Had my tire changed for a spare. The spare tire was low on air. They didn't have an air pump and did not fill up my tire. So I paid 150 to have a flat switched with a flat. I dont mind the price for a tire change, but for the money i would at elast expect an air pump be available. That being said the staff were friendly and good people.

When my car suddenly stopped working, they were able to help me so well. My car was stuck in the middle of the road until they joined me. From that point on, everything went smoothly.

I highly recommend this towing company for their fast and professional service. I needed my car to get towed to my dealership, so I called them. The price for my towing was very reasonable and fair. I'll use them again and refer them to everybody in need!

I called them up and they were able to send a tow truck for me in about 30 minutes. The driver was really helpful and nice and the price was really good. I was really impressed by their service and would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow truck.

They were able to come in 15 minutes and were professional and courteous, but most importantly, affordable! I'll definitely be calling them again if I ever need towing services in Dallas, Texas.

After trying to depend on my roadside assistance with my insurance since we were out of state and did not have anyone to call to help at 11 pm at night and them letting me down drastically we called 360 towing and they arrived in less than 20 minutes. Made the mistake of not looking at reviews before booking with them. Please find another company. I called to schedule a towing because I had a flat tire. My appt with discount tire as at 9am the next day, and they assured me that someone would come to tow my car by 8:30am that morning at the latest. I called at 8:45 and apparently the person who was supposed to get my car was having car issues, but no one though to tell me.

They said they would send someone else and charged my credit card $130. They also said the new guy would get to me in 20-30 minutes. 2 hours later I find out the new guy who was supposed to come got a flat tire. Not sure if they were having a bad day, but I'd definitely recommend going somewhere else.

Worst towing experience of my life. Do NOT use this company if you need a tow. When I called them to request a quote I was told there would be a $69 service fee and $4 for every mile the car was towed. Once the tow was finished i had to pay $180 to move my car 8 miles down the road. When I called to ask about the additional charges, they threatened to impound my car if i didn't pay the ridiculous amount. $180 for 8 miles. Does that seem right to you.? Me either.

These guys are worth calling came out in a fast pace to tow my camaro I do recommend them will be calling again if I need them

They were very quick and prompt with their service. Only took the driver 10 minutes to reach me and help me with my motorcycle that broke down on 635. Eli, the truck driver, was very friendly, understood my situation and knew exactly what to do. I will definitely use 360 Towing in the future!

If I could give no stars, I would. We have been in business for over 20 years. We work with many different towing companies and we have never had a tow truck driver treat us so rudely. He did not ask us where the vehicle needs to be left. The driver proceeds to unhook the vehicle right out front in our customer parking lot and when we noticed we went out to ask him to take it to our back lot, The driver tells us I don't have time, just put it in neutral and do it yourself.

Isn't this what he's getting paid to do? I asked his name, contacted the company and while I was on the phone he left. He left a vehicle that does not shift into neutral. We could not move the vehicle which is why it was towed to us in the first place, so we could repair it. He was made to come back and tried himself to move it in neutral but could not.

He had to hook it up to his truck again and bring it in our back lot. He wasted a lot of time in doing this when it all could have been prevented by doing his job correctly the first time around.

Great and fast service! The driver Elijah was very friendly and on time and towed the car without hassle, took great care of it! Would definitely recommend this service and the driver as well!

BS! Scammers! Read the other reviews, you'll see I'm not lying. Do yourself a favor and go with another tow provider - there's hundreds out there! 360 contracts out and when you call to get your quote they'll give you their standard quote "$59 base and then an additional $35 to $75 based on the complexity of the tow". Our Jeep died on an empty road on the way to Firestone, we parked, literally the only car on the entire road.

Nothing leaking or spilling, no damage from an accident. Car was going 1 (ONE) mile up the road to the Firestone. So we expected the base charge, maybe a little more with taxes. We ended up paying $159 dollars. The tow provider they sent out said their company charge the customer $100 for the tow and then 360 will charge $59 for their service of connecting people with the tow provider, that's how everyone gets their money.

So essentially, they're scamming people. What do you think happened when we called 360? "We don't know why they charged that much, call them, it's whatever they thought was appropriate based on the complexity of the tow and how far you went." They wiped their hands clean and called it a day. We are currently in a community and nationwide crisis during this whole coronavirus deal and to think that there's still people willing to kick you when you're down is depressing.

USE ANYONE ELSE. Called for a tow, was told the wait was 25-30 minutes. Had to call back an hour and a half later to ask where the driver was. Was told he was in a wreck and they were a sending someone else who would be there in 20 minutes. Thirty minutes later had to call again, and was told they couldn't get in touch with the driver and they canceled on me. Over two hours wait time, and not once did they call to update me.

Driver was prompt and patient! I had no clue where my spare was even located but he took his time and found it! Will definitely use 360 towing in the future!

Used these guys for a tow when my tire blew out. The driver was courteous and knowledgeable about where my Mercedes needed to be attached and with what attachment. I was also pleased that he gave us a ride home after dropping off the car. I definitely use again.

My car was dead on the road and they came promptly with a flatbed to tow to my preferred shop. Properly hooked and strapped the car.

Do not trust them, they say you can cancel the dispatch when the driver calls, but then when you cancel, they charge you anyway. Thiefs.

The guy helping us did a great job. Very professional and nice. Had a great sense of humor and his truck was clean and well taken care of. All around he was very helpful and nice considering how late it was. Highly recommend this company.

Please do not use them They are thieves. They will never give you the correct price. As soon as your car is loaded on the truck they will trick you into paying more money. They told me $89 to tow for a 5 mile distance. At the end i was charged $239. Do not use 360 towing service. They are fraudsters

What a rip off, they said the row will be $59 for 6 miles, I told the lady on the phone, my brother is deaf, he was charged $59 plus $95. A total of $154. They took advantage of him being deaf, that's not cool people. I believe in karma, you will be judged one day.

First of all, way over priced for a simple tow. Secondly, tow truck gets to my vehicle without a jack to jack my truck up (I told them my wheel came off) the driver then leaves claims he needs to get another truck with a jack, idk and did not return AT ALL. I tried to call the company back, which is supposed to be a 24 hour service, with no answer.

I had to call another tow company, which was cheaper. It's the first tow company to pop up on google in Austin when you search for a tow company DO NOT USE THEM WHAT SO EVER! So help me God if they charge my card!

Horrible Customer service. I called and explained what I needed. "His" response was we don't do that kind of service and just hung up. Extremely disappointed. Needed emergency roadside service to change a tire. Quoted $59 on the phone - got my card info. Charged me $120 after the tire was replaced! I even attempted to verify on the phone "that's $59 total right?" $120 to change a goddamn tire. Crooks.

Jesus came in minutes! He was kind and got working quickly. He took care of everything and kept the car scratch free!
