I took my wife's Nissan Murano for a interior detail and the result was amazing like a new car! I hesitate in the beginning because most of the carwash has a cheaper price but I was looking for quality so i gave them a chance. The leather had a few very bad spot that they were able to clean up. Btw wife was so happy thank you guys

I took my new SUV in for the Flawless Detail, and Chris did an awesome job! After buying the car new, it didn't take long for my kids to trash the interior, but Chris made it look immaculate - even better than when it rolled off the delarship lot. Very pleased with the exterior too - dealerships are notorious for scratching your paint, but Chris truly made it flawless.

I noted one or two things for follow up, and Chris went above and beyond to make it a great experience. If you're OCD about your car like me, you need to go to Flawless Detail.

They offer great service at a very affordable price. Chris was able to get some stains out that I thought I'd never see gone. Overall they are a great company with a eye for detail. Definitely recommend.

My Husband smoked in his car and worked in the oilfield. There were stains on the headliner and ashes. They were able to get the smoke smell out, the stains on the seats off, and most of the oil stains out of the headliner. I now feel comfortable to ride in there again! Helped take years off of an old car that's never been detailed before, especially on the inside. Solid work, fair price, and upfront and honest. Bought the best package and he noticed that my car wouldn't be able to get a couple of the services on the list so he took those off and didn't charge for them. Highly recommend. The team at Flawless detail did a fantastic job cleaning up my Challenger. It was filthy when brought it to them and now it looks showroom ready. This was my first time using Flawless and I couldn't be more pleased with their service. They even took the time to clean up little imperfections that were affecting the paint. They cleaned all the tar and muck from the widebody fenders. Pricing was reasonable. I will definitely be back again. Great attitude and service.

Jeff did an AMAZING job detailing my car after a crazy night of drinking gone bad! He cleaned my car and made her look like I'd just bought it from the dealership! Everything was so well detailed and it was sanitized, clean and smelled great too! I would definitely recommend them and they were able to schedule me within hours of my call. What more could I ask for?

Scheduled an apt 3 weeks ago with Jeff for today at 11am for two cars as Christmas presents. NO CALL/NO SHOW. I called and spoke with them and they said they would call back. They still haven't called me back and I called again and left a voicemail. Luckily, last minute Helping Hands Auto Detail squeezed me in today and I got both cars detailed. I would recommend them over this place! Hate to leave a bad review but this was very upsetting as it was the only day I had off work before the holidays.

Excellent work done by Jeff. My car was in bad shape with stained seats. I have a young son, so my back seat was a hot mess too. He did an excellent job, it looked brand new when he was done with it. Price is very reasonable too. Thank you, would definitely use these guys again!

Chris is a professional. He spent time explaining in detail what he would be doing to repair my scratched paint. His experience and methodology was exactly what I needed and it shows in his work. This is the best detail shop in Dallas.

Loved working with the guys at Flawless Detail. I brought in my horrible car that has not been parked inside for 3 years and they brought it out to me whiter than it was the day I got it. They were also able to accommodate me same day since I a sticker stuck to the side of my car that I couldn't get off. Would highly recommend!

Best service you could ask for. A little puppy is there to play with you as you are waiting, and there is a playstation + TV for you to play whatever you like off of Netflix. Spent my hour while my car was getting detailed napping on the couch with the lil pupper on my lap. Apart from the pleasant waiting experience, the detail and car wash were fantastic.

I haven't had the interior of my car cleaned in 2 years and in about an hour they brought it back to "new". Not to mention how inexpensive it is. Can't get a better value.

I just had to leave another 5 star review after Jeff just left our house! Jeff is so meticulous and a perfectionist when it comes to detailing vehicles, and he never rushes the job. The consistency of his work is amazing and is always "top notch"! I can tell he takes great pride in his work, which sadly seems to be rare in today's society. Our Lexus and our Miata look like there were just driven off the showroom floor! Thanks again, Jeff! And, thanks to Chris for immediately calling me back when I left a message about scheduling the work. Flawless is simply "The Best"!

Awesome car bath for a fair price that won't bust your wallet. Quick, friendly service and they will even come to your place to wash your baby. My Tesla looked like new once done. Will definitely be coming back. or rather, have them come to my place next time.

They came to me and did a really good job, and it didn't take too long. The buffed it out and waxed it for straight 200. I am really impressed with the quality. Jeff, the person who was sent to me was very friendly as well. If you're looking for a place to trust, or even a place to come to you. this is it.

Used Flawless Detail last year for an interior detail. Went wheeling my my jeep a dozen times without doors or a top so it got pretty nasty in there. I was thoroughly impressed with how clean they got it! Worth every penny!

Absolutely will never look anywhere else in the metroplex for an auto detailer. Chris was extremely thorough and helpful in making sure I knew exactly what I was getting and was very attentive to my specific needs. Jeff - who actually detailed the car - was communicative and did a pristine job inside and out. I will for sure be using Flawless Detail again (and again and again). They'll do such a good job you'll feel guilty driving the car afterwards.

I'm a guy who used to detail my car once a week. Not just spray wax-I mean full on wax on by hand and buff off. I used be able to eat off of every square inch of my car and spent over $100 a month in detailing products. Needless to say, I am a stickler when it comes to detailing. I recently moved in to a high rise in uptown where I obviously lacked access to a hose and a driveway.

I found Flawless Detail on yelp after searching for a mobile detailer that could come to my office and wash my car while I worked. I purchased the wash and wax for $90, a price that I thought was extremely fair. You can ask Chris about my reaction when I saw the car. My brakes are Brembo's with racing-quality pads and they spew dust. My wheels are cleaner than they were when I picked up the car from the dealer.

Everything was flawless and they were done FAST! Chris' communication and flexibility was outstanding and worked out a time better than what we had previously scheduled. Will recommend these folks to everyone and continue to use their service.

My friends and I have been looking for a reasonably priced hand car wash place and unfortunately Flawless fell short today. First the store front is a little hard to spot and not what you expect. You pull into a random shopping center and its in the middle of it - like you don't pull into a garage or anything, they pull it around back for you.

The waiting room itself is sufficient - one couch and cable tv and video games. At this point Im still optimistic and waited for 1 hr 20 min - which is about right for a decent job. I got the basic wash just to try it out and see if they could do a standard good job - hold up to what they advertise online and that would give me more trust with premium services.

He did try to upsell but wasn't pushing too hard. The wash itself was a mix of good and bad - overall decent job, but missed random spots. They advertise tire dressing online, but didn't add any. I even asked about it and he said it doesn't come with the basic wash - unfortunate response for something that takes 5 minutes to do. Of course i had the website handy but I already gave him the opportunity and didn't want to extend the interaction at that point.

I open the doors and the floor mats are wet - I open the trunk and that mat wasn't touched. On the plus side he did put conditioner on my soft top which wasn't expected so that was nice. I asked him how much the total was and he said i don't know. Ok - so i take out my phone and tell him it's $45 online - he said it sounds about right. No receipt. On to the next.

Superb washing and mobile service, however I DO NOT recommend you let them touch your car with a DA polisher. Their services should be utilized for car washing and not any type of paint/clear coat related services. I allowed Flawless Detail to polish my paint before I applied a ceramic sealant, and trusted that the work was done thoroughly prior to applying it, however, after seeing the paint in direct sunlight a week later it was VERY evident that the man behind the polisher left trails of swirls behind him.

These swirls are unlike the ones produced by hand washing with dirty mitts. The marks left behind are very finely overlapped and are tell tale signs of DA misuse. Should have realized as any high end shop told me the work would take about half a day to finish, while Flawless Detail was able to completely polish a BLACK midsize SUV in ~2hrs. *Facepalm* For what its worth it is my fault for not EXTENSIVELY inspecting the vehicle, so charging this one to the game, I guess. Doesn't mean I take all responsibility. Wouldn't recommend using them for a precision detail. Devil's in the details. Oh yea. they were late too. After confirming my appointment. Check the other person with 100+ reviews. She said the same thing.;

Monday, August 10 at 11am: I call because he has an online appt available at 3pm for detailing. I'm only visiting Dallas for the day so I call him to confirm. He says yes I'll be over there at 3pm. 4:22pm: I get a text "sorry I'm running late, can we reschedule to 5pm?" I'm irritated that I've had to wait at home for an extra hour and a half but whatever I can be productive. 5:24pm: He doesn't answer his cell and doesn't respond to texts 6pm: Get a text saying "sorry I can't make it today" It took a few days to get a refund and I was suspicious because of the delay but it eventually went through.

The owner contacted me and I've subsequently changed parts of my review. I am disappointed I had to burn about 4 hours of my day but the owner seemed proactive in trying to fix the problem. Hopefully this was a rare occurrence and just a bad day for them.

These guys did such an amazing job on my car. The service was great and they were super friendly. I will definitely be using them again and will highly recommend them to everyone I know.
