Called them to help replace my battery. They took a little longer to get here than I expected but once our tech, Guy, got here, he finished the work quickly and gave recommendations on how to preserve my battery health. Super easy to work with, definitely recommend.

These folks were awesome! Polite and courteous! Called, got a quote, scheduled a time for the next day. The gentleman showed up on time, loaded the car and off we went. Great price and not a glitch! Who could ask for more!

Juan was awesome someone hit my car and ran in west Oakland and he made a stressful situation better and the process was smooth fast and seamless I will definitely call again if I need too.

Guy is amazing! My boyfriends car broke down and we were a little upset, but he lifted our spirits up. I definitely recommend pine towing, our car got there safe and so did we. Thanks guy!

I was driving to a milk tea shop, and on the way there my car swerved and I hit a curb. Soon after calling these guys they came. They have excellent service and are very nice people. Highly recommend!

Got the best service today! Called in the morning to have my husband's truck towed from a local gas station (starter crapped out the night before) to our home. They met me at the time I specified, got the job done quick, and the truck home safely. They are prompt, super friendly, and efficient! No time wasted. Plus, they are available 24 hours! If you need service, call these guys!

I broke down in Oakland in an area I was not familiar with. I searched on Yelp to find a company that was able to tow a bike. I called several companies. This one was the most polite, had the best on the phone service, and had a quick ETA. I thought it was funny how the tow truck driver's name was Guy. He took time and care to get my bike on his truck. Great service and also Guy was very nice. I would easily call them again if I unfortunately broke down again.

Although I tend to hate everything to do with towing, Pine Towing made it as painless as possible when they saved me after my car broke down. I give them five stars for being quick, for following through on their time estimate, and for friendly service. I would definitely call them again, or recommend them to a friend in need.

Right from the moment Tony answered the phone I got the best customer service I've ever experienced from a tow company. I had been running around town in a hurry getting ready for my friend's wedding (it was the day of) and totally forgot about gas. My car slowly rolled to a stop and luckily I had gotten enough of my brain back to pull over to the side of the road.

After a quick freak out of "why isn't my car working" it donned on me I had no gas. I quickly Googled towing services, looked at reviews and picked Pine Towing. That's when Tony saved my day, he sent out one of the guys who had gas with him and filled me up with 5 gallons! The best part is he only took about 15 minutes to get to me. When I asked Tony how much it was he mentioned their Honest Pricing policy.

As a college student hearing things like that makes my heart sing. To get straight to the point Pine Towing was amazing and I will call them if anything happens to my tires, my gas tank or if (knock on wood) I end up needing a tow from an accident.

I called Pine Towing to make an appointment to tow my car to the shop, and they were able to tow it that morning even though I had left for work. They really saved my day! They were prompt and straight forward with their pricing. I was very grateful for their service and recommend them highly.

I called Pine Towing yesterday's morning when my car didn't start. Jimmy, the tow guy, quickly arrived after 25 minutes. He was very professional and took great care of my car. He towed the car to my local mechanic, and even gave me a ride back home = Outstanding service! Hands down the most Professional, nice, attentive costumer service I can expect from a towing company!
