Certified Transmission

I was having troubles with the transmission in my car and was confused on what was going on. I took it to Certified Transmission and right away Ben was happy to talk me through everything and explain everything to me step by step. He made sure I understood what was happening and even went out of his way to draw me a picture to show me what he was talking about and where the problem was. I was 100% happy with the customer service and now my car is running so much better!

Brought my car in to have them make an assessment on my transmission. Kyle was 100% transparent and upfront about everything which was a breath of fresh air. They were done with the car when they said they would be and even went the extra mile to change my oil. Best experience I’ve had during a car service. Thanks guys!

I had one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had in 64 years! From my first call with Nick to explain my problem to Jimmy diagnosing what the issue was it was a totally awesome experience. Then on top of it they saved me from what I thought was going to be a transmission replacement to a fairly easy and inexpensive fix. There is no way I could rate them high enough for how my experience was. I would recommend to any and all to give them a call if you have questions concerning your transmission issues.

They were able to get my pickup in the next day. Nick was always right there to answer questions, provide updates, and always friendly. I highly recommend Certified Transmission!

I would like to thank Certified Transmission-Lincoln for all of their help getting my car back up and running even though it was not an easy task, And not only that they came to my house on a Sunday Afternoon to get it I was so happy because it was so full of (problems) and not drivable at this point. I was served at the Millard Branch by Trinity. I say served because that is completely what they did there. Despite the big "investment" required to fix my vehicle, I left completely satisfied for giving them my business. Trinity made sure to answer all my questions and go above and beyond the call of customer service. She is an asset to the business. We will go back in a while to have them double check that all is in good shape with the car, but it is already much better!

Extremely impressed with the knowledge and thoroughness of everyone involved. Told me what they thought was wrong and about how much it would cost. They nailed it. Dealt mostly with Nick and he was very helpful.

Certified transmission went above and beyond my expectations when fixing my transmission. The staff provided excellent service, were very knowledgeable, very involved with the customer, and had great customer service. I was always in constant update about my vechile and the process. Certified transmission was also very quick and done within 2 days, and they also provided a free loaner vehicle.

I also received a complimentary free car wash! I have never met a staff that’s more involved with a customer, they even reached out to me afterwards to see how my vehicle was doing. Would definitely recommend !

I can only echo the reviews left by the other raters in this posting. The perfect 5 star rating that the team at Certified Transmission has earned is very well deserved. They have completely earned my respect and future business. I brought my vehicle in on a Friday and picked it up on the following Tuesday. The turnaround time was just phenomenal. Kyle was upfront and honest about my situation every step of the way.

I really appreciated that. He informed me that it is not his team's philosophy to put a bandaid on the problem when major surgery is required.

Unfortunately, my vehicle needed major surgery but I was comforted by the fact that the team there is honest and trustworthy and at no time did I feel like I was being taken advantage of as is commonplace with many other businesses in the industry. Kyle kept me updated throughout the entire process and the repairs were done and done right.

I can't say enough about the team at Certified Transmission other than you would being doing yourself a disservice if you took your vehicle anywhere else for transmission repairs!
