he runs here. Tells it like it is and won't upsell you on your repairs if it isn't necessary or required. Also has a good turnaround time compared to other shops; they really are knowledgeable with what they do. Will be my shop from now on!

Couldn’t be happier with the service! They accommodated my schedule and addressed my concerns thoroughly. I was able to schedule my appointment and review the inspection report of my car on my phone, which was extremely convenient.... and they washed my car!
