DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE! Called beforehand to get a diagnosis on our van that wasn't working too well and got a quote for $140 from Steve. We drove down half hour to drop off the vehicle, then got a call back half hour later to tell us the cost is actually $334. Almost $200 more than the quote! They knew the vehicle we were bringing in, yet they just raised the price on us once we dropped off the vehicle. NOT happy at all.
We would've tried to repair the vehicle ourselves for that price. Now we have to pay for an uber for someone to go pick up the vehicle for us. Total waste of time. Don't tell a customer you can do it for a certain price when you clearly can't.

Justin and the "CIAR" Staff were very helpful, HONEST, friendly and provided AAA+ Customer Service to myself and providing me with Uber both ways. Justin took my DISCOUNTS from the Flyers they sent and even took the time discussing the parts needed repaired and SAVINGS' from the Original Cost. My Vehicle is more than 20 Years Old and with them, it's in Immaculate and tip top shape thanks to Justin and Casey's Independent Auto Repair.
My only wish is IF that they could provide FREE SHUTTLES within a 5 mile radius of their Shop. Am sure IF they could provide that, they will INCREASE SALES and get even more BUSINESS Customers like me with Transportation and Hundreds of Others in the Vancouver Area. Plenty Mahalo

They charged $200 for a "tune up estimate", few weeks later my hybrid battery started acting up. They let me know they didn't actually inspect the hybrid system and needed to charge me another $150 to test the hybrid system.they said it was throwing complicated codes and did not charge me for the hybrid check. Dealership seemed similarly priced and knew what to do to fix it.
I'm sure with the service here, classic or traditional gas cars are serviced well.just not hybrid batteries so much. My husband plans on servicing his 2015 Chevy silverado oil changes here.

I took my car to Casey's for a second opinion after "Honest" car care wanted $1600 for new tie rods. Casey said nothing wrong with tie rods. Just some small repairs. Great company. Pulled my part time 4x4 out for winter and noticed it was running rough with a check engine light. Took it in to have it evaluated and within the day they got back to me with a comprehensive look with photos of area and test results from equipment as well as the trucks condition and spots for mantainece. Very well done. I called and had a good rundown with thier mechanic and i got an honest straight forward overview and what we could do. All around it was back to me quickly and i was pleased to say i would return.

I regularly was taking a work vehicle into caseys on a regular basis and they have always been fair and done great work. I noticed a layer of oil on a back rim and took it into caseys and was having them replace an axle bearing and give it a complete front break job and diagnose check engine light. After they found quite a few other things that need repaired and replaced they called me with a list of things about 9k worth to be exact, I contacted my boss to get confirmation to do the and he declined of course I let caseys know that I'd just come get the truck that my boss had declined that much work at this time, I atleast thought they would do the work I originally called them for but they didn't and ended up charging us $400 just to not do any of the work at all.
Sure is an outrageous price for a diagnosis if you ask me. Guess we won't be back to give them our regular basis business for oil changes and preventative maintenance after that experience. Feeling disappointed and ripped off.

They kept me well informed on what needed to be done to fix my truck and they explained everything to me in detail. Great customer service and they were willing to wait while I secured payment. Which was greatly appreciated. Also loved how they sent me a link with a full overview of everything they looked at and photos were taken to show me as well which was great. I went to them since my mechanic sent me their way, was not disappointed. 10/10 would go again if I ever have troubles again.

We recently had our head gasket repair done on our diesel truck with Caseys. We are SO happy with the work done, and the professional serviced we received. The repair was a very lengthy project, and we were kept up to date all along the way. Josh was amazing to work with! His knowledge and excellent communication were greatly appreciated! The work. we were having completed was expensive, and we were a little stressed about the process. Josh was empathetic, and helped us through our concerns. Hands down best service we could have asked for. We would highly recommend Josh and Caseys for any vehicle repair needs!

I will refer everyone I know to Casey's for their auto repair needs. We first visited with our car and received a very straightforward answer to what was going on. I then brought them Ol' Blue, 02 Ram, to get an oil change and Check up. We had some unexpected repairs done on it and were beyond happy with the service. A couple days later we had an. unexpected break in our front suspension.
It was devastating, or so we thought. I called and spoke with Lucky who was more the empathetic to our new problem, he had Brian contact us to go over what happened. Without a second thought Brian was on it, he helped us get Ol' Blue back to the shop, ordered up the parts and had us back on the road in no time. I am beyond thankful to them for all they did for us, offering assistance and being so positive through everything.
I can't imagine a better team to work on my cars. Casey's will be the only shop working on my cars from now on. Thank you so much Lucky and Brian for being there for us when we needed you most!

First of all They caught problems Ford missed days prior... So, when i finally took my vehicle in, they went over and beyond to accommodate my crazy little family.... Had a car rental shuttle, pretty much waiting for me when i got there and setup our entire rental process... They even helped me install the car seats. The entire staff up front was great, thanks Justin and Zach (? Bald funny guy)....

I have been a customer of Caseys Independent Auto for almost a decade for multiple vehicles and I have always been extremely happy with them. I have never had a problem with any of their repairs, which are always done in a timely and expert way for a fair price. One time they even fabricated a part for a slightly older vehicle of mine when it was no longer available.
They also have always given me excellent customer service. I have chosen to wait for shorter repairs with my three young children on occasion and the last two times they gave each of my girls small activity bags to help them pass the time. This kind of thoughtfulness is emblematic of how they have treated me in all respects as their customer.

Have been taking our Toyotas there for the past 3 years. They are no less expensive then the dealership but will absolutely not push for unnecessary repairs. In fact they saved me hundreds of dollars on a water pump proved unnecessary by them 3 years ago. The water pump is still very functional and I have never looked back. I highly recommend them.

For the first time in many years I have taken my vehicle into different facility. I came away very pleased with the staff and the efficiency of their service. I was informed that my rear brakes were in need of replacement, something I had been told not long ago at another facility so I knew that they were being honest as that was the only recommendation for me while getting an oil change.
That said, they got me done fast, at a fair price and with a great warranty. I'd recommend this place for anyone in need of a great honest shop to keep their vehicle in top running order.

This was my first experience with Casey's and they were wonderful. I had a complicated issue with AAA rewards payments and Kymberly went well out of her way to try to solve it for me. My truck needed an oil change and otherwise checked out fine and they weren't pushy about doing any other services, just mentioned that my 60K was coming up and what needed to be done next time. Told me that regular oil changes were the key to maintaining my engine (F-250 with very low miles). We'll be back!

I just took my 2002 Honda Accord in recently for a timing belt replacement. Quentin got me scheduled, set up a free rental and called when the job was done ahead of scheduled time. About a month later I noticed that my clutch was slipping in my Honda. So, rescheduled for a clutch replacement, another great job and considerably less expensive than the Honda dealer on both job's.
