Tire had a slow leak. They inspected and told me it was irreparable. They found me an identical replacement tire (minus the nail) and installed it for a very low price. Point S in Eugene understands the specialized needs of my car and can be trusted to manage it well. Highly recommended.

Tyler has ALWAYS been easy going and a huge help. I will consistently go back to this turn point s because of the customer service aspect. Not to mention the fair pricing and quick turn around I've had with them. If anyone else has basic tire service needs on their Tesla, skip the service center and head here. Thank you guys again!

These guys really saved me today. I was in a rush to leave town for a 6 hour drive when my tire pressure sensor came up showing low pressure. A screw had punctured the tire within the tread. I went to a nearby Les Schwab for help and even when I explained the urgency of my situation they still didn't have time for this small repair. Luckily, after a Google search I found Point S and gave them a call.

They kindly said they could fit me in right after the current job. When I got there the man at the front desk was kind and professional. Their lead mechanic immediately got my truck pulled in and got to work. He was also extremely kind and very efficient. I was all ready to pay when they finished and they told me no charge. What a great experience to make a stressful moment turn around for the better. I will let my friends know about you guys, you really helped me out today and I appreciate it so much!

Have only had fast service with cordial staff. They have fixed a flat, figured out my pressure sensor was leaking air, and installed new tires I bought off Tire Rack. Each experience was professionally and quickly performed.

I took my flat tire in to get it repaired at Point S, as over the phone they said they would do it for free. The person working there took a very quick look at the tire and said there was not enough tread on the tire to repair it, and it fact all my tires needed to be replaced. I took my flat to Costco and they were able to fix it without any problem.

The flat apparently had plenty of tread for it to be repairable. I asked the person working at Costco how much life my tires still had on them, and he used to tool to tell me 4/32 of an inch in the front and 5/32 in the back: ----- about 10,000 more miles. The point here is that "free" flat repair appears to be, at least to some degree, a way to get you into the shop so the folks there can tell you that in fact the flat can't be repaired and guess what, Point S can sell you new tires. In other words, take the service person's word there with a grain of salt and get a 2nd opinion like I did.

Easy to talk to, easy to work with, honest. Sam is amazing. It's difficult to get to unfortunately and the lot fills up fast with cars so try and schedule for a slow day. The pricing is fair, they're not a shop that will try and screw you on the pricing or cut corners. If they make a mistake they will do their best to fix it.

Joe repaired a tire puncture for me for free; dropped off my tire (I already had swapped it), Joe verified my new tire was on tight enough, educated me that I put my spare tire lug nuts on backwards (oops!), and fixed it within a couple hours. Picked it up seamlessly later in the afternoon, will return!

Had a slow puncture that needed fixed. Point S was great at scheduling an appointment at such short notice. They were able to fix the puncture free of cost within a half hour. Everyone in their staff was kind. Would definitely come here again for any future servicing needs.

I've had a slow leak because of a nail in my tire.and all the shops I've tried have been booked out for weeks. Anyway I gave Point S them a call yesterday.and they were able to see me today! Best part is it was free of charge. There is some good in the world. The staff were incredibly professional and friendly.and I'll be taking my car there from here on out. Thanks Point S.

I was in the Eugene area for the day and needed my tires rotated. They were able to get me in right away and took good care of me even though I got my tires in Portland and their computers didn't link up with the store where I bought them. Great service thank you

Came in for a general maintenance checkup and tire leak and they were able to take a look and solve the issue quickly and without charge, highly recommend for great service and support. I will be coming back with any other issues I have with my vehicle.

A few days ago, I took my car to Point S for a front end alignment after buying new tires for it. I was told that it would take about one hour and would cost me about $90 for the front end alignment, and that was my expectation as I dropped off the car. About 20 minutes later, I was told that the work on the car was done. I was told that the front end alignment was not necessary as the alignment was within specifications, so no adjustments were necessary, and instead charging me $90, they charged me $34.95.

This was a pleasant surprise to me. Point S could have just charged me the original agreed-upon amount of $90, but instead they discounted my charges substantially. I found them to be honest and trustworthy, which I laud and appreciate.

My new tires have given me a smoother ride, and the price was right for high quality Nokians!

My poor poor new car suffering damage from twin potholes! Thank you Point S for my alignment and replacing my 2 tires and my wheel! The guys are great here! A tip for the girls: for a shop full of menfolk the bathroom is pretty darned clean! Ha!

I bought a set of tires from Point S Eugene and they fixed my alignment. After driving for a week, I knew that the new tires were too noisy. Luckily, they let me switch the tires out for a quieter set that really improved the ride of my Subaru. I am saving up for new shocks, but in the meantime, these tires help a lot with cushioning the ride.

I got tires for an older vehicle. The estimate was exactly what the final cost was. Car drives like a dream. Very busy place. Go earlier! Saved $80 from other estimates. What more do you want? It's s a necessary item for Fall/ Winter. Referred by a car buff. Used to be Tire Factory.

Got my truck leveled there, the service was great and they even took the time to write down different options for some future repairs to my truck that I had enquired about. Ray was friendly and helpful, definitely will be back

I appreciate the great work and service that was done on my Jeep! After dealing with other shops that could never fix the problem and would overcharge me, i was extremely happy and satisfied with the work they had done and the price. I won't be going anywhere else in the future. Ray, the manager I believe, is extremely helpful and cares and his customers. Much appreciated!

Fantastic customer service, reasonable prices for tires and services, and they offer a generous rewards program. Plan on returning in the future.

Horrible place, do not give these guys any business. I pulled up to their business at 4:45, keep in mind they close at 5:30. I had a flat tire in their parking lot. Went in and talked to the front desk guy, he was rude and said there was no way they could help me. I asked if I could borrow a jack since they wouldn't sell me a tire, very rudely he said they couldn't even lend me a tool.

I ended up calling a friend and changing my tire outside their parking lot. The next day I called to talk to the manager and he was extremely rude also, saying oh your the guy who asked to borrow a jack. I am a ethnic person so maybe that is why I was treated the way I was. I ended up buying 4 new tires from another company the next day. I recommend not ever giving this company any money ever.

And to add to the story, a coworker had a very similiar experience a few weeks later, so I am not the only one. Stay away from this business. They apparantly don't need the business.

Well, its about time I gave these guys a shout out. Over the years that I have been going there, Point S has been nothing but a fantastic service over and over again for me and when I needed them the most they came through for me. Twice they have come to my rescue when I was out and about and bailed me out of trouble when they didn't even have to and didn't even charge me a dime for it.

There was a time when I was having trouble with the brakes on my truck and they tried a couple time to fix them but for what ever reason my problem was beyond them. I finally took my truck to a shop out on 99 to have them fixed properly and when I finally did get my brakes fixed what did Point S do? They refunded all the money that they had charged me for their blunders and apologized to me.

It wasn't their fault that the part that they installed was bad from the factory. Folks, these guys are on the up and up, at least for me they always have been. When ever I need work done or new tires I will be going to Point S totally without reservation at all. Thanks Point S for being there for me when I needed you the most!

What wonderful people! They managed to take a super stressful situation and turn it around! While moving from San Francisco to Seattle earlier this month, we stopped in Eugene for the night. In the morning we noticed one of our tires was low. We called every tire place in the area and all of them had a 2-3 hour wait. It was raining outside and we had our two toddlers and our dog in the car, along with most of our valuables, and we were already behind schedule.

We were already stressed and waiting was less than ideal. The guy at Point S said to come on by and they could see us right away. We got there and they patched our tire (we had run over a nail) and we (including our dog) waited in their very comfy and relaxing waiting room. Apparently, our stress was obvious (or our kids charmed the pants off of them) because when they gave us the bill, it was for $0.00. The guy said it was no problem at all and wished us a safe journey. Thank you so very much Point S people!

Thank you Point S; I purchased tires two weeks ago and felt they were noisy. Called and Roy helped me over the phone, ordered the tires that I had originally wanted. Outstanding service, happy with my new tires. Roy was very intent on making me comfortable with my return, and got me exactly what I wanted. Could not be more pleased with the folks at Point S.

So I was originally recommended the Point S in Springfield and I am currently in the process of still trying to decide if I will end up going back to the Eugene location. The guy that helped me was really nice, really informative. And supposedly they check everything on your car and tell you what needs to happen next, what's crucial and what needs to be done soon, what is looking good, etc.

They charged me close to $600 and fixed a few things. "Fixed" being a loose term. I'm not sure if they actually fixed it because the same noise my car was making before it is still making AND my battery died the other day. Surely they would have noticed that my battery was close to being done, right? Surely if they fixed it the noise would have been gone?

They did tell me that my car would still make a noise different than the original, and I listened to that specific noise.it was much lighter and very different than the original noise. But a few days later after being "fixed" my car was making the same noise as before. I've had a lot of bad luck with car places, seem a lot of scammy places. I'm trying to decide if this is one of them. I was suggested the Springfield location. I think I will take my business there next time.

My whole family has used them for almost 20 years! Travis and Russ have always been amazing, honest and easy to do business. I recommend them to everyone, shop small, and with people who know your sass!

I always feel taken care of at Good Neighbor. We have been going there for years now and I appreciate there honesty and integrity. Taking care of a car can be expensive, but Travis and his team always work with me to make sure I am taking care of the most urgent issues first so I do not have to spend too much money all at once and I am still driving around safely.

We were just in here earlier today needing a single new tire and was quoted at $179 for the tire and labor. This place has a large sign on the front that says "we price match". We looked online and found the same tire for $50 and then was told by the store that they could not price match an online price. We were then told to get a quote over the phone and ended up getting the same price of $50 over the phone but then was told by Point S that they could not price match because it goes "under their budget".

We then call discount tire and they tell us the tire is $70 and total install for $93. I'm not sure why Point S has a sign on their window that says "we price match" if they can't honor it or afford it. Seems a little shady that the original quote was $90 more than other stores. Would not recommend.

I just want to thank Roy, the manager and Ray service manager for helping us take care of the problem we had from the Redmond store. I want to thank BJ Higgins at the Redmond store. They were concerned and took care of the problem. Thank you very much!

Just got four brand new truck tires on my tundra from Travis! Much happier with the look, feel, and service that Travis suggested and supplied then past shops I’ve gone to. It’s really nice getting a little extra when it comes to auto care! I’ll be back next month to do the brakes on both my rides! Thanks guys, y’all did a great job!

Incredible service pros & dedication! Our travel trailer's tire burst on a Sunday afternoon. Searching for an open shop, we ran into the Point S Tire agent in his commercial truck across from the gas station and he agreed help us repair our tire (even though he was on personal time, not working on a Sunday). All of 15 minutes, the tire stem was repaired perfectly - and we were on our way. Thank you to the awesome Point S agent in Buhl, ID!

Always polite folks willing to do their best to help you in your vehicle issues. Grateful that we got a loaner car to be able to continue with any plans we may have when we had to leave our car for most of the day.

Had my Toyota in for a water pump replacement last fall. The service wasn't accomplished correctly and the entire cooling system went toes up. To their credit, they paid a different shop to fix the car (after I had it towed there since Point S was "too busy" to work on it.) and the car quit in after work traffic. Two weeks ago, my daughter took the car in for an alignment which it didn't need.

She said it was "jerking". I've driven it and that wasn't the case. Anyhow, they charged her for 1/2 of the alignment cost, stating they couldn't finish it because it needed major work. They wrote up inner and outer tie rods, bearing(s) and another alignment. I was looking at major $$. I purchased this car new and have kept up with all maintenance, so I was especially skeptical.

The shop that took care of my water pump and cooling system repair gave me a courtesy check and found all the tie rods were in great condition. I only needed to replace 1 bearing in the future. Seriously! Avoid this place. Leave auto repair to the professionals. Leave tires to the others. I'll never be back

This was my first time at this auto shop, I was referred to them by a couple co workers, they got my sons car in quickly for a diagnostic and got back to us right away with what needs to be fixed ,and had his car finished earlier than expected . Russ was extremely nice and helpful, he explained everything so I could understand it. He was very knowledgable and put my mind at ease that this auto shop knew what they were doing and the work would be done well. Thank you Russ , I will be back for all my other car needs.

I was calling around to get our flat on our van fixed and every place I called gave me a 5 hour to 2 day wait plus 300+ for the 2 tires, I seen good neighbor on Google while searching for tire places and gave them a call, they got me in right away and took a look at my tire and seen it only needed to be repaired instead of replaced. saved me alot of money and had me in and out in 30 min. save the day and my check book.

I had a small issue with my car after getting new tires and an alignment here. I brought it back the next day and Travis and Kevin went above and beyond to make sure they properly diagnosed the issue, double checked all the work that they did, and fixed it all within a few hours. They really went the extra mile and they stand behind their work.
