I recently took my SUV in to have the solenoid unit replaced. The staff was friendly and courteous and worked well with the warranty company for my transmission. The performed the repair in a timely fashion,and I would not hesitate to take my 2004 Mercury Mountaineer back to their shop for any future repairs. Thank you Larry!

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that I pulled up to their shop and my car's trans had a problem and Larry came right out and took a look at it and said it was no big problem at all. He came back with a small piece that was broken on the kick down cable and in two minutes I was on my way. A BIG THANKS to Larry and the crew at Atlas.

Having had my truck evaluated by another company and being told incorrectly it was a planetary gear going out. I came to Atlas for a second opinion. And I am so glad that I did. In a 3 hour period they CORRECTLY diagnosed the issue as a drive shaft "U" joint failure not a transmission failure and replaced both the center and tail end "U" joints. Then to be sure there were no additional or hidden problems they checked the differential and transmission fluid levels.
I was very impressed with Frank, the mechanic, his skill and ability as well as the integrity and professional demeanor of the entire staff. I would recommend this facility whole heartedly to anyone needing a diagnostic check or a full transmission rebuild!
