HANDS DOWN THE BEST! My family and I have moved 8 times in the past 15 years and finding a trustworthy, reliable and fairly priced mechanic when we move is hard. We had tried some other local mechanics and we weren't happy with the work that was done for the price that was charged. We left feeling ripped off. That's when we found Joe's. Listen, if you want to go somewhere that treats you like family, go HERE.

I feel like I'm getting advice from my older brother or dad when I go here. They give it to you straight. Even the gal at the front desk feels like I'm talking to an old high school friend. We've had minor and major repairs done on both of our cars (2006 Ford w/ 300k miles and 2013 Honda Van 120k miles) and I've always been satisfied with the quality of work done, the turnaround time, the recommendations they've given and the customer service.

And I've always been pleasantly surprised at the price. It's always felt fair and honest. I won't go anywhere else and don't think you should either. Thanks everyone at Joe's for keeping my cars running and entertaining my crazy questions!

Me and my family have been going here but we aren't coming back here. 4+ times getting my brakes checked. Getting them done somewhere else and they told me they could fix them. Will keep you guys updated on that. Since joe's said it was the car and not the brakes (lol) 4+ times guys. Ya uh scam? Apparently their parts are yes new but also cheap.

Still as useless as ever. If they fix my breaks finally they will get more stars. This is going to be my last time going here if they can't fix it. Also so rude on the phone tbh. You're literally the reason why I'm still coming here to get my breaks fixed lol.

Joe's was recommended to me by a friend because I urgently needed my brakes changed and the shop is close to my work. I am grateful that they were who I chose to use. They got my car in ASAP since I advised that I pretty much had nothing left for brakes. They were quick and efficient. They were also very upfront about the price, with the reassurance that they would still contact me prior to proceeding with the repairs.

A lot of places wouldn't quote me an estimate, even though I was very adamant that I knew that more than the base issue may be wrong with the car, therefore costing more. But I really just wanted to know the starting point and base cost for what I was mostly sure was wrong. They were very upfront with this. This has been weeks ago now and I have not had any issues.

I waited to leave the review as I had seen other reviews where people said that their repairs failed. I have not found this to be the case for me. I will definitely be utilizing them as my go to mechanic from now on.

I honestly cannot not say enough good things about this company. I called them for a tow and instead of just a tow they went completely above and beyond to help my neighbor get her vehicle back on the road. Recently had work completed on my car by Don. He quickly diagnosed the issue. Once he started work he determined the parts that actually needed replaced and saved me money. Very impressed with their work and will use them for all of my mechanical needs!

Don and the crew at Joe' are some amazing people! I came across Joe's when I moved to the area a little over three years ago. They are always taken the time to explain what is going on and what honestly needs repaired. Even as far as walking you back to visibly show you. Today the went above and beyond! I came in with an unknown transmission leak.

Their wonderfully kind receptionist giving me a ride home and back. They did repaired and explained what happened and cleaned it in a short amount of time. I am super grateful to them and will be a customer for life! Thanks again!

Joe's automotive saved the day! Somebody cut the catalytic converter off of our RV just days before my daughters wedding. Since the wedding is outdoors we need to use the RV for her to get dressed in. The team at Joe's went to work quickly to get me an estimate, even drove to the location of the RV. The price was great, the service was great, the people are amazing. Will absolutely be visiting them again for any of our automotive repair needs.

Great experience. The mechanic got in the car and rode with us so he could listen to the noise our car was making and ask questions about what we were experiencing. The shop was good about communicating when the repair would be finished, and they were up front with us about the price. The price seemed fair. I really appreciated that the staff treated us with respect, which isn't always the case at some garages. We will be back!

Every time I have taken my auto for service at Joes they have gone the extra mile to EXCEED my level of service and value for my dollar expectations. As just one example- when I needed work done on my pollution control system so I could pass an environmental control check that the county I live in requires to acquire a vehicle registration- they. made the trip to the BMV THEMSELVES with my vehicle and obtained the certificate I needed so I could purchase my new plate sticker later that day.

And i didnt even have to ask them to do this! AND when I tried to pay Joes EXTRA for doing so, they wouldn't let me! These guys know what they are doing and are always so pleasant to deal with!

First time customer and EXTREMELY satisfied. Paul (owner), Don, and the crew far exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, fair, timely, and spot on with the diagnostic and repair. I have never had a car repair experience anywhere close to the service Joe's Auto provided. We will definitely return again and recommend to all our friends. This place is a gem!

Used to take my cars to Joe's and never considered anywhere else. I dropped $1100 on my Accord there less than 6 months ago and about 500 miles ago. I'm experiencing the same issue again. We both know it's the same part, that is under warranty, but Joe's won't own up to it. Chances are, I won't be back with any of the 4 cars in my driveway. I'll also be sure to let people know about my experience.

Joe helped me out a great deal when I went over a massive pothole this past spring and had to take my car in right away due to a ton of flashing lights on my dash. He did a full safety inspection for me for free, and got me in a second time very quickly after the problem didn’t go away. I’ve had excellent customer service at Joe’s both times and would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable and affordable mechanic.

Joe's Auto did an outstanding job of towing my vehicle out of a ditch. Dave arrived quickly and pulled my vehicle out. I would recommend Joes Auto.

Was on my way home from working night shift and got a flat tire. So I called Joe's towing in Stow. Early in the morning very pleasant person answered the phone, and sent Brian out to help me change my flat. Now let me add this being a woman I tried to take the lug nuts off my self with the tools given to me in the car spare in the trunk. Brian was there for me even after he changed the flat, the spare tire was low so he followed me to the nearest gas station to put air in it.

The first gas station was closed because the night before was a bad storm no power to get air. So we drove to the next one up the road going slow, he followed me there and put air in the tire. Brian went out of his way to make sure I was safe. I was very pleased to see that there are good people out there. I would recommend them to anyone in the surrounding area to call Joe's Auto.

Don runs a great shop and has an excellent crew.....I drove in without an appointment on a really busy Thursday and he was able to get my alignment done by lunch time....First time here but Joe's definitely will get my future business.

My wife takes her car here. Fast, good work and less expensive than three dealer.

I called Joes at 6:30 am and asked for them to come to Kent (clearly on their coverage map). The person responded "We don't have anybody in the Kent area". I asked if they knew of a business they could refer me to, they said they didn't.

Uncomfortable, creepy, and unprofessional. Tow truck driver tracked me down on Facebook and posted several offensive messages to my wall after I complained about the service I had with them. Use at your own risk!

Having your car towed is already something that you don't want to deal with and the last thing you want is a rude, no personality tow truck driver to make your situation suck even more. You WON'T get that with Joe's Auto. This was the first time I ever used Joe's as my State Farm roadside assistance picked them for me, but I was incredibly satisfied.

My driver, Jerry, was the nicest guy ever. Talked to me like a friend, made sure I wasn't being overcharged, just all around made my experience a little better. I was very satisfied with the services provided. If you get a chance in a bad-car won't start situation etc. ask for Jerry.

This was a walk-in due to a burnt-out headlight. The repair was done quickly and our charges were reasonable. I always go back because they are dependable, knowledgeable and courteous.

I have had Joe's out to pull me out of my driveway twice now, and I have received the best service both times. Thanks to Justin for getting me out of a bind this morning and back on the road to get to work. THANKS JOE'S!

They did a good job replacing my lower ball joints, tensioner pulley, and serpentine belt. They also filled my radiator fluid reservoir and let me know my radiator is leaking.

Outstanding customer service and prices. They take care of their customers and treat them like people instead of numbers and $$. Great company!

We broke down on the interstate while traveling from southern Ohio back to New York state.

AAA towed us to Joe's, and they got the vehicle in the same day for diagnosis! Unfortunately it was a complete engine failure - holes had been punched in the engine block. We donated the car to a charity, and Joe's was kind enough to let us keep the car there for a few days until we could get the title mailed out. Through it all Krystal and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly during a very stressful time for my wife and I.

10/10, would strongly recommend.
