Towing Riders

This firm is honest, quick, dependable and knowledgeable. They gave me an assessment over the phone which was the exact billing that I received. I had to tow my Mercedes E400 from downtown Dallas to North Plano. It was half of what I expected, and it was a flat bed truck, which I didn't expect. The driver was amazing and joked and kept the conversation light even though I was dealing with some crappy luck with a tire (he never even mentioned the fact that it had anything to do with my hitting a retaining wall brick that had fallen into the street that I TOTALLY should have seen!) Definitely will use these guys, no matter what, in the future! Thanks, Joe and I wish the best to the guys in the office that made everything so smooth and easy.

These guys did a great job towing our '86 3/4 ton pickup to our apartment. They were quick and efficient, as well as friendly and accommodating. We would definitely use them again if we were in need of a tow (no offense guys, hopefully not anytime soon!). They also gave us a great deal because we were right on the edge of the city limits, and normally the per mile starts after you exit the city limits. They gave us a very fair deal.

Needed fast assistant to tow my car to my mechanic and I was amazed in how fast Towing Riders arrived!! Iwould definitely use their services again in another situation like this.

I called their office, they were very proffesional and understanding very proficient company! The driver was also extremely kind and helpful. Not the cheapest however you get what you pay for. Definitely recommended!

Very fast and dependable company, caught a flat on 635 and Midway during rush hour and the driver got there in 30 minutes as I was told over the phone. Guy was professional and very kind. We were at Discount tire sooner than expected and I was on my way. Highly recommend this company. Would use them again!

These guys know what they are doing. Stuck late night on the highway with a flat tire and in less than 30 minutes did they take to arrive to my location, they offered a tow if there was an issue with my spare however tech had no dilemma in assisting me. Right tools for the right worker in the right time. Thank you guys for all the help. If I ever need help again I know who to call, faster than Jimmy Johns, no really haha thanks guys keep rocking!

I forgot my key inside of my car ((( and a lot of neighbors tried to help me - and they scratched my car, here is two feelings - I'm glad that you help me, but please, don't scratch my car!!! ((( guys from towing riders came very quickly, about 30 min. It was great! Fast and easy! Master also explained that I can return my money back, if I send their resipt to Insurance company) thank you!

Exceptional service. The service man was nice enough to even drop me and my daughter back off at my house after we towed my bike to the shop. I will definitely use this service again.

We called one company for my jeep that wouldn't crank. They said 2 hours and after 3 we called back to get a voice mail. Then I called another towing company and I could barely hear them, they were so quiet and they gave a 2 hour estimate. I called towing riders and they had a very professional answering service and were very easy to hear. They were very polite and professional.

After ending the call my car was one the tow truck and driving off our property in 50 minutes. Very impressive. The driver was also polite, knowledgeable, and funny. This company is very good at what they do.

I had them tow my non-running car that was up under carport and had not been started or moved in 5yrs. Tires were flat. Required airing up all 4 tires and pushing car uphill and into alley. Driver did exactly as I asked and didn't fuss much. Did try to upsell on dollies to get entire car off ground but that was an additional $80 and I declined because I really couldn't afford it.

Car had to go in a rear driveway at destination off an alley. Somewhat of a tight squeeze. Driver got it EXACTLY where I wanted it, and perfectly straight. Very happy with this company. Will use again. Price was reasonable. Not cheap but not expensive and when it was all said and done the quote they had given me over the phone was accurate! And there was no damage done to my vehicle despite low clearance front bumper.

He used a jack to make sure my bumper cleared the arm on the tow truck when hooking and unhooking. He also drove carefully on the 5 mile trip which I appreciated very much. Very pleased.

The driver that helped me out today was very curtoius, made sure to call me ahead of time and gave me plenty of time. He made the process smooth and easy as possible, very professional. If i ever get my car towed again this company is definitely on my list. Definitely had a good amount of towes and this was the smoothest.
