I am very impressed with the towing services provided by Towing San Antonio. They were very prompt and professional. Their crew was very efficient in providing wrecker service in San Antonio. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of towing services.

Scheduled for 11 o'clock but they arrived at 9:30. The first driver left because I wouldn't be there until the time I scheduled so i had to wait for another driver. The second driver was great though, saved the rating

When my car broke down last week, I didn't think twice about who to call. That's because I already used them. I was extremely pleased with their service. Tow truck services from this company are dependable and honest!

I called Towing Alamo to tow my car after it broke down. The dispatcher was very quick and took my information. He called back to confirm my location and had a tow truck there within 15 minutes. The driver was very friendly and had my car on the tow truck within 5 minutes. I will definitely use them again for roadside assistance. Service: Car towing

DO NOT USE! They left my elderly mother in a parking lot for 5 hours! I called them with her on the phone because a guy came out and said he didn't have enough charge in his charger? (Totally incompetent) and said someone would be back in 20 minutes. Called an hour later with my mom on the phone and she is crying because it's been 5 hours now, just asking if anyone was on their way, and they hung up on us!

They were outsource by Allstate and said they wouldn't talk to us, to ask Allstate about any concerns. DO NOT USE! They obviously have no concern for customers, not even elderly customers stranded in the heat!

I give this towing service 4 stars for prompt service but I was surprised by the hefty fee of $185 for a 7.5 mile tow.

I'm very disappointed with this company. I was told that The tow truck would pick my car up in 45 minutes to a hour. I've been waiting over two hours on the side of the highway and no one has come yet. They charged me 180 to go 4 miles. I don't think it's right that they charge you up front for service that's not completed. They give you a estimated time and don't show up or call you back to update you on how long the driver is delayed for or going to take when they're late. This company is not very professional at all during this event. I'm very disappointed that I chose them for help.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Value Third party service. Charged almost $200. Wanted to cancel and they were gonna keep almost half that as a cancellation fee. Tow operator was a good guy but the company that called him out, shady. What goes around comes around. Never using this company again. Services: Local haulage, Car towing

If I could give no stars, I would. 1) you have to pay up front for the service ($90) before they come to you-not a problem yet 2)the wait was nearly 3 hours before they showed up 3) they do the tow which was less than 5 miles and upon dropping off they request an additional payment uhh hello we already paid for the service. Nope, they spout off some crap about the work it takes to get the vehicle on the truck it was a flatbed, uhhh looks like there is only one way to hook it up.

The vehicle was not in a wreck, it merely would not move. It was an easy hook up that didn't require having to get in a tight spot or have any obstructions. So how difficult was it to do the job that it required an additional payment?! Mind you, you have to pay upfront for them to even come out. They ask about the vehicles condition when you call so what more do they need?

It wasn't a difficult job, they saw older people and thought oh easy targets to pump them for more money. Sounds like a SCAM to me and what gets me even more is that this was done to an elderly couple. SCAM ALERT! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS that like to take advantage of people, elderly people no less.

Driver was very professional he arrived quickly did not disappoint. Very satisfied with the price. Would recommend to any one in need of a towing company that needs some one reliable and fast. Thank you Alamo towing will contact you again if I ever need you.

I've gotten my car towed a few times and the customer service is fantastic! Everyone at Towing Alamo is so nice & respectful and willing to go above & beyond!

Service was great, driver was incredibly friendly. He was able to pull my truck out of a garage and put it in another without any damages, while being quick and efficient.

These guys are great! Extremely fast and courteous, brought a flat bed for 2 blown tires.

I've never had a smoother transaction with a towing service. Their time of arrival was just as what they had told me which was great because I had all my kids with me! Very professional as well and will definitely keep their number in handy.
