I will never, ever use this business again. The two truck arrived nearly 3 hours late, for an appointment I had made earlier the same day. Received no notice that the driver would be late and when I called for status, multiple times, I was put on very extended hold and given times for status reports that never materialized. Totally bad service. I even tried to cancel and they put me on hold before I could do that. Fortunately, as I was leaving, the driver called and said he was minutes away, which he was.
This is not a tow truck company. It merely acts as an intermediary for independent tow truck drivers and companies. The company they sent was GD Towing. The tow itself went ok, but the driver had no explanation for why he was so late. He just said "sorry." Negative stars for this one.

Always ask how much their fee is! I didn't do it when I called to order them and ended up paying $250 for a 4-mile tow. Initially they wanted to charge me $500, and after I complained, they decreased it to $250, which is still unreasonably high. Had I known up front, I would never have used their services. :

My tire blew out right on the HWY 1 ramp to S 280 San Jose and I had to pull over. Guy was the man who came to my rescue, swapped my tire in a matter of minutes and gave me the green light to head back home. It took a while for the tow truck to arrive but it was during rush hour in the morning and I was overall grateful to be assisted. Thank you so much! Please continue to take care of others in the Daly City Area!
