Towing Sunnyvale

I set an appointment for 3 pm today. They asked for the security id of my card, said it was their policy so that they can charge a cancellation fee. The driver contacted me around 2 pm to ask if he could reschedule to between 3:30 and 4 pm. I agreed. He never showed. When I called to ask what had happened, they told me that I would be charged a cancellation fee. I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau tomorrow morning.

Do yourselves a favor and tell all your friends to never trust this business. Predatory, mendacious, a threat to the community. P.S. Do not trust Google reviews of this business. or any business, for that matter.

Critical: Professionalism, Value This service cheated me. I was quoted $35-$85 for a battery jump start service. I thought the range was based on hourly rate. But the service only took 5 minutes and I was still charged $85. I was given no reason for this. I went to the address on the website - there is no business! Service: Battery

I was on my way to the office when I got into a car accident. I called Towing Sunnyvale and they came right away to help me out. The tow truck driver was extremely professional and courteous. I really appreciated that! Service: Car towing

Horrible experience, said 45 minutes and never showed up after 1.5 hours, called multiple times and the call center was BSing me with 15 more minutes until I had to cancel, wasted my morning and missing my mechanic appointment. Had to cancel after they did not show up after 2.5 hours of wait.

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value Came out and could not jump my battery but still insisted on charging me $85. Agreed to $49 but they insisted on adding a further minimum charge. It was never explained to me when I took the call that even if my battery couldn't be started they would charge me this. Critical: Professionalism, Value On their website they say they do private property towing. So when I called to ask they denied they provide that service. As I was asking another question a just hung up the phone in the middle of my question. WORST customer service EVER.

I was told that the price would be $35 initially and $30 to $85 depending on what is necessary. The guy with an accent could not find my location and had an attitude. Once he found me he demanded I pop the hood. He didn't say hi or thank you. Only thing he asked after the jump was did I pay. It took him less than two minutes to revive my battery and I get charged $135. ripoff.

It was a fast service, Nick was the gentleman who serviced me. The time estimate was 40 min but he arrived in 30. The process was quick and safe. Nick is a great individual, if you are open minded and like to talk this is your service guy. In overall, towing service was great, customer service was great.

Waited 2 hours for a tow and we had cancel. It was almost 12:20am. Worst experience ever. Do not call these guys. Very unreliable! The call center kept telling us driver was going to contact us with an ETA, and driver never did, not even as courtesy. Our vehicle was supposed to be towed by these guys to a location where a multiple car hauler was waiting to transport our vehicle 9 hours away to a shop for repair. They left because we didn't get the vehicle there on time. Was a waste of time! These people don't deserve any stars.

This people deserve 0 starts, I don't understand how they are still operating. I called for a flat tire, the lady who answered the phone told me the waiting time was 45min. I call back after an hour just to sound like she has forgotten about my request. Then, she told me to wait 15 more min. About 5 minutes later I received a phone call which seems to be from another company saying they just received a call for a flat tire at my address and that they will arrive in 30 min. At that point, I told them I didn't need anymore. Horrible service.

If I could, I would give this place 0 stars due to their horrible customer service. I called them on behalf of my partner, due to his phone issues, for a towing for his flat tire. They dispatcher had a very bad attitude, when I confronted her about her very wrong ETAs and the lack of updates. She gave us an initial ETA of 30 minutes, it has been over 2 hours.

She also accused my partner of not being in the location he had described. Look, I used to be a dispatcher and this disrespect of customers is simply unacceptable. Even an update of what's going on would have been nice.

My cars battery is dead so I did a quick search and I called this company noticing the 5 star reviews. They send someone over 2 hours later. The guy was a contractor and the utmost professional. He quickly assessed that a tow was unnecessary and then jump-started the car in 5 minutes or less. Then it's $120 when over the phone I am told it's $49 dollars to $130 max for a tow but no. $120 for a jumpstart!?

I understand that a tow was not necessary but for 5 minutes worth of work!?. For a jumpstart it's nearly the same price even though I have to drive the car over myself. Avoid this place like the plague since they will hand you off to a contractor and give you the run around. Expensive service for minimal effort. Not worth the trouble or arguing with a contractor they farmed the job out to. Just called around and found a place charging 65 total for a jump start. Save your money and don't spend 120 for a tow here. Go elsewhere and do your research.

I called them at 9:50. They said they'd be 60 minutes, and the driver would call me when he was close; they also took my credit card and told me I'd be charged $55 if I cancelled while their driver was on the way. At 11:19 I called them again; they said 15 minutes, maybe less. It's now 12:06. No driver; no call. And now they aren't answering their phone - I've been listening to hold music for the past 13 minutes. (I'm trying to call them to cancel, so I can go to work - late.)

It's just a scam to make you wait long enough that you give up and they charge you a cancellation fee for service that may or may not exist

I had a very very very bad experience with this company. I had a flat tire this morning so I called them, they had my credit card info and said the tow truck would be here in 30-45 minutes. After an hour I called again, the woman on the phone said the driver was in Moutain View and should be here in 30 minutes. But he didnt come. So I called and she said the driver was fixing a minor problem of the truck and should be here very soon, and would have the driver call me.

No one called. By then it was a couple hours, I was being stupid wasting my time with this company. I called and told them make sure not to charge my credit card. Then I took Uber to go to work. This company should not exist. Do not ever use their service (well, there is no service at all)!

Absolutely the rudest women/little brat working on the night of 9/24. I didn't even get my question out on the phone before she hung up on us. Get better people or grown ups to answer your phone lines as this could have been a great experience and a future contract for our apartment complex.

My car broke down on the highway and I was really nervous about calling a tow truck. I called Towing Sunnyvale and these guys handled everything just fine. The driver towed me to a tire shop and they took care of my car. The price was what they quoted me over the phone and they got to me fast.

My wife car had a breakdown and I called towing Sunnyvale while she was waiting on the side of the road by herself. I told the guy that it’s urgent because I knew she will get panic. He took all the info and after 13 minutes my wife called me and told me that the driver arrived. I was amazed, and more than that he didn’t charged her too much
