EB Towing

I called them because the information they have up says they do private property towing and when I said "hi I was calling to check about your private property-" the guy cuts me off and says no we just do emergency service towing and hung the phone up. Like dang okay sir. Update your information though so people don't call you for what is apparently "annoying" information. Mad rude.

The worker that towed our car was generous enough to not only drop off our car, but took it to the nearby location for our car to get fixed. They were respectful and caring of our car. Service: Car towing

Fast, friendly service. My roadside assistance failed me, but this place came thru. No hidden fees, and friendly service. Thank you again. I hope I never need to call you again, but if I do get put in a position for help, this is the first and only place I'm calling.

Terrible customer service, glad I called some place else. I spoke to a man on the phone and he was very rude and condensending. Would definitely not recommend to anybody.

Tow was timely and reasonably priced. No issues with the service. However they have berated me with text messages ever since using them, asking to post a review and receive a $10 Amazon gift card. There is no way to opt out of the messages and the number they text from doesn't receive calls back. This is very annoying and I would like them to stop, hence this review.

This is by far the worst company. I locked my keys out of my car along with my wallet inside. I called this company to see if they can unlock my car. I'm not sure who I got on the phone with but it was a woman. She said the service was going to be $140 dollars which was fine with me. She said it would take around 40mins for someone to come out. She said to call back if I needed to cancel and it would be a $50 cancellation fee.

I called back to let her know that we no longer needed the help. She had an attitude and hung up in my face. When I tried to call back I was immediately put on hold. 30 minutes later the tow company shows up and says that they were never notified about me calling to cancel.

Service provider was professional, speedy, and made the overall experience painless. $155 did seem a little pricy but then again I have no base idea of what the cost should be for a car towed a few miles, that being said I would still rate the company a 4.5 out 5 stars overall for their professionalism and sincere care of their customers experience.

Car died on the side of the road and had to find a tow. The tow truck came at the expected time of around ~45 mins. The driver professionally picked up and dropped off my car, even helped me out it into a parking spot. My tow was relatively short so I didn't mind the price, but can be pricy for longer tows. Overall, I am satisfied with the service and will use again.

I had a terrible experience with this company. I'm out of town and have a friend staying at my place + using my car while I'm away. She left a light on one night, and well, long story short I need a new battery. I called EB Towing to come replace my battery. I explained how I was out of town, and confirmed I could pay over the phone. I gave them my CC information, confirmed that they'd be calling/meeting my friend on-site.

They said they'd be there in 45 minutes. Instead of calling my friend how we arranged, an hour later the guy calls me 3 times (I was in the shower). I call back 2 minutes later and the guy doesn't know he was supposed to call my friend. He says he'll call my friend. 2 hours later my friend hasn't gotten a call yet so I have to call the office again.

This time they say eta 1 hour. When the guy finally does shows up, he replaces the battery, and then tells my friend she has to pay for it. She tells him that I've already paid over the phone. He says they aren't allowed to accept money over the phone and threatens to take her to court over this. I have to call the office again. This time i'm informed they can't take this much money over the phone and that I urgently need to fill out a docusign over email to authenticate the payment.

This took an entire day, they absolutely dropped the ball at every step, threatened my friend, and it also cost me $400 which is an enormous rip off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE HORRIBLE.

They arrived on time. The man who towed my car was very nice. He had my car on the truck in 10 min and on the way to my house. The price was not bad at all.

Was in an emergency situation this Memorial Day. Had a flat tire and was an hour away from my house. Called around 5pm and let them know I did NOT have a spare and needed a tow to a tire shop nearby which closed at 6pm (they all close this time and majority were already closed due to holiday). Was told they would be here in 15 minutes. After waiting 35 minutes and no call from driver, had to risk it all and drive across freeway on my flat to get to the tire shop in time. Called them to cancel the tow, and then they hung up on me and proceeded to charge me. The tow truck called around 5:50pm so clearly they never even informed the driver I cancelled it. Poor service. Wish I read the reviews first! DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Called for lock out service in a very time sensitive moment. Waited 2 hours for the very kind driver to show up with ticket for a tow truck and no lock out tools. He left and said he would be back in 15 minutes. Waited another 20, called and checked in- was told there would be another 40 minute wait. The technician was very sweet and also unfortunately not wearing a mask. I cancelled my service and called another business to help me.

Fraud. Lee the manager flat out lied about what services the driver provided. He claimed the driver lowered my vehicle and reloaded it, thus doubling the $280 price to $570. My girlfriend watched the entire time and this didn't happen. Lee told me to not worry and just submit it to my auto insurance. I plan to notify the authorities about attempted insurance fraud.

He has been evasive and rude every time I've tried to call to get more information. The few times I have talked to him the pricing explanation seems to change in a feeble attempt to explain why the bill was so high.

I got a flat and called around to tow truck companies untill I found one that had a driver immediately available. After waiting 30min I called and asked the ETA and was told they were 30min away. I let them know I was told they had a driver immediately available, not an hour out. They decided to give me the run around and explain to me that no one is available, and if I wanted to cancel it was fine they would just charge me.

I told them that my agreement was conditional upon them showing up in a timely manner. I would not have agreed to be towed by them had a one hour time frame been quoted. I also really don't appreciate the run around and poor customer service. When I told them I was going to give them a review the woman on the phone said 'I don't care go for it'.

I am writing this review and they are now late for there late time - it's been 1:09 hrs and they are still not here. I'm not sure when I get to call them a no show. But it looking like I need to call another company. Good thing it's the middle of the day and I'm not in danger.

This company is a scam. Needed a jump. They told me it would be $49 to come out and around $30 for labor. It might increase if they had to go thru multiple attempts to start the car. They gave me an ETA of 30 - 45 minutes. After waiting an hour and a half with no updates, I called and they said it would be an extra hour. I asked if I could cancel the request because this meant they wouldn't show up until after midnight.

Their rep then said I would be charged a $49 cancellation fee. No one mentioned a cancellation fee when I made the request. All he could say was "Sorry". When the person arrived, it took him 30 seconds to jump my car. He then told me I owed him $130. I told him they'd quoted me $80 based on the amount of work and he hadnt done much. He told me it was $49 to come out and then $80 for the jump.

I then called the office again because the information was completely different than what I'd been quoted, but the number I called kept ringing the guy's cell phone who had just jumped my car who was standing there next to me. Very weird as he was not the rep I'd spoken to when I made the request. He said there was nothing he could do. This place is NOT trustworthy or honest. Will be updating AAA so that they stop referring people to use them when their road service runs out for the year.

What a scandalous company. Regardless of your desperation to get your car started or towed, do not call EB Towing. Their bait is $49 to come out + $30 to charge battery, but the driver arrives with different figures, almost double the cost for a two minute battery charge. Steer clear. Scammers!

Gary towed my car on 5/6/19 and he was terrific. He was helpful and did a great job. It was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend him.

Initial ETA they gave me was 45 min. but I had to wait about 2 and half hours before the towing truck finally arrived (after having to call 4 times to check upon the ETA).kept telling me to be patient that the driver would be here in ten min LOL. The lady on the phone was relatively nice. I guess it's mostly the driver's fault. Ended up not needing towing as the driver was able to jump start my car. But he charged me 145 just to jump start loool after making me wait almost 3 hours. What a joke.

After trying unsuccessfully to change my flat tire, Guy from EB Towing came to the rescue. Not only did he arrive promptly and do the job fast, but he taught me step by step how to do the job myself. Friendly & fast- much appreciated!

I called because i couldn't get the 15yr old lug nuts off of my flat tire -they were quick, responsive and helpful. Also gave me advice and tips so that next time i won't need to call for emergency service ($$$, but not their fault).

Quick service and decent prices. I left my keys in my car. So I called these guys and they came with in 10 minutes. I do recommend this to anyone out there.

First rate service. Crew has arrived on time as it was arranged, helpful and courteous service. Highly recommended.
